"Customer says they can hear water still inside washer when they move tub. Also they say washer stinks. As Im here it has a musty smell. I explained that the water sloshing sound is from the tub ring that there is water inside for balance purpose and is normal. I ran diagnostics and no errors. I ran load of towels and it fills, agitates, drains and spins. Washer is working good.I recommended less soap and to use the clean washer cycle frequently and that will removed any gunk, excess soap build up that fuse bad smells. Washer itself is working good."

"Customer complaint is, NOT DRAINING. Inspected and tested dishwasher. Dishwasher is draining really slowly. I unhooked the hose from underneath the sink and drained it into my bucket. It almost drained it all the way. This dishwasher hose has like three sections of drain hose attached to it and goes down into the basement and back up to the sink and the last one is black rubber hose. I disconnected the black hose in the basement and drained it into my bucket. It drained all the way in under 30 seconds. Dishwasher is operating normal for me. The problem is with the long drain hose. Advised customer to reroute and shorten up the drain hose and get rid of the black rubber hose."

Customer complains that both the icemaker in the freezer and in the fresh food section or not making ice. Upon arrival and inspection I found the icemakers were both turned off. I checked temperatures and found temperatures in the freezer cavity range between 9?F and 18?F. In the fresh food section icemaker cavity I found temperatures range between 16?F and 25?F. The lower icemaker in the freezer section cycled and began to make ice while I was on site. Unit temperatures are too high for ice maker to harvest ice in the fresh food section. Customer complains the dryer is not drying well takes multiple cycles to dry. Upon arrival and inspection I found the dryer had a failed bearing and glide system. The dryer duct was crushed and only 2 to 3 miles an hour was present outside. The dryer had heavy heavy lint buildup around and in the bulkhead area. The filter housing assembly was also packed. I quoted a bearing and glides and a thorough cleaning. Customer will reach back out to us if they want to move forward with this repair.

"Customer says taking 2 cycles to cry clothes. I tested dryer temperature with vent disconnected and got to 200 degrees, with vent attached it got to 225 degrees. Not extreme swing. I tested load of clothes from washer spin out to dryer and dryer has consistent heat cycle and within 20 minutes the towels were almost dry.Customer states she uses 70 minutes and clothes still come out damp. As im here dryer is heating and working good. So unless intermittent problem im not finding an issue. I suggested to have vents checked if it is constant issue since dryer is cycling heat good as im here."

"The customer said she saw some water coming from the front. I let fill to the top on a super load size . Some water leaked out the over flow when it was agitating. I cleared the pressure hose, cleaned out the part the hose goes into in the tub and put a zip tie around the hose. I filled it up 2 more times and it did not leak. Its spinning good and sounds good."

"When it agitates it makes a squeak sound. It only does it agitate and never in spin. If I manually twist the agitator back in forth it will make the squeak noise. I told the customer the noise to me is coming from the transmission but could be from the seal but its not leaking and sounds good in spin. I advised the customer that the transmission replacement will be very costlu. I told her that it still works good and it very clean. "

Found that drain line goes through the floor and routes back up to sink (see picture) had very slow drain as i got here. Checked drain hoses and appears that it was clogged with gunk. I sucked out with vacuum rerouted drain line a bit and now dishwasher drains fully and is working good. But i explained that this is not correct way according to manufacturer installation instructions and if it happens again that it will need to be rerouted and drilled through cabinetry which is not covered under the warranty.

"The customers complaint was that the washer was dead , it would not power on at all and he tried different outlet and all settings. The customer and I walked over to the washer and the customer pushed the start button to show me it wasnt working but then it did start to work. I wiggled the power cord and it never failed. I checked for errors but there were none. We let it fill and it started to wash. I found no issues today. I advised the customer that if it happens again its the main control. ."

"The customer said the convention fan did not run and it seem to take a long time to preheat. I set the convention bake to 350 and gave it time to preheat. In about 10 min it got to temp and after 1 min the convention fan came on. I powered it off and let sit for 10 min then tried it again. Its still working good. The ignitor is not weak and lights up every time it cycles. I tried again to show the customer that it was working and it now the convection fan does not come on when it should. There was no clicking from the board so its not a bad relay issue. Eventually the fan came on in convection but it was almost 10 minutes later. "Customer complaint is, STILL GET OE CODE AND LEAKING UNDER WASHER about 4 OR 5 TIMES SINCE TECH LEFT. Customer said that it worked about a half dozen times when I left last time before they got the error. Customer showed me pictures of the leak and the water was really soapy. I inspected and tested washer. I filled it with water and let it agitate and there was a lot of soap suds in the washer even though I didnt add soap. I showed this to the customer. Washer is filling, agitating, draining and spinning out great and I never saw it leak. Washer is operating normal. The problem is with the soap. Customer did not try new soap yet but is going to now. If they call back, we need to have someone else give them a second opinion."

"Water stain on floor. Water line was frozen up. Has the known issue on the back of insulation breaking down, causing water to leak through the back of the cabinet. Also, compressor not running even though inverter box is receiving 120v. Bad inverter box. Replaced inverter box, took an hour because the compressor is positioned in such a way that it had to be unbolted and shifted to give enough room to get the box out. After replacing the box, inverter box getting 120 still but compressor not running. Has a bad compressor. Needs compressor serviced. Water dispenser wasnt working, customer turned off fridge, and after thawing it out, water dispenses but it wasnt cooling. Because compressor wasnt running. All fans running. ; used 1 WR49X10283 (COMPRESSOR INVERTER) from stock, states that autho needed"
