"Huge ice ball built up in Icemaker area. Steamed all the ice out. Icemaker dispenses ice now, and it didnt when I got here. Temps are good 39 in ff and 2 in freezer. No frost built up on back of unit.

"Customers complaint with the dishwasher is that its installed incorrectly, the rack to side slide in and out and its not washing dishes well. Upon arrival and inspection I found the lower spray arm is unable to turn because it hits the lower rack because the wheels are missing. Water hardness is very hard and they do not use rinse aid. The unit has been installed incorrectly.

Customer complains to dishwasher rack adjuster is broken and its not cleaning dishes right. Upon arrival and inspection I found heavy depositing a minerals. The spray arms were blocked 100%. I clean spray arms and ordered part. I instructed customer to run three citric acid base cleaners through unit before my return.

The drain pump would not drain at all. The bottom panel screw was rusted and stripped. I had to drill the screw so I could remove the front panel. After I sucked all the water out I removed the drain pump. I found a bra padding in the pump. The drain pump was very loud and did not seem like it was going to work well. I replaced the drain pump. I also found the cold water was not filling only hot. I removed the cold water hose and found the screen was plugged up. I cleared the screens. The cold water works great now. ;

The fresh food evaporator fan was not turning. I moved the fan blade by hand and it kicked on. It was the old style fan motor. I replaced the fan motor and defrosted the evaporator.

The customer said the noise issue stopped a few days ago. I checked the ice maker over and it looked good. There was no frost or ice build up. I advised that a cube could have been stuck and finely pushed it self out.

The icemaker is not making ice at all. In diagnostics there was an error code for the icemaker motor did not complete the cycle. I ran a icemaker fill test and the icemaker filled with water but would not run a harvest. It needs a new icemaker. The freezer LED light assembly needs to be replaced but the customer declined the quote for repair. I am just ordering an icemaker.

"The dryer was working good today and was quiet. The only thing i found was the right rear rollers was not spinning true. I replaced the 2 rear rollers. 2 came in the same package. I also removed each drum baffle and found lint balls and pop tops inside them. That could have made some noise. The dryer is running good.
