"Customer stated the unit will run for about 10 minutes and trips the breaker, top of the unit gets very hot. Tested the outside vent for airflow speed and it is at 19 mph, got some bath towels wet and ran the unit on high heat, can hear the heater cycling, tripped the breaker at 149 degrees. 21 amps. Reset breaker and tested the unit other pole runs at 23.62 on start up its well over 30 amps. When the heater is not going its 4.6 amps. Disassembled the unit and checked for any issues Burt wires etc. found nothing. Look at the heater coils they all looked as they should also ohmed them out and they both tested the same. Suspect the issue is the breaker. This unit it on a 30 amp circuit. When the breaker trips is when the heater cycles. Its not right away its after a few cycles of the heater."

"Machine had huge huge chunks of ice frozen to the back wall on my arrival. Customer states that the dispenser didnt work and that it was freezing things. Defrosted the unit aggressively with the steamer. Broke off all the chunks of ice and made sure there werent left any. Replace the back panel with a new part. It appeared that the waterline for the dispenser had frozen along with everything else. Once that was defrosted, the water dispenser started working again. Dried up machine and put everything back together. working better now."

The customer said the washer worked for 2 loads then not so good after and was still giving the long drain error. We started the washer and let it fill up with water. We then put into a drain cycle. The washer is draining slow. The drain hose has a 2 foot extension and goes into a tail pipe on the sink drain pipe. It looks like a dishwasher connection. I disconnected the drain from the sink and put the hose in a bucket. Now it drains out fast. The issue is with the drain. I advised the customer to have the drain cleaned. The customer was going to try a couple things.

"Customer states the unit will not run. Found unit froze up, steamed out unit. Checked the door seal (ok) found the lower hing was binding up, lubed top and bottom drawer. Left unit run while checking the seal and lubing the door hinges. After a while could feel the cubes were formed but not falling. Called tech support and found that the timer could be jumped. Jumped the wires and waited nothing seemed to happen. Called tech support back while waiting the cubes dropped. Told tech support that the cubes had dropped they said it takes six and a half minutes to harvest and that they suspect the cube size control is bad. Waited for an another harvest cycle. Tech support said after 30 minutes the unit should stop running the water and go into a harvest after 40 minutes it never happened. Cleaned all the cubes out of the unit and will contact customer to see if any ice has fallen. Most likely will need the cube size control ; snapped 2 QuickPics, states that autho needed"

I removed evaporator cover and defrosted evaporator and after 20 minutes theres frost on about 70-80 percent. The sealed system is a little low, but not terrible. Im not confident putting a new thermostat in is going to make a difference because the sealed system is a little low. Customer is going to try adjusting the dials and see if he can get it to were its good enough to use without freezing things in the FF compartment."

"Customer states that it was still cold in the freezer but not cold in the fridge. Had customer remove all of the food from the freezer. The back wall was really really frosted up. Removed cover. There is lots of frost built up down at the bottom of the evaporator, blocking airflow to the fridge. Used steamer to defrost the whole section. Checked the heater and defrost terminator. Both of those checked good the evaporator fan also looked good. Instructed customer to make sure that they were leaving enough space in the freezer for airflow because the freezer was pretty packed tight. Put the machine back together and everything looks like its running right now"

Returned with the part. Disassembled the unit. Found the nut from the blower wheel was stuck on. Used a grinder to cut and remain the nut. Installed new blower housing. Customer requested the light bulb be replaced. The current light bulb was broken off in the socket. Removed and replaced. Put unit back to together ran. Removed about 10 ft of flex duct that was coiled behind the dryer. Cycled and tested. Unit operating as it should

Call Smurf complaint is unit not cooling again. Its slowly getting warmer freezer was about 24? so the ice cream and any sugar products arent freezing. This assembled to get to evaporator just a small little clump of ice up by the evaporator fan fans running its just has no frost pattern. Pulled unit out on protective mat hooked up gauges getting a reading of a low side leak. Last time we did compressor did and saw dryer use the UV light cant find anything on the evaporator compressor welds or condenser itself. Im getting some evidence in the drain hose pitcher for the defrost drain. But nothing on the evaporator using the sniffer was getting a reading inside the evaporator area and by the Yoder loop in the back. There is a good chance its leaking inside the unit.; saved tckt

"Customer complaint is, WON'T SPIN. Customer said its getting stuck at the rinse cycle and not draining and spinning. The wash and rinse lights are flashing, which is an error, but customer doesnt know how many times. If they reset it, it drains and starts over. Inspected and tested. Found the cold water is filling way slower than the hot water. I think its not filling quick enough on the rinse cycle and giving an error and stopping. I removed the cold water hose and theres no filter on the valve, but there is a built in filter on the supply hose. These are old rubber hoses from previous washers and need to be replaced. I called techline and talked with Steve and he agreed that the valve should have a filter in it and would need to be replaced and that if the cold is filling slowly, its going to give a error and stop. "The complaint is the unit is not cooling as good as it used to be to in both section. The customer said the fresh food section has been loosing its cool for a long time, more than a month. The freezer just started to get warm. Today the freezer is over 20 degrees. I remove the evaporator cover. The frost pattern is low and only a little bit of frost is forming on the cap tube going into the evaporator. I took a suction pressure and it was in a deep vacuum. I soaped up the joints in the back and unplugged the fridge. I found no leaks. I used my combustible leak detector and look for leaks. I found no leaks in the evaporator or in the back. I called Beko techline and reported the findings. He said there is no repair I can make. He said to submit finding to our Beko rep. He gave me the case ticket number. The customer said the dryer takes 2 or more cycles to dry the clothes. I ran the dryer and took a heat test. The dryer got up to 130 but it took a very long time to heat up. I went outside to check the air flow. I found a white cover screen over the vent cover. The screen was plugged up. I removed the screen then cleaned the dryer duct. The air flow is a lot better now. I took the dryer front off and cleaned the blower housing. The dryer heats good and sounds good. The top of the duct came loose. I used a band clamp to keep the duct together.

"Customer states that machine would make a buzzing sound after it starts but not run and then cancel the cycle a few seconds later. When I hit start, I could hear the motor turn on, but there was no spinning or any motion in the basket whatsoever. Pick machine up and looked at the bottom and discovered that the belt and cover had come loose. It appears that the cover was not installed correctly and was rubbing on the motor pulley causing it to melt a little bit around the pulley. Trimmed away melted plastic And reinstalled belt and cover. Seems to be working great at this time."

The complaint was its not making ice. When I arrived I pulled the ice bucket out and it has ice in it. I removed the ice maker and there is water in the mold and its starting to freeze. I verified the ice maker thermistor passed and the ice maker fan is working. I took a freezer temp and it got down to 3.8 and I took a picture of it at 4.2 degrees. Both sections are cooling good. I replaced the water valve that was sent. No issues found.
