Customer complaint is, one of the heating elements not working properly. Inspected and tested. Found the front right burner inner part of the element is not working. I disassembled cooktop and found the inner part of the element is burnt out. Cooktop needs a new front right element. Installed new front right element and tested. All burners are working great. Cooktop is now fixed.

The customer complaint is water is leaking out from under the crisper drawers. I pulled the fresh food evap cover off and found the drain was plugged. I defrosted the drain so water can drain through. Working great now.

2 of the 4 burners did not light. I cleaned the burners and orifices. Now all 4 work good. The customer will buy new knobs for range.

Last time I was here. I cleared the drain and ordered a gasket. Installed the door gasket. Once installed put some food grade lube to make sure unit is sealing properly and to work out any wrinkles.

After I left they tried it, and it heated for a few minutes and stopped heating. Came back, vacuumed it out and then installed new coils. Ran it for 15 minutes and it continued to cycle and heat well.

House is being sold and inspector said that it was leaking from ice maker behind refrigerator. I pulled out fridge and ran ice maker. Ice maker harvested and filled and no leaks. Checked all over refrigerator and no leaks. Only thing that was abnormal is that the ice maker fill tube was pulled out a little bit. I pushed it in and added caulking to ensure it is secure. Dishwasher is right next to refrigerator and i ran that and no leaks. It appears that the warped floor could of been from old previous appliances as the refrigerator and dishwasher are from 2020. No found leaks as im here inspecting the appliances.

Washer doesnt finish cycles. Keeps clicking. I hooked up the newfi device and can see it has 1114 critical lid lock failures. Lid lock is top replaced part on washer. Quoted for lid lock. Owner does most of his own repairs, he will do repair himself and get part off of Amazon.

Ice builds up on bottom of freezer. Then it leaks onto floor after it melts. Customer replaced door seal but it still leaks. Needs new drain line and for drain to be steamed out. Old drain was plugged. Steamed it out, replaced drain, now it drains great.
