Not drying like it used to brand new. Customer normally runs it on delicate and perm press or speed dry. These three cycles are for lighter thinner, clothing and smaller loads. Instead of speed dry I recommend just put it on time dry. Also they have to watch. Theyre running it on normal. Theres a Eco modewhich makes it not dry all the way. Tested on time dry everything is working properly heating to the proper temperature cannot find any failure. Explain to customer view the features and explain running on different cycles to find a cycle that would actually dry the coating better.
