Ff door sitting a little low. Adjusted door with a couple washers. Freezer door has moisture below it. Found the bottom of the freezer door seal sagging. Dried water that was built up in it and used red glue to adhere seal to door. This seal isnt meant to be removed. Suggested super glue if it sags again.

I replaced the compressor, the filter dryer and updated the main control. I checked for leaks and purged the system with nitrogen. I then pulled a vacuum and recharged the system. The pressures are good and its cooling down.

Found that rollers were worn out making loud rattling noise. Also belt and idler are worn. Customer approved estimate. Used rebuild kit that replaced rollers, idler, belt. Tested and dryer is running quiet and working good.

Dishwasher not filling with water. Found it full of excess suds. Filled it, put olive oil in it, ran it, let it circulate, then drained it. The first time it drained we got excess suds coming out of the air gap, and running down under the sink, onto the gfci. After draining and filling it six times, and scooping out the initial suds, and using olive oil, it runs great now. Also had to disconnect drain line and clean out, so that it could drain better. Recommended finish detergent.

I was rather disappointed that while grouping these two appliances on the same service date/time, that I was billed for a trip charge for such a simple task. Customer complaint is, WONT START. Inspected and tested. Found washer doesnt fill with water. The temperature sensor switch has failed. Customer approved repairs. Installed new switch and tested. Washer is working great. Washer is now fixed.

Installed compressor and filter from last diagnosis. Once installed tested with nitrogen. No leaks. Vacuumed and updated board. Filled with Freon then let unit cool after. It dropped 10 degrees and pressure on the low is riding right around 0 which is perfect. Everything is working properly now

The door handle was not loose. The part that is loose is the glued on metal frame around the outside of the glass. I advised the customer its not covered. The light bulb was broken off in the socket. I got the broken piece out and installed the new bulb the customer had. The customer said hot air is escaping from the door. The door seal is good and the door shuts good. I cleaned around the door seal and made sure the oven is working.

Found that it is leaking from motor to sump rubber hose. Customer approved estimate. Picked up part, replaced part, tested and no more leaks. Dishwasher is working good.

The customer said the microwave will randomly trip the breaker when its not beeping used. We checked the door switches and they tested good. I reset the breaker and the microwave is working properly. I gave the customer a quote for replacing the boards but advised it may not fix the issue. I advised her to have an electrician replace the circuit breaker.
