Taking a long time to dry. Coils are a part of gas valve assembly. Customer did not want to do that repair. But I took dryer apart, cleaned and oiled rollers and vacuumed out lint, and did a dryer vent cleaning. Airflow much better now outside. Got a ton of lint cleaned out. Runs and heats great now.

Customer complaint is, freezer is good, fresh food is warm. Customer has been dealing with this for over 2 months and had another company put in a defrost heater. Inspected and tested. FF compartment is 55F and freezer is 1F. Fans are running. The back wall of freezer is frosted over. Thermistors and damper tested good in test mode. I put refrigerator into defrost and the heater came on and started defrosting. The board has failed and isnt turning the defrost heater on. Customer approved repairs. Installed new board and programed it. Tested and refrigerator is now fixed.

Door wont latch or open correctly. Found that the latch is bad. Installed new latch. Tested multiple times to make sure its working properly.

Replaced bad water valve. It doesnt leak anymore. Found the vent coming out of the ceiling was all detached so I got the vent all put back together. It must have gotten disconnected when maintenance pulled the washer and dryer out. Ran the washer and dryer. Both run well.

Installed mag from last diagnosis. Unit was not heating and sparking. Once installed tested. Unit is now heating and not arcing. Reassembled unit then reinstalled in the cabinet.

Icemaker wouldnt stop making ice/ and then later she had an issue of the bucket being empty and it wouldnt make ice. I found the arm for the icemaker was getting stuck. I moved it up and down until it stopped binding, and then applied some bio friendly super lube to the hinges so that it moves smoother now. Works great now.

Replaced control board, UI and freezer door rails. Tested and all functions are working good. UI is responsive and lights up and freezer door opens and closes smoothly. Refrigerator is working good.

Customer was getting error door not shutting because the door boot is coming off. Customer said the spring retainer fell off. Reinstalled the boot and then reinstalled the door boot. Tested and now its working properly.

Replaced door hinges with new improved door hinge kit, because customer said the hinges according to zline were bent out, bubbling out. The new hinges are much more robust.
