The dryer does light up but when you press start nothing happens. I spin the drum by hand and it felt free. I removed the lower panel and found the belt was loose. I found the idler roller was off the pulley shaft. I quoted the customer for the pulley and then replaced the idler pulley. I also shortened the dryer duct. The dryer is working good now.

Cleaned out debris and tested. I filled and drained dishwasher 4 times and dishwasher is draining great. Dishwasher is now fixed."

"Please submit for a second opinion. I installed new main PCB and new waterline. ZERO moisture on board on bottom of bottom drawer. Fuse for water leak sensor is closed. Checked ALL wiring under top drawer. Still doing exactly what it did 5 times ago, when I first came out. Runs F1 leak error. I fixed the leak via the new waterline. Also had a bad power board which we replaced. It was burnt from water. Now its totally dry, I double and triple checked that. Made sure new waterline isnt kinked. Power cycled it 15 times. Still has F1 error and continually runs drain pump on upper drawer. I uninstalled main PCB and will return that. Please submit for 2nd opinion. "This Maytag washer, maybe once a week it'll stop somewhere later in the cycle. They said its when it gets to the dry portion of the cycle, but they havent noticed if it was heating, they never know until later, maybe an hour or two later, so we dont know for sure when it actually stops. Tested the door lock, it locks and secures well. I ran it through diagnostic service mode twice, it circulated, filled, drained, and heated great. Amp clamp on black wire at junction box during heat was 10 amps. Cant reproduce the issue. Did hear a slow rhythmic circulating sound during the drain portion, but it drained great. Nothing to fix at the moment. If it has worse issues or increased frequency of issue in future, I would possibly direct focus to the drain pump even though its operating currently."

After about 1 minute the fans all came on but not the compressor. I replaced the inverter with the inverter that was ordered. I plugged the fridge back in. As soon as the fans started the compressor started right up. I waited 30 minutes and its was cooling good. I cleaned the condenser coils.

I explained how high efficient topload washers work because it uses a washplate it will twists the clothes to wash them and with longer items or sheets it will twist rope like and that is how these newer top load washers wash to clean clothes.Washer filled, agitates, drains and spins. I recommended to use bulky cycle as that will use more water before it starts to agitate. Mechanically washer itself is working good as im here."

I disassembled dryer and smell gas strongly on the inside. I cant pinpoint exactly where its coming from, but theres a hissing coming from the valve. This is going to need a new gas valve assembly part number 280119. Dana can you call this in for authorization. Also are we responsible for disconnecting the gas line and hooking it back up, or do they need to have a plumber do it. "Tenant says that maybe 1 in 4 or 5 cycles there will still be water on the bottom of the dishwasher at the end of the cycle. While im here, dishwasher is draining fully every time. I did find that there is a slow leak from motor (see picture) Im not sure why it doesnt always drain since it is draining every time as im here.Motor would have to be replaced for the leak and I will also quote to replace drain pump.I tried calling hale and it goes to voice mail and I hear static.Office will need to contact hale and give estimate but based on cost of motor and not being sure about the drain issue it might not be economical to repair.Total estimate just for motor is $537.57. Motor with drain pump $643.70; saved tckt"

Last visit I did all the work of removing the old parts. Today I installed the new tub bearing, seal, and shaft assembly. I started the washer on a wash cycle and then did and drain and spin. Its all working."

Washer was making loud noise. Verified complaint was making a loud noise when stoping from high speed. And some agitations. Tipped unit back and found the rotor nut was loose and the rotor dropped. Removed rotor and inspected looks good no damage to magnets and the splines look good also. Same as on the gearcase. Reassembled unit and put locktite on the nut for the rotor. Then tested unit multiple times and no noise.

"The customer complaint is the unit is not cooling well. I found the evaporator is frosted up. I put into defrost, I get 120 volts to the heater but they do not come on. It will need the defrost heater. I defrosted the the evaporator and replaced the heater. I cycled the defrost timer on and verified the heater does come on.

I can see water leaking into the soap dispenser. The water valve is bad. The cold solenoid on the valve assembly had failed and was not sealing tight. Today I replaced the water valve assembly. The washer is working good and fills correctly. It is not leaking from the valve anymore.

Unit was dead and locked. Had to carefully pick the lock to unlock door. Once both doors are unlocked removed doors then removed oven from wall. Then disassembled and tested the thermostats. Found the top two where bad. The bottom was good. Replaced the top two and now working properly. Reassembled unit and tested again. Working great.
