Replaced all parts: transmission, belt, drain pump, motor, springs, etc. also replaced bad lid switch assembly. Spliced new wire and connections onto wire since old connections got burnt when lid lock assembly went bad. Ran it on a wash, then a spin cycle: no drips or leaks. Watched it for a half hour. Water line connections good on back. See photo of those and front of washer after running it on a wash cycle.

Not draining. Found broken glass in the drain pump. They had some water that had leaked down into the basement prior to me coming. Today when I cleaned out the glass and then ran the dishwasher, there was no leaking and its nice and dry under the dishwasher. Good connections under the sink. Works great now. Job complete.

Customer stated that water contained sediment from fridge. Tech found filter was never properly seated. Tech seated filter and tested. Water is now traveling through filter before being dispensed.

Refrigerator not cooling at all. Room temperature in freezer and fridge. Found that the defrost timer is locked up and wont advance. Replaced defrost timer, tested and compressor turns on and refrigerator is starting to cool. Refrigerator is working well.

Installed the new filter head, bypassed the filter as the customers filter is plugged. Tested the water dispenser (ok) tested the icemaker and found the fill tube was clogged. Removed and removed the ice chuck, cycled and tested again. The ice maker filled with water. Also tightened the door handles
