Evacuated system and charged with proper charge of R600. Unit cooling properly again. If refrigerant leaks out again, it is likely a Yoder loop leak, but recommend full pressurized leak detection to determine.

MAKING WEIRD NOISES WHEN USING. Customer advised during the whole cycle there is a noise but the unit is washing/rinsing/spinning ok. I ran washer through a test mode and didnt hear any abnormal noise. I removed the clutch and slider and the slider magnet looks like it might be a little loose. I installed new slider and tested. Washer sounds great. Washer is now fixed.

Customer stated refrigerator getting warm. Found freezer at -10?F and fresh food at 52?F. Put unit into test mode and found all fans operational but low flow to fresh food compartment. Tested damper open and closing, works as it should. Inspected evaporator coil and found evap plate had pulled away from back wall, causing low air flow to fresh food compartment. Frost pattern of evap coil was perfect. Re-installed evap plate and verified it will not shake loose. Put into test mode and verified operations, air flow to fresh food compartment is great again.

ERROR WITH UNIT AND TICKING SOUND. Customer advised there is a broken lid switch and getting a L1 error code. Found the lid lock is broken and just hanging. I installed new lid lock and tested. Getting leak error. Pulled out dishwasher and there is water in the drip pan. Cleaned out water and found that there is water, cleaned out water and ran test and found that it is leaking from sump. Found that the screw is loose and water was getting inbetween tub and sump. Used screws that bite into plastic more and is secure. Tub and sump are now tight and no more leaks.Dishwasher is working good.

Painted unit not cooling. They had a compressor replaced just over a year ago. On arrival everything seems to be cooling put my temp probe inside the freezer. Pulled fridge out on protective mat in his system. At first I was at -10 on the low side. Then it bumped up after I press the test button to about 20 psi when I unplugged the fridge. It was down to 10 psi and never went up even after 15 minutes for equalize pressure. They compressors all over the map. Check temps and freezer was about 5? which isnt bad considering I had the freezer door open, they might have a sealed system issue with a restriction. But as of now everything is cooling properly.
