Not draining. Found that the drain trap was clogged with pet hair and debris. I showed customer and customer cleaned it. Tested and washer drains and is working good.

"When the dryer runs it makes a loud squeal. I removed the front and the drum. I found the rear rollers were failing and the idler is loud. I quoted for the repair kit. I installed all the parts of the kit. The dryer sounds good now.

Cleaned dryer vent. Lots of lint cleared out was getting under 10 before now 17 mph. 24 out of unit. Its a longer dryer vent over 20 feet. Unit is now heating and working properly

The compliant is there is a clicking sound from the fresh food section. I found the temp control damper had failed again and was noisy. The customer said an hour after I left the whole unit stopped cooling. I dont know why this is. I replaced the damper control assembly. The lights had shut off while I was working on it. I reset the power and now its cooling and all the fans are working but the lights did not come back on yet. I waited 29 minutes and then the lights came back on. It is cooling now.

"Customer complaint is, F9 ERROR CODE. WHEN IT DOES WORK, ITS NOT SHOWING CORRECT TEMPERATURE. Inspected and tested. F9 is a no heat error. Temperature sensor tested good at 1,078 ohms. Convection fan is working great. Found the bake ignitor is weak. Customer approved repairs. Installed new bake ignitor and tested. Oven is working great. Oven is now fixed.

Installed new part from last diagnosis. Tested unit and made sure everything is working properly.

Upper ice box will intermittently make ice and then melt. Freezer is 66 degrees and refrigerator is 42.Looks like there is a sealed system leak but there is no frost patten on the freezer evaporator and maybe %10 frost pattern on fresh food evaporator. I informed customer that there is a leak somewhere but since its still under 5 year sealed system warranty I referred him to contact Samsung to get it fixed under that.

"Leaks and the body of the washer is not on. Plan arrival and inspection. I found the written screws on the back plate, causing the machine to not lock into place. Replaced the missing screw and adjusted the mounting tabs and reinstalled the cabin. I tested it with four towels and it works great... the washer is fixed ."

Customer is concerned with the door close. He tightened up the handle and the mullion rest was loose. I tightened up the rest and leveled the fridge. It is now closing as designed.

"Fridge not cooling. The evaporator is frosted over, it was set up in ADC defrost mode. I adjusted the defrost settings she will defrost it and if it needs the board she will call us.

"Customer complaint is, DRYER IS SQUEAKY. Inspected and tested. Found the idler pulley was seized up. Customer approved repairs. Installed new idler pulley and vacuumed out inside of dryer. Tested and dryer sounds great. Dryer is now fixed.

"Customer complaint is, ICEMAKER NOT WORKING IN FRZ. Inspected and tested. Freezer temperature was 11F, but customer had removed some stuff before I got here and had the door open. I tried cycling the ice maker, but nothing happened. I removed the ice maker and it was full of cubes and looked like it was jammed. I cleaned out all the cubes and reinstalled and ice maker cycled, but did not fill with water. I cant get the ice maker to cycle by jumping it. I can get the water valve to turn on and start filling by jumping the valve. The ice maker has failed. Customer approved repairs. Ice maker cycled and filled with water. Ice maker is now fixed."

Evaporator coils run though the shelves are frosted up with 1/2 to 1 frost build up then causes freezer to not cool very (see picture) some water bottles in the door do not get frozen. Customer had thermometer that showed 15 degrees on middle shelf.I checked door seal all the way around with paper to ensure i had resistance and door is sealing. Door hinge is fine and door closes good. Customer has the freezer set at 3-4 and water bottles in the door are half frozen or not at all.Customer had last defrosted it May 31st and this amount of frost build up is since that time (customer has been documenting everything she has been doing)I dont think there is anything that can be replaced that is going to change this around of frost build up. I took a lot of pictures and call into Danby and see what they want to do.; saved tckt

"The whole unit stopped cooling. Today when I arrived the fridge was unplugged. I plugged it back in. The fan inside came on and the compressor came on but not the condenser fan. The fan was trying to start but could not. I took the fan apart and cleaned the rotor and stator. I put it back together and plugged it in. Its working now but not at full speed. The condenser fan needs to be replaced. I quoted the customer. They will pay by check, I ordered the part from Sundberg. ; ordrd 1 DA97-15765C (CONDENSER FAN MOTOR)"

