All right we'll customer says that the freezer fan makes a lot of noise. Pull the evaporator cover and found it a bunch of frosted built up around the fan. Defrost the machine check the defrost heater sensor and thermostat. All of them tested good so it appears as though the freezer might have gotten left open at some point causing a severe Frost issue. Fisher and Paykel dishwasher will not start. Lid will lock then beeps and opens back up. No fault codes present. Contacted fisher and paykel tech support. Spoke with Paul. Paul stated this dishwasher is 25 plus years old and no parts are available. Stated that the optics on the control are most likely broken and control would need to be replaced. Opened front panel. Confirmed the control is loose. Plastics securing control have become brittle and are broken not allowing optics to align properly. Need control replaced but part is discontinued.

GE monogram built in refrigerator has intermittent issue of making a loud noise. Customer stated they noise stops when the door is opened. Verified condenser fan motor is operating as designed. The fact that the sound stops when the door is opened indicates the evaporator fan motor being at fault. Checked evaporator fan motor. Found some ice build up around shroud of fan motor. Used steamer to clear all ice build up. Should not make anymore noise.

Leak is coming from pressure side going into evaporator frosted on the whole coil . steamed off ice blockage in the upper right incoming line to evaporator coil compressor amp draw was at a .85 steady sealed system seems strong as well as a compressor .steamed out ice block and frost on pressure line went away . Cleaned up water and temps of pressure line are at normal temps now . Done working great!
