Explained to customer it is common for the compressors to fail. Explained the process on getting the compressor covered. Customer already has ticket number. Talked with Phil he is ok with using a compressor from my stock and reschedule customer. I let customer know if we need anything else for approval we will let him know but usually we can get it all cover for the customer. Customer approved the 660 additional to get the unit fixed. Hooked up my gage to the low side and was at 50 psi. Unit has equalized even when its running. Unit needs a new compressor and dryer; used 1 TCA38151706 (Compressor) from stock

"The customer said the washer is louder than before and does not spin the water out on larger than small loads. Today I found the baker was loose so it wobbles back and forth. The new wash plate was stuck on again. When trying to get it off the new wash plate cracked, it still works but would need to be replaced again. I removed the wash plate and found all the screws for the basket drive are loose. We no they were tight last time so they must have come loose. 2 of the 6 screw holes are stripped so the screws just keep turning. We filled the tub 1/4 way with water and even at 1/4 full the whole tub was hitting the ground. The first repair was very tough on this washer. For this to be fixed right the washer will need the 4 shocks, and new wash plate, a hub drive, the wash basket and probably a transmission. Please submit to warranty and then update the customer. The microwave plugs in to the oven which blows the fuse. Dont have a fuse to replace. Also customer just used the oven so its extremely hot and I cant remove the unit to test. Called tech line about this issue. They said if it continues to happen randomly it needs a new mag. They say it drains the amps then pops the fuse. They recommend replacing the mag and he said its not a bad idea to do the switches and holder also. Also tenant says bats were getting in through the vent. Dryer runs, but no heat. I disassembled dryer and found the thermostat has failed. Quoted customer $324. to install new thermostat. Customer approved repairs. Installed new thermostat and vacuumed out inside of dryer. Reattached vent and tested. Dryer is heating great and cycling between 210F and 115F. Dryer is now fixed. Vent comes out on second story. I dont have service, so I cant call customer to collect. Also I would recommend customer have vent cleaned and install a new vent cover on the outside of house because its not shutting all the way and bats were getting in earlier in the year and tenant had a broom handle holding it shut so they couldnt get in. "Dishwasher has been sporadically leaking for the past year. Found a bad lower spray arm, and mineral deposit built up on door gasket. Mineral deposit under float assembly. Ran it for an hour, no leaks. Can see the lower spray arm is the arm which has gears that can sometimes bind up. Customer is going to order new spray arm, and clean off door gasket. Between now and when spray arm arrives, it dishwasher starts leaking he will open the door and see what position spray arm is in. Then will close it and open a minute later and see if its still in same position. I also recommended a dishwasher cleaner to get deposits out, since they didnt have a water softener for a year."

Either the seal needs to be replaced or the whole drum. The seal is not listed as a separate part. Is there a seal that we can find that works? The rollers and idler are good so we just cleaned them and oiled them. The blower wheel was packed full of lint again. We put it back together and ran it again. The drum still scraps against the bulk head and the motor has some vibration to it. It for sure needs either the drum or seal. Bottom right corner of fresh food door sticks out a tiny pit. Liebherr tech support said it would need hinges for the fresh food door to probably fix it. Thats the only thing that could potentially fix it. Was not able to explain this to customer because she was on a work call. Office would need to tell her that. They said the bottom freezer door there really isnt a fix for that. The large plastic bin for the upper freezer drawer is broken, and customer would like a quote for that too. And then it needs a sensor relocation kit. Sensor and bracket. 95902002 and 743922101. Can someone look up part number for the freezer drawer main bin, and the main hinges for ff door, and quote for all of this? Inspect the drain pan and found a hole in it. So when it gets water through the drain in the pan then it leaks. The pan looks like its unavailable. We will have to do some research. In the mean time I glued up the hole with the whirlpool red glue. Explained to home owner. Not sure if its going to work or not. Best to get a new one. Customer agrees if we can find one.