"Ff and fz have both been inconsistent in temps/ running on the way warm side. 5/10 first days living here the tenant said temps were running very warm, 50 in fresh food and 30s in freezer. Lately its been more consistent in the lower temps but still too warm. When I got there, it was zero in freezer (set to -3) and 42 in ff (set to 34). I took evaporator cover off and there was minimal frost on evaporator. No blockage in vent. All fans and compressor running. Steamed off evaporator and it partially frosted over, but minimal frost. Tenant said fridge is almost always running. I spoke with GE tech support, and we walked through everything and they said it has a sealed system, most likely a small refrigerant leak. 10398456 is the case number. They said with the fridge consistently running, and yet temps dont get low enough, ice cream melts, not over frosting no defrost issue and gaskets fine on doors, only option is that its a sealed system issue. I left a message with owner that we will call with quote. Please note the fridge is in a tight space, and not a lot of room in front of it to pull it out. ; saved tckt"

There was a sandwich bag in the bottom of the box and oil had leaked from the gearbox the hand popped holes in the box in transit. The fresh food is not cooling temps are around 60. The freezer is good with temps around 4. I found the freezer fan is working but Im getting no cold air into the fresh food. I found the damper control is not open. I unplugged the damper and plugged it back in. It opened and then closed and continued to click. The damper control has failed. I gave quote for the repair. I tapped I to the low side and high side. The low side pressure is 55 psi and the high side pressure is 58psi. When I shut it off the static pressure is about the same. The low side went up to 60. Sister Junenemann purchase a lightbulb from batteries plus was advised to get an LED bulb which consequently melted and caused the service call for today. upon arrival and inspection I found the LED bulb had melted and become lodged in the socket. I was able to remove the parts and install a new lightbulb after cleaning the melted plastic from the light socket. Sister Junenemann request a copy of this receipt via email so she could work with Darrell the general manager at batteries plus. Per his request I have emailed him (info@mnbattery.com) the pictures of the damage inside the range. The range is now fixed. her email address is attached as a picture. Fridge not cooling. I did the automated testes and observed the evaporator in the freezer. Water was dripping from the evaporator. This fridge has a failing sealed system.

"Customers complain as there is poor washability, and it does not drain consistently. Upon arrival and inspection I found a blockage that was getting caught in the siphon break. I remove this blockage and begin testing again. I found over 50% of the holes on the spray arms were blocked, causing it to not wash well. I cleaned a lot of debris from inside the spray arms. I re-seated the filter assembly, as well as, I tightened up the mounting screws for the door as it had come loose. The dishwasher is now working as designed.

"Dryer not heating. Found a bad high limit thermal cut out. Replaced fuse, and also did vent cleaning. Took apart dryer and cleaned out all lint inside dryer too. Runs and heats great now.

"Some frost started forming almost immediately on the outside of the evaporator cover, but no frost coming through the vents. Water pooling up and then freezing on bottom of fresh food section, and then some frost forming on items in freezer. Confirmed that the door gaskets all seal well. Checked the drain pan by the compressor and it was totally dry. Ran a full tank of steam from my steamer through the drain line up to the evaporator cover. Took awhile but water finally started draining down. Customer said the fridge has been consistently doing a hum and click from the compressor. They said temps have been good though. Steamed out drain until it finally drained again. Made sure water drains down well now by pouring cup of water down drain/ seemed to be only issue.

Unit has so much of debris of the rug back that its unrepairable. Even if I put a new pump in it will get clogged again from the debris in the unit. Let customer know I could install a part but good chance it will get clogged again. I tried to clear out as much as I can but I can still see and feel a bunch.

Installed power button. Reassembled and button is working great.

Installed evap cover/ fan assembly. Tested for fault codes everything testing good. Reassembled unit and now unit is working properly.

"Customer complaint is, NOT MUCH WATER IN THE DISHWASHER, NOT CLEANING DISHES. Inspected and tested. Found the circulation pump has failed. Installed new circulation pump and tested. Dishwasher is working great. Dishwasher is now fixed.

