Fun arrival customer service machines not draining. Opened up the machine and discovered a color sheet had been caught in the drain pump filter. Removed and tested. Machine seem to be working properly

Replaced springs, much firmer now, tub doesnt shake half as much. Also recommended to customer that they buy antivibration pads for feet of washer. Floor under washer is VERY slippery linoleum

Unit had a frozen drain tube ! Removed back cover steamed it out and cleared obstruction! Unit is good to go ! Done!

It has been giving an E 64 error, and shutting off. It also is having trouble with the dial, not responding and it will keep running without pressing start. I called Electrolux to troubleshoot and we found that it had a bad heater that is grounded to the chassis. I quoted for a new heating element and attach the quote. Its a 14-year-old dryer so the customer is going to be just replacing the dryer.

Customer states the dishwasher was giving the code heavy for a water leak. Found the top left corner of the door was not sealing causing the door to leak down the side into the lower tray. Fix the seal.

Unit had a bad inlet valve ! Replaced inlet valve from truck stock and tested on heavy duty cycle and watched it shut off! Done no leaks ! Advised customer to monitor the first 3 cycles just in the first fill cycle to make sure!

Owner stated dishwasher blinking all the time and not working. Found 12 blink error code for ECO communication error. Inspected wiring to controller and verified correct. Performed code removal as per tech bulletin. Performed test mode and verified operations. Dishwasher working properly again.
“My dishwasher broke after 2 weeks. there was a code for it and they figured out what the code was. I don’t know what was wrong with my dishwasher. Was it just a fluke that had a bad code and what did it mean? I should have been more diligent about asking questions. There was no paperwork left for me. The dishwasher is working fine so I guess that is what is important.”
