I showed customer how to adjust oven temperature based on cooking preference.Oven is heating and working good at set temperatures now.

I ran diagnostics and show that there was an unbalanced load that washer detected and couldnt go into spin.Customer said it was a load of towels and that there seemed to be a lot of suds in side washer when load didnt spin out clothes.I saw that there was a software update for the washer. I updated to newest software.I updated washer and ran load of 4 towels. Washer fills, agitates, drains and completely spin out clothes. Software update along with tips that more items the better to balance out load.Washer is working good as im here.If problem continues, i asked customer to notate the load that was being washed at the time.

Customer states that there is grease and small bits of black particles that are getting on cabinet right above vent for microwave. I ran test and it does vent outside but I explained that this microwave vent is not made to be a full grease catcher and it will catch and stop some grease based on the filters but grease will still get though and the fan will push some though the top vent and still get dirty small dust and dust from charcoal filter might cause it to look dirty but the reason is that this microwave vent will not catch all the grease produced by cooking.I did replace filter and it is much tighter inside the slot, so less air escapes forcing it though the filter.Microwave is working good.

Lower spray arm melted, has a big hole, and now its been leaking from the front bottom of tub. Found the lower spray arm is spraying water straight at the door, causing big waves of water. Water shoots out from the hole on the side of the spray arm. Also, unit didnt drain recently. I took apart sump assembly and found it plugged up with fat. Cleaned out the filter assembly. Customer says that foods and liquid on top shelf are freezing. I informed customer that anything on top shelf that is near the vent will be colder than rest of fridge (showing the sticker that warns it) also to not block or cover thermostat on back wall. To allow airflow and ensure correct temperature readings.I did test dampener and i do feel some air leak per the service tip. I replaced dampener and seal. Tested and no more air leak.With parts replaced and tips to store food and thermostat should solve that issue.Refrigerator is running and working good.