"Customer complaint is, LEAKING WATER. Inspected and tested. Filled and drained washer twice and couldnt find a leak. I put washer into test mode and filled it all the way to the top and there was no leaks. Ive tested this as thoroughly as I can and cant find any leaks."

"The customer complaint is the drain pump runs continuously, the door is locked and the panel does not turn on. The panel is blank, the lock light is on and the pump runs. I put into diagnostics and got the f3e1 code for the pressure sensor. I tried to clear the sensor and hose but it still acts up. I reset the control but it still runs the drain. I replaced the sensor and cleared the control. The washer is working good now. I ran a load and completed the diagnostic test. I started a quick wash, it filled and started to wash.

"Dishwasher didnt drain and overflowed while running it. I found sludge built up where drain line connects to the garbage disposal. She mentioned that the disposal was all blocked up with food and not draining at the same time the dishwasher couldnt drain: I took out the filter and cleaned out a bunch of hair and fat. Also, checked dishwasher impeller and it has good spring to it and no debris. Sucked water through the drain line and it doesnt have any restrictions. Looped up nicely too. Then ran and filled the dishwasher twice and drained it twice and it drained perfectly both times."

"The dryer would not start and smelled like burning. I tried the dryer and the motor just hums and is hot. The motor barely turns. I replaced the motor, blower and the rebuilt kit. The dryer runs and sounds good.

Unit is a 36 unit over the cooktop. Unit not heating and turntable not alway operating correctly. Verified complaint unit not heating. Checked door switch and everything I could without removing the unit. Explained to customer that I need to take this unit down. But because of the size I would need another tech. Customer is going to remove the unit themselves then let us know.

Cant pull unit out because of the tile. Looks like they cut it once before I struggled with it for a while and no luck. Im going to damage something if I continued. Let customer know they will have to pull unit out. Units not cooling. Customer said it slowly started to happen over few weeks to a month. Found the evap completely dry and everything is running. Let customer know there is a good chance its has a sealed system issue from what I can find. Customer is going to pull unit out. They are thinking of just getting a new one.

"The customer said that about 3 months when they wash a load with sheets and comforters that washer will not spin all the water out. I advised the customer that can happen on load with sheets and bedding. They do not use the bedding cycle they just use normal. I advised to use the bedding when washing bedding. I tested the valves and they all work perfectly fine. When I put it into a drain cycle, I noticed the washer was not draining out very quickly. I found the drain hose was pushed too far down the drain pipe. I pulled the hose out and it started to drain out faster. I have the hose about 8 inches down the standpipe and a zip tied it in place so it wont move."

"The complaint was frost building up on the back of the freezer wall, and the fan makes noise in the freezer. I found Frost building up on the back evaporator cover, and the evaporator fan is not working. I remove the cover and found the top half of the coil is all frosted over and ice is built up around the fans. While I was removing the cover, the whole refrigerator went into defrost and it was defrosting the evaporator but not the top half because its so frosted over. I manually defrosted the entire evaporator with my steamer and had it in defrost entire time. I reset power and everything came on and the freezer evaporator fan came on. Advise the customer to keep an ion it and see if it comes back."

I replaced the main relay board. I tested the oven, it worked as designed. I watched it at both 200deg and 350deg. The oven cycled as expected and maintained heat."

Customers complaint MOVING SLOWLY SHE THINKS ITS ON ITS LAST LEG. Verified complaint; unit is tumbling a bit slower. Disassembled unit and found the idler seized and one bad roller. Installed part after cleaning up lint. Reassembled and tested unit is quiet and tumbling correctly now.

Unit not making ice. Customer said unit makes a ticking noise also. Found the ice maker frosted up and the one of the fingers busted on the icemaker. Replaced ice maker and valve. Reassembled unit then tested now working properly.

Replaced ice maker and water valve. Customer had replaced their water shut off valve to the refrigerator. Tested and water dispenser works and ice maker cycles and fills. Refrigerator is working good.

"Watched dryer run for a half hour. No error codes, but no heat either. Checked voltage at outlet, only 210 volts. Dryer says on data tag it needs 240. Did breaker switch a few times, still 210 weather testing with plug in outlet or with probes directly in outlet. Needs 240. Looped up drain higher for dryer. Checked internal filter area, no water and great air flow. Rear resettable fuse is good.

