Upon arrival, customer was concerned about the upper oven, not turning on at all and the lower oven being at the wrong temperature. Did a long temperature check on the lower oven and confirm that temperatures were set correctly and the oven seemed to be functioning properly, including the bake embroil elements.Opened up the machine and discovered that the control board with the relays for the upper oven had some blown out contacts on the relays. Soldered the relays to the board properly and tested. Machine seems to be working properly.

Complaint is getting moisture on front of the door and dripping down randomly. More often on bigger loads. Tested unit with heat temperature probe. It was only getting up to 105?. Unhooked the vent and were getting normal operating temperature of 180 to 200?. Hooked the vent back up and now its back to 100. The vent is too far up for me to properly test what the miles per hour coming out of the Venice. But with the temperature reading, we can narrow it down as being a bad vent issue. Nothing else I can do for the unit explain to customer they need to get this done ASAP because it will damage the unit either causing the heater to blow or thermostat.

The dishwasher was not filling with water on my arrival, prompted a error code because it thought there was a leak or a defect with the water inlet valve. I slid the machine out, turned water off to it, and verified hot water supply to the appliance, water pressure checked out fine. I reconnected the water supply while the dishwasher was out from the cabinet, and started a wash cycle. The dishwasher filled quickly and started washing dishes. My diagnosis was a kinked water supply line, there mustve been enough pressure to allow me to test after my previous repair. The dishwasher is filling washing draining and completing selected cycles once again.

Customer states that dishes still have soap on them at end of cycle. I tested normal cycle and found that was too much soap suds in dishwasher (see picture) that would create dishes not getting clean and soap still being on dishes. I showed customer the excess amount of suds.I recommended to switch soap from cascade plastic to Finish. Customer said he did and still a lot of suds. With soft water, the pods are premeasued and that he might have to go to box soap and add smaller amount.I rinsed out excess soap.Customer also had issue that dishwasher would just blink the blue indicator light on floor even when not in use. I was not able to replicate that issue and dishwasher is working good as im here. Mechanically, dishwasher is working well.

I fixed his plumbing under his sink that was leaking so that way he can use the dishwasher.
