"Custoemr says washer will bang loudly when washing small loads and sheets. Found that washer was a little bit unbalanced. Floor slants to floor drain, balanced washer a bit and ran test with load of towels and no banging. I explained that the more items you have the better and when washing sheet to add some towels so washer can easily balance load. Other wise the shocks seem a bit springy and if banging keeps happening the rods will need to be replaced .Customer said that washer is only 4 months old and i informed them if problem is still happening to call GE since its still under warranty."

This is a whirlpool fridge. The customer said the ice maker bailing arm is loose so it wont stop making ice. I found the front of the bailing arm was not pushed into the ice maker module. I pushed the bailing arm in tight and made sure the it clicks when the arm is up in the off position and when I move it down I can hear the micro switch click when the arm goes down.

"Customer complaint is, WATER ON BOTTOM OF FREEZER. The water is on the top of the bottom freezer drawer. I tested that freezer mullion and its getting 120V and ohms out good at 840. Theres moisture on the FF mullion and black mold on the bottom half of the gasket because the door gasket flapper is ripped off and not sealing. FF mullion is getting 2vdc and ohms out at 23.5. Im going to replace both FF door gaskets because there not sealing great around the mullion and I think moisture is running down and getting on the top of the freezer drawer. I had wiped the mullions dry last time and there both wet again. Installed both new FF door gaskets and did a software reset on the board.

Found that the breaker trips as soon as fridge is plugged in. I checked all wirings for the heater kit I installed. I unplugged heater and evap cover and refrigerator still tripping beaker. Ice box was completely frosted over to where i couldnt pull out the ice bucket last time. Customer said he would let it thaw out and left the refrigerator unplugged even after i did the drain kit install and when it did thaw out he plugged back in fridge and started tripping breaker. I unplugged ice auger and refrigerator now turns on and is starting to cool.Appears that when thawing out the ice box caused auger assmebly to short out and cause breaker to trip. Customer left auger assmebly unplugged and refrigerator get ice errors but i bypassed that so the refrigerator will cool. Refrigerator is currently cooling and running.

The customer complaint was the fresh food lights are not working and the door alarm keeps going off. Today the lights are on and working and the display is not flashing the alarm. The customer also said the fresh food temps have been warmer than normal but its set to 34. He said the temps have been 38-40. I placed the my thermal couple in the fresh food and waited 15 minutes to take temps. While I waited to hooked up the Newfi tool to get codes. The most recent fault detected was for the fresh food doors open for more than 60 minutes 3 days ago. I cleared the codes and ran the firmware update. The fresh food temp was stabilized around the low 35s. I ran the firmware update and cleared codes. I ran the fans and the fans are working good as well.

Removed rock and started dryer on a timed dry high heat cycle and it was cycling between 220F and 120F. Airflow on outside of house is only 9mph. Airflow on back of dryer is 38mph and with vent disconnected the dryer is cycling between 190F 110F. I pulled dryer out and cleaned vent from inside and outside 2 times and now airflow is 14mph and heat is cycling between 210F and 115F with vent connected. This is a really long vent with multiple 90 degree elbows. It looks like this is the best its going to be because of the long vent. "The fresh food temp was 43 and the freezer was in the teens. I was thinking there would be a issue with the evaporator fan because I had issues with it when I replaced the fan last visit but the fan is working now. I removed the evap cover and the frost pattern was a little weak. Today I added refrigerant until the low side pressure was 5 psi. The evaporator immediately started to get a full frost pattern. I verified I am getting air into the fresh food. I advised the customer to wait 24 hours for temps to get back to 0 and 38.

"The customer complaint was the fresh food temp was warmer than 38 and frost was building up in the fresh food evaporator cover again. Last visit I found the evaporator sensor had been replaced and the wires were broken to the sensor. I repaired the wires good last time. Today I found the sensor passed test 39 and my connection repair was still good but the evap was still frosted up. I completely defrosted the evaporator again. I found some corrosion to the evaporator fan connector. I cleaned the plug and applied grease to the connector. I plugged the fan back in and put it on the fan test. All the fans come on including the fresh food evaporator fan. I changed the setting for the defrost, so now it will run on a time defrost instead of a adc defrost.

I disassembled dryer and found the filter, bulkhead and blower wheel are packed full of lint. I cleaned out bulkhead, blower wheel and inside of dryer. Reassembled and tested.
