The customer says their carbon monoxide alarm went off when the oven was being used. They had the gas company out and they red tag the range and shut the gas off. I opened the oven door and found on the bottom they have a silicone mat inside and the mat is covering the vent holes in the oven bottom. I removed the silicone mat and advised them to never use that. I turned the gas back on and then removed the oven bottom. I started the bake and watched the flame around the burner. The flames look good and blue. The flame is not lifting off the bake burner tube. I put it all back together and tested the oven at 350. The oven heat to 350 with no issues. I advised the customer to contact the gas company to check the CO level again if they want.

"The dryer powers on but when you press start the dryer does not start. I took the dryer apart and tested the blower and thermal fuse. The thermal fuse was bad. I replaced the fuse and reassembled the dryer to test. The dryer now runs and heats. I went outside and tested the airflow, the bottom vent flap does not open and the airflow tested 15 mph. I took pictures and added them. I told the customer the airflow was not good and that can be causing the fuse to fail. The customer said he blew out the duct last time. I advised that the way the dryer is hooked up can be the problem. I advised the dryer duct is to far and the duct box behind the dryer can reduce the airflow. The customer said he would try and fix it.

I ran the ice maker harvest and the ice maker is making a big pop sound. I looked at it and the ice mold is bent and it gets stuck. I pulled the fridge out and inspected the back wall. There is no ice building up on the back and no frost or ice under the ice maker compartment. I ran the water fill test and the ice maker fills up good. I needs a new ice maker. "Dishwasher hasnt been cleaning dishes well. Found the cover for the upper spray arm assembly had come off when customer cleaned it. I reattached with red glue since two tabs were broken off, and a zip tie per their permission. Now water sprays nice and strong on upper rack. Lower spray arm wasnt spinning because filter wasnt in correct place, so I reassembled filter and now lower spray arm sprays well. I found hard water deposits, and tested water. Its a 17, so they will get their water softener fixed. I also recommended switching detergent. Reattached a roller that came off the bottom rack.

The customer had washed a dog blanket that ripped up and got stuck then broke off some small pieces of the tub cover. The tub cover is fine but the small pieces got stuck in between the tub and basket. I removed the wash plate and basket. I cleaned up all the pieces in the bottom. I put it all back together and tested on wash and spin. The washer is working good now.

"Customer said that they washed two fuzzy towels and fibers got shredded in the machine and went out of balance and lid was stuck shut. They had hard time to get lid open but finally did. After that, the washer wouldnt start a cycle for them. I used newfi device and saw errors due to unbalanced loads but when i test all functions are working good. I ran quick cycle and washer fills, agitates, drains and spins. Washer is working good as im here. Customer will use washer as normal and call back if they have problems."

"Customer complaint is, NOT DRAINING - AE ERROR. Customer said it gave the code after running a cleaner through it. Inspected and tested. There was a little bit of nasty water in the pan underneath, so I soaked it up. Started dishwasher on a heavy cycle and it filled and started washing. I canceled and it drained perfectly. I started another heavy cycle and watched it for almost 30 minutes and it was working perfectly and no water in the pan underneath. I think it must have leaked from the door when they ran a cleaner through it.

"Customer complaint is, WASHER IS SQUEALING. Inspected and tested. Ran washer through service diagnostics and there was no errors and everything worked perfectly. I had customer put a load of clothes in washer and ran it through a quick wash and everything sounded good. Washer is testing good. I tipped washer up and theres oil on the motor and sprayed on the casing and floor underneath. Looks like the gearcase is leaking. Washer might be under a year old, so customer is going to check into that and see if its still under manufacturer warranty.

She plugged it back in 24 hours ago. I did not see any ice build up but when I poured water down the defrost drain water was leaking out the drain cup. The drain tube was clogged inside the fridge wall. I used my steamer and cleared the drain. I tried it again and now water is able to drain. Tech support said it should be good to go, Tech support says ice maker sometimes has to be kick started? As long as ice bucket is installed because there is a read switch on the bucket that hits ice maker. Based on what tech support said I dont know if its good to go or not.
