Customer stated there a squeaking noise when the unit runs. Cycled and tested in a rinse and spin mode. Checked only heard a small squeak when the unit would spin one direction and back the other. Removed the back cover and the belt found the spot on the pulley and asked the customer if this was the noise. The customer said yes, the squeak is coming from the drum pulley. Showed the customer the noise was on the inside of the tub most likely an inner bearing. The customer is goin to run the unit since it is not shaking and there is no vibration. I did check and the dampers are all intact. Customer is going to run the unit until it starts shaking and vibrating uncontrollably and then will replace it.

When I arrived, door couldnt shut because a couple gallons of ice was built up. Door gasket was indented from ice too. Part of gasket seemed to pull away a little from the rivet. I spent an hour steaming out and drying out freezer. Also found a cover on evaporator cover had popped off and potentially is what stopped door from fully shutting initially. I installed cover, used rubber based sealant to get gasket more sealed, steamed off gasket so it regained original shape. Now its nice and clean inside: also steamed off around evaporator fan so it is quieter now.

Found that dryer would heat for 5 minutes then stop. Gas coils not turning on gas. Also the flame sensor was not always sending power to igniter. Replaced gas coils and flame sensor. Washer was making a weird sound. Customer showed me the video. I checked the bolt underneath the agitator and found it was a little loose. Tightened that. Inspected belt and transmission. Couldnt find anything else. I had the customer fill it with sheets and did a heavy duty wash. No sounds. Runs great. Possible something had gotten into drain pump and worked its way through. Not sure. Possible that the loose bolt was causing some type of vibrating.

Customer stated the unit would not turn. Disassembled and found the idler pulley, and 2 drum rollers were locked up. Customer then mentioned the unit seemed like it was not heating correctly the last cycle. Found the heat element was burnt up and had a break in the element. Quoted the customer a kit and an element, customer approved. Vacuumed out the unit, replaced the element and the kit. I disassembled the entire dryer to access the drum nut and drive motor. Removed the drive monitor ave installed the new motor. Assembled the dryer, put the drum back into the housing with the lock washer secured. Restored fuel and powered the appliance up, tested operation and the dryer is back online, heating, tumbling ave providing air flow.

Customer says she has trouble closing door, it doesnt always latch for her, says she has to hip check it to close properly. Inspected door lock and strike assemblies and how they mate. Door strike is 1/4-1/2 low, resulting in irregular closing of door and lock failure. Door has to be lifted to close properly every time. Door strike does match up ok left to right, should mate properly with spring action of strike. Adjusted door hinges to mate strike to lock and verified proper operations.

The drain pump filter seal was allowing a leak to occur from the drain pump assembly. I took the filter out and looked for objects or defects that would keep the filter gasket from forming a water tight seal. The drain pump housing is free from defects or objects. I lined up the filter and threaded in the new water filter. Filled and drained the appliance three times, not a drop of water escaped from the filter and onto the floor. The old water filter gasket had worn out, just needed to be swapped

Unit is leaking out of the front on the floor. Found that a big ice sheet is on the bottom of the freezer. The freezer defrost drain is plugged. Pull unit out on protective floor mat found the drain on the duck. Bell was completely coated with dust and completely plugged up, cleaned out the drain and spliced it so its a little bit more open so it does not clog up as easy. Pushed Unit back after cleaning the coils in the back of the unit. then steamed out all the water and ice checked afterward the drain to make sure its not overfilling cleaned out the drain and now unit unit is working properly

THE DISHWASHER IS NOT SPRAYING ANY WATER. SEEMS WATER IS NOT GETTING IN. Dishwasher had a little bit of water in the bottom when I got here. I started a heavy cycle and it drained the water and filled and started washing. I let dishwasher run for about 30 minutes and it was working perfectly. MAKING A LOUD CLICKIN NOISE WHEN IT RUNS. Found a piece of plastic from a dish in the drain pump. Pulled dishwasher out and removed drain pump and pulled plastic out. Tested and dishwasher sounds great, but when it drains its leaking onto the counter from the air gap. I bypassed air gap and installed high loop in hose underneath the sink. Dishwasher is now fixed.

Customer was concerned about inconsistent cooling. Discovered fridge was set at -8 on a single compressor unit, causing the compressor to have to work really hard to maintain the freezer temperature. Instructed customer that temperature should be set closer to zero. Also, check the machine out and found that the coils were very dirty and in need of a cleaning. Clean coils and tested and everything seems to be working properly now