"Customer complaint is, NOT OPENING THE DETERGENT DISPENSER, DISHES NOT CLEAN. Inspected and tested. Dispenser is opening, just not dissolving the pod or washing the detergent out of the dispenser. Found the circulation pump has failed. Customer declined repairs for now and is going to look into replacing it.

"Customer complaint is, LID LOCK ISSUE - ERROR CANT GET IT TO OPEN. Customer said it happens randomly. Tested washer and its working perfectly.Adjusted the metal plate on the back lid switch and checked the lid lock for debris. I removed the lid lock and there was soap all over on the inside of it. I cleaned it out.

"Customer complaint is, DRYER DOES NOT HEAT. Inspected and tested. Found the heating element has failed. Customer approved repairs. Installed new heating element and vacuumed out inside of dryer. Tested and dryer is heating great and cycling between 215F and 125F and air flow on outside of house is 21mph. Dryer is now fixed.

"Customer complaint is, MEMBER STATED THE REFRIGERATOR IS SET TO 35 DEGREES BUT ONLY COOLING TO 50 DEGREES. Customer said the last couple days its been working. Inspected and tested. FF compartment was 35F. I couldnt get a accurate freezer temperature right away because my meter was acting up, but after I had the door open and tested the evaporator heater I got 8F and was dropping. I put refrigerator into test mode and evaporator fan is working, damper is opening and closing, thermistors tested good and defrost heater is working. Refrigerator is testing good and operating normal."

"Pulled out range to replace valve and realized gas was turned 3/4 of way off. Turned gas on, now all burners ignite great and burn with nice flames exactly how theyre supposed to."

Found that the left side of the dishwasher door was hitting the cabinet and preventing door from fully shutting and causing door error. Leveled out the dishwasher and more mounted center of cabinet. Door now shuts and is working good.

"The customer complaint is the front right burner does not always light. Today I tried it and its working great. I removed the burner cover and bowl and I found the electrode is cracked and missing some of the coating around it. Its working found for me but the customer said it has not really worked for the last month. The burner electrode should probably be replaced. I added pics. "The customer said the washer does not drain. The issue is the washer drains fine but does not spin out good. I out into diagnostic mode and checked codes. The shifter fault was stored. I tipped the washer back and the bottom was covered with rusty water and signs its leaking. The washer will need a new gear case assembly and a shifter. Please submit for approval. Dryer will intermittently getting get F1 error code and customer will have to unplug and plug back in to reset dryer. I replaced the failed board. I tested it both using my smart hq device. The DW is now fixed.

"Replaced water valve, tested and now it fills and washes, no more errors. Dishwasher is working good."

"Customer complaint is, DRYER DOES NOT SHUT OFF UNLESS YOU OPEN THE DOOR, EVEN IF THE SCREEN IS BLANK IT JUST RUNS. Customer said this has happened a few times in the past, but always fixes itself. Inspected and tested. Dryer is working normal while testing and is not staying on. Dryer is getting way too hot while testing. Dryer vents out the second story. I advised customer to have vent cleaned before using. A stuck motor relay on the board is the only thing that would make it keep running when its shut off. Customer declined repairs for now and is going to talk to her husband."

"Fresh food section has been warm. Lots of frost building up throughout freezer. Water leaking into fridge. Water leaking out from bottom of fridge. Water on top of food on top shelf of fridge. I found the door gasket for ff not seated right, and not sealing totally. I steamed it and applied glue to get it in right place, and now it fully seals so moisture cant enter fridge. Steamed out frost in fz, and steamed out vents to ff section. Also found evaporator drain frozen. Steamed that out and poured cup of water down it, draining great. Let it run for 10 minutes and evaporator is freezing over nicely, and cold air is blowing into ff section now. Everything runs great now. Told customer it can take 24 hours before its all cool. Also dried up all the water with towels. And wiped out freezer so thats all clean now."

Customers states unit not mounted and tips. Verified unit isnt mounted will need to be side mounted because of counter top. Removed dishwasher to inspect. Found they had some mounts screwed to the side of cabinets already but werent hooked up to this dishwasher. Removed mounts. Mounted them on dishwasher then reinstalled dishwasher flush with cabinet then leveled unit. Mounted unit and tested. Had customer look at dishwasher and was happy.

