Customer complaint was that the unit was not heating. Found the bake igniter not activating. Tested and confirmed it was receiving 120V but not functioning. Replaced the igniter, and the unit is now operating properly.

I slid the dishwasher out to access the power control board. I removed the defective board. I secured the new control board in place with wire harnesses connected. I slid the dishwasher into place and ran several tests to verify my repair, the appliance fills, washes, drains and changes water levels. The dishwasher is good for normal everyday use.

Unit had a belt off and actuator was out of place ! Took unit apart and put back together and fixed issue! Unit is done working great!

Customer states that water was leaking all over the countertop from the air gap installed. Found that there was a blockage in the garbage disposal causing the water to spew out of the air gap. I cleaned out debris and cleaned out filter and spray arms in dishwasher. Tested and dishwasher is running well and is also draining normally.Dishwasher is working well.
