Customer states washer was not spinning with large load, ran unit through test cycle, all functions ok no leaks, ran unit with load on speed wash cycle and unit completed cycle normally no issues, instructed customer that if issues persist, try to rearrange load, take notes/videos of issue and call back if still not working after making adjustments.

Dryer was running when door closed, no heat. Found motor relay was getting stuck. Went to quote for control board. Control board is nla. Tapped on relay. Now dryer works as expected. Did not warranty work because it could comeback so no additional charge.

Disassembled dryer. Replaced rear bulkhead, front bulkhead, idler pulley, belt and drum. Support rollers have already been replaced. Reassembled dryer. Tested operations. Once again no odd sounds heard. Have video of dryer running for several minutes without making any odd sounds. There are no further parts I can replace.

Unable to duplicate error code , per customer error code ER R0 was intermittent - did troubleshooting with Speed Queen determined main motor control board was defective replaced preordered main control and main kit - ran dryer on high heat for 10 minutes and permanent press. No error code resulted replaced control board / main kit - all test good

Customer states the dryer is not drying as it should, found the lint filter full of soap residue, customer cleaned the lint filter. Checked and found no obstructions in the venting. After cleaning the customer said the outside vent flap is opening.