Dishwashert is non repairable. Theres a pinhole leak from the steel casing; between steel and the solid liner under the dishwasher. No way to seal it. Customers only option is to replace unit now.

Customer says there is condensation all over dishes at end of cycle. Customer ran cycle the night before and showed me when I got here that there was still alot of condensation and moisture on dishes and the stainless tub.Ran test and all functions are working. I showed customer user manual that steam gloss option increases dry time by 30 minutes. I recommended too use that and I increased the rinseaid amount in the user settings which should also help with drying. Customer will use those options and see if that helps with drying. Dishwasher is working good.

"Rear right burner isnt igniting. Spent awhile cleaning it with a wire brush. Now it ignites great. Front convection burner knob is very worn down. Part is NLA though. Gave customer part number and they will see if they can find one on eBay or Amazon. Also looked at washer. Has a rusted leaking oil transmission, leaking water. They will let seller know. Only way to fix that would be replacing transmission.

The customer said the washer leaks. I filled the washer and ran the wash cycle. When it drains water is leaking out the hose. I found a hole in the hose. I patched the hose first then I realized the hose is extended and very long so I cut out the bad section and hooked the good parts together. The hose is shorter now but it should drain more efficiently because its not going up and then down and back up again. I showed the customer the defective hose and how its now being run.

"Customer complaint is, DRYER IS MAKING A SQUEAKY SOUND IN OPERATION SOMETIMES. Inspected and tested. Found the idler pulley is seizing up and squealing. Installed new idler pulley and vacuumed out inside of dryer. Tested and dryer sounds great. Dryer is now fixed.

"Washer just dead. Found a bad lid switch. Replaced it, runs great now.

"Found that loose wire cut power. Reattached wire, tested and dishwasher would seem like it starts dishwasher but the fill valve keeps filling until dishwasher overflows and trips the leak sensor. Due to estimate cost of motor customer declined and with the mice droppings all over it she will replace the dishwasher."

Replaced garbage disposal. Tested and it runs and no leaks. Garbage disposal is working good.

"Customer complaint is, ICE MAKER IS NOT CYCLING OR DOING ANYTHING. Inspected and tested. Freezer temperature was 18F and FF 45F. Refrigerator was in defrost when I got here. I pulled refrigerator out and found the water line to the ice maker was broken off at the top tube that goes into the ice maker. I cant get the ice maker to cycle. This is going to need a new ice maker and tube that goes from the back to the ice maker. Customer declined repairs."

"Customer complaint is, LONG DRY TIMES. Inspected and tested. Started dryer on a timed dry high heat cycle and it was getting upto 280F before it shut off. Airflow on outside of house is 13mph. The bulkhead is full of lint. I disassembled dryer and cleaned out bulkhead. Reassembled and tested. Airflow on outside is now about 15mph. The vent behind dryer is the flexible foil material and has holes in it. The problem is with the vent. I advised customer to replace vent before using."

There is no water hooked up to the dryer. No leak from the dryer is possible. Tested dryer sounds and looks good

"Replaced bad drain pump, cleaned up mouse poop under washer, and uninstalled filter again and cleaned more debris out of it."

"Found that the motor shaft is stripped and motor turns but transmission doesnt spin. Needs motor, clutch, motor coupler. Customer will think about it and call back if they want to proceed.

Installed new board. Tested unit multiple times unit is working properly with out any issues.

Unit has a terrible smell in the dryer and isnt drying well. Verified complaint unit definitely has a bad smell and air flow is under 10mph also. Definitely could be something dead stuck in the vent. I removed the vent from behind the dryer then disassembled the dryer to make sure I didnt see anything inside the dryer. Nothing in blower wheel or inside dryer. Reassembled unit. Recommend getting dry vent wizards out to inspect the vents. If there is something dead in there I dont want to get it more stuck. With the vent not hooked up, the unit had good air flow. So definitely something in vent.

They said its not draining. When I got there I found water in the bottom of the dishwasher. I pressed cancel and it started to drain. I started it back up and let it run until it drained in its own. Its drawing out good and has no issues emptying the tub. I used my finger and cleared out the hole in the garbage disposal. No issues found with the dishwasher.

