Notes from real Omega Force service calls: the appliance, the problem we found and how we fixed it.
Repairs completed May 23, 2025 to May 28, 2025
Model WM8100HVA
Replaced moldy door boot of washing machine. Pulled stacked washer and dryer out. Sealed up dryer vent to stop lint from leaking around unit. Replaced old washer water lines. Re-installed unit and verified operations. Washer running great and dryer no longer leaking.

Dishwasher bottom floor light blinking 12 times when arrived and no user interface lighting up - followed service bulletin on Electrolux and disconnected power for 5 minutes the user interface worked and error code gone went in service mode and cleared code per bulletin and checked latch - tests good -

Customer states no drain, tested and found drain motor not spinning, replaced drain motor and tested, all functions ok no leaks, unit now draining

Unit not getting cold enough. Found the ice cream being soft. And not much of a frost pattern on the unit. Tapped into system and was getting around -10 to -15 psi. So we have a leak. Pressure tested could see it slowly drop. Checked all connections and all exposed surfaces. Nothing. Unit has an internal leak. The heat exchanger isnt available on this unit. Nothing I can do. Filled with refrigerant. And unit is back working until it leaks out.

3flash error on pcb, compressor has open windings, replaced compressor and drier, leak checked, pulled deep evac and recharged to 48g r600a. Unit cooling on departure, instructed customer to wait 24hrs for unit to return to normal operation
“All Omega personnel were extremely helpful in getting my refrigerator to work again. The first service tech thought he could fix it without having to get a new compressor. When that didn’t work I coordinated with Dana who was terrific. I gave him my receipts for the purchase of the refrigerator which was less than 5 years old and still under warranty. He took care of the rest. Dakota installed the new compressor efficiently and the fridge was back up and running. I highly recommend Omega Force. They are courteous, professional and get the job done. They fully deserve the 5 stars I gave them.”
