Unit not cooling. Found the fridge around 50 and freezer around 20 degrees. Hooked up my gauges and had -15 low and 100 high. Being a restricted 3 way or leak. Also was getting a flash on the board saying the same thing. Found two issues one is a small leak found with my dye. But when pressurizing had some dirty oil and debri coming through the cap. The system is dirty. I cleared as much as I can with nitrogen. Then pressure system checked for leaks. And when I left pressures were around 0-5 low and 105 high which is good pressure.

When I tried preheating oven, the bake ignitor was only drawing 2.8 amps and took forever to ignite. The bake ignitor is weak. Customer approved repairs. Installed new bake ignitor and tested. Oven preheated great and was cycling the heat on and off. Oven is now fixed.

I advised the customer to let it cool for 6-8 hours before putting some food back in then wait 24 hours before filling it back up all the way."

Customer complaint is the dishwasher is not cleaning as well that used to and there's some standing water down left in the bottom. I started the dishwasher to let it run. The dishwasher is filling with the correct amount of water. The dishwasher is washing and it drains. I removed the filter plate and copper screen. I removed some food build up and other debris inside the sump assembly. I cleaned the screen and then put it back together. The dishwasher is washing good. I advised the customer to clean the dishwasher with a cleaner and start using rinse aid. There water is soft.

"Customer complaint is, HAVE TO USE THE TIMER SIDE TO DRY AND TAKES A FEW TIMES TO DRY. Inspected and tested. Started dryer on a timed dry high heat cycle and it was cycling between 220F and 120F for over 20 minutes. I cant check airflow on outside of house because it comes out underneath the deck and theres no access. Airflow on back of dryer is 32mph and with vent disconnected the heat is cycling between 200F and 115F. I tried the auto dry cycle and I can only get it to heat by holding the timer, when I let go its not heating. The timer has failed. Installed new timer and tested. Dryer is heating great on auto dry and cycling between 215F and 105F. Dryer is now fixed. I advised customer to clean vent."

"The customer said the dishwasher will run for a few minutes then trips the arch fault breaker. I put the dishwasher into sec or mode. The float fault was in the history. I ran the diagnostic cycle and the dishwasher heated and went through the whole test without tripping the breaker. I then ran it for a while on a normal wash. Its still working good and the most the heater draw was 8 amps in start up. I checked the wire nut connectors and they are good and tight and no arching. I inspected the heater and all connections on the boar and everything looked good. I advised the customer to plug the dishwasher into another outlet to test. If it never trips in another outlet then the breaker itself could be bad. F6-e4"

Dryer vent is clogged and outside vent is is covered by overgrowth. I showed customer informed that the dryer probably overheated and shut off and now that its cooled off it runs. Customer was planning on replacing flex vent with rigid and will do that.With vent disconnected, dryer is running and heating as Im here.She will use as normal and call back if problems persists after vent is replaced.

I cleaned and oiled the rear rollers and replaced the front rollers and idler. I vacuumed out the dryer. The dryer sounds good now. The air flow seems bad. The customer said it vented out under the porch. I recommend that it be cleaned.

"The washer drains but does not spin. I put into the test mode and the fault for the shifter came up. I found some corrosion on the connector going to the shifter. I cleaned the shifter and the connector then put grease on the connector. The washer still would not wash or spin and the shifter fault came back. I quoted the customer for replacing the shifter. I replaced the shifter and calibrated the washer. Now the washer will wash and spin in all cycles.

Freezer is 6F and FF is 41F. Found the ice dispenser door is stuck open. I disassembled dispenser and found the ice chute was unclipped. I removed and reinstalled and now the door is opening and closing perfectly. Looks like the warm air from the door being open was causing the ice to melt together. Otherwise everything else tested good."

Found that the basement floor is slanted pretty good towards the floor drain so the front of the tub was hitting front of cabinet. When it was filling the bleach cap mid cycle it would overflow the edge of the washer top and drip over tub.I balanced out washer front as high as it can go but still not perfect. I informed customer that it might need some ply wood to make it fully balanced, but does not appear to be leaking anymore.

It looks like someone had this apart already because its been taped to try and fix the broken foam. I found that the dishwasher water and drain hose runs underneath floor then up to sink drain. The drain was pointing down so when using sink it would push washer back into dishwasher. I turned drain up and cut rubber extension so that it runs as a high loop to prevent water from backfilling. Tested and dishwasher is working good and no longer backfilling water into dishwasher. Customer will use as normal and call back if issue continues.
