The dryer does not heat. I found the fuse in the back was bad. I also found the belt was worn. I quoted for the fuse and rebuild kit. I replaced the fuse and rebuild kit. The dryer sounds good and heats good.

Fridge leaking. Found the waterline in the back leaking. Replaced a section of waterline and a couple connectors. Unit works great now.

Customer complaint is, the handle pulled off the freezer. Inspected and found the freezer handle fell off the left side. I reattached and now its good to go.

The customer complaint was the fresh food lights are not working and the door alarm keeps going off. Today the lights are on and working and the display is not flashing the alarm. The customer also said the fresh food temps have been warmer than normal but its set to 34. He said the temps have been 38-40. I placed the my thermal couple in the fresh food and waited 15 minutes to take temps. While I waited to hooked up the Newfi tool to get codes. The most recent fault detected was for the fresh food doors open for more than 60 minutes 3 days ago. I cleared the codes and ran the firmware update. The fresh food temp was stabilized around the low 35s. I ran the firmware update and cleared codes. I ran the fans and the fans are working good as well.

Customer complaint is, DEAD. Inspected and tested. Found the main board is fried. Customer approved repairs. Installed new main board and tested. Dishwasher is working great. Dishwasher is now fixed.

Found that the belt broke and idler pulley is worn. Customer approved estimate to replace with repair kit. Replaced rollers, pulley and belt. Tested and dryer is tumbling and heating good.

Customer complaint is, leaking on the floor... noticed last friday and its getting worse. Customer had refrigerator unplugged and it was room temperature. Inspected and tested. Found the primary water valve is cracked and leaking. Customer approved repairs. Installed new primary valve and tested. No more leaks. Refrigerator is now fixed.