This is a gas dryer customer says taking long time to dry also. Customer has two dryers one upstairs and one down stairs. This is the stacked unit down stairs. Dryer also has bad air flow outside. Its in the same vent also. They connect somewhere. Because of bad smell and how vent is hooked up recommended dryer vent wizards. With vent unhooked, dryer its operating correctly.

Customer complaint unit leaking. Verified complaint. Tested multiple times filled and drain and then let it run for 20 minutes still no leak. No signs of leak anywhere. Some calcium on the water valve but nothing crazy. Its right next to a drain. The drain could have backed up also. Explained to the customer what I found showed up we had no leaks. They will keep an eye on it and let us know

"The customer said the dryer has stopped heating. I verified the dryer does not heat on any cycle. I removed the front and drum. I tested the thermal fuse and its bad. I visually inspected the heater and it looks good. I replaced the fuse and then took temps. High heat time dry high temp was 205, low was 149, 2nd high 198, 2nd low 146, 3rd high was 198, 3rd low was 145. Now with dryer duct off. High temp is 187,low temp is 140, 2nd high is 186 2nd low is 137 3rd high is 185, 3rd low is 138. I checked the air speed outside and with the cover removed the air flow was 21 mph. Out of curiosity I replaced the duct cover. I disconnected the duct in the basement and advised the customer to run 5-7 loads with it disconnected then hook it back up and try it again."

"Customer complaint is, DOES NOT SPIN THE CLOTHES OUT. Inspected and tested. Found washer is draining slowly. I removed drain pump filter and it was plugged solid. Cleaned out filter and tested. I filled and drained washer twice and it worked great. I ran washer through a speed wash cycle and it worked perfectly. Washer is now fixed."

The dishwasher is not washing. I started the dishwasher and it filled with water. The pump came on but its buzzing. The wash motor has failed. I quoted for the new motor. I replaced the wash motor and reset the control. The dishwasher is working good now.

I cleaned the defrost drain and pan. I slit the rubber grommet to allow blockages to pass through. The refrigerator is now fixed.

not heating. Lint trap was full. I replaced a blown thermal fuse and cleaned the lint screen. The dryer is now fixed.

"Customer complaint is, NOT FILLING WITH WATER. This is a stacked washer. Inspected and tested. Found the cold water valve has failed. Customer approved repairs. Installed new cold water valve and tested. Washer is working great. Washer is now fixed.

Washer leaks intermittently from the vent. I tested and watched a complete speed wash cycle. I could not duplicate the issue. The washer ran great.

Completed upgrades detailed in and installed new part. Defrosted fresh food evaporator and sealed it up from air. Unit is working great now.

"The whole control panel assembly is dead. Gave customer a quote.

"Customer complaint is, FRIDGE WONT COOL. FREEZER IS WORKING. Inspected and tested. Freezer is 0F and FF is room temperature. The whole back wall of the freezer is completely iced over. Customer is going to need to unplug refrigerator for 48 hours to defrost and I will have to come back to diagnose. I advised customer on putting towels down and getting a fan going to help evaporate the water. Customer will call the office and reschedule. ; saved tckt"

"Belt broke. Spoke with Asko tech support. They said it needs the new tension arm, spring and belt 442030 and 270851. Quoted customer for stacked Asko, would need at least a two hour block for this. She agreed to repair. Quote us attached. Please order parts and call customer to come back and do repair. She understands itll be a couple weeks. $205 would come off of BB quote. ; saved tckt"

The clicking noise is coming from the climate control damper again. I cycled it and I could watch it open and close. When it closes it keeps running and makes the loud clicking. I gave the customer the quote. Im ordering the part from Marcone. ; ordrd 1 WR31X10021 (DAMPER ASSM)

"Upon arrival on site, they had no whirlpool icemaker is damaged. Only a whirlpool dryer. See pictures for damage details. This machine has sustained multiple hits. I dont know how or why but the top right side panel left side panel, rear panel and Consol are all damaged. Also, the front panel is damaged but door is intact. The damages catastrophic I do not recommend repair. There were no hook ups possible I was not able to run machine. ; saved tckt"
