"I ran test and didnt see any leaks. Custoemr said that when it was getting the error the drain pump was running while time but he saw that there was water coming out of side vent where it fills. That tells me its possible that water valve failed to close all the way and overfilled. But also if it was draining that it is a possibility that it was overflow from the drain/water guide.Since i couldnt see any leaks. I went ahead and replaced water valve.Tested and no leaks. I opened the door and found the spray arms are not moving. I removed both spray arms and found food and other debris was stuck in the holes of the spray arms. I cleaned the spray arms and tried it again. Now the spray arms moving when its running. I put a cup on the top rack. After a minute of running the cup was full to the top with water. It passed the test and the heater comes on.

"The customer said the freezer is cooling good and very cold, but the fresh food section is not cooling very well. The temperature in the freezer was zero and the temperature in the fresh fruit was around 50. I open the door and listened and verify the fresh food fan is not running. I hooked up the diagnostic tool, and it said there was no feedback from the fresh fan. I removed the covers and replaced the fresh food fan and ran the firmware update. The customer had the rear access cover removed. We pulled it back out and put the cover back on. I advised them to allow 2 to 3 hours for the fresh food to get back to temperatures.

"Customer complaint is, WHEN YOU TRY TO DRY SPEED DRY THE TIME GOES FROM 30 TO 1. Inspected and tested. Speed dry is a sensor cycle. The sensor tested good in test mode. Running it empty, it shut off in about 2-3 minutes. I got a sock wet and put it on the sensor and now the dry is working on speed dry. When I take the sock out it shuts down. I think there probably running a small load and if nothing is touching the sensor, its going to shut off because it thinks everything is dry. I recommended running it with a bigger load, or using a different setting like timed dry."

"The customer has just moved into the home. She said the ice maker runs but never makes ice and the inside gets very hot. I turned the ice maker on and waited 10 minutes. The ice maker filled and pumps the water. The compressor never kicked on. I pulled the ice maker out and checked the compressor for voltage. The compressor gets 120 volts to the common and start. I removed the relay and tested the terminals on the comp. I get 8 k ohms between run and start. I get 0 between start and common and 0 between run and common. I tried a new pro41 relay and a hard start, neither would start the compressor. The compressor has failed. This machine may have 5 year warranty on the compressor. Ran diagnostics test and all fucntions are working good with no errors.Leaking is not coming from dishwasher. No leaks when dishwasher drained underneath sink. "Water is leaking between the fresh food and freezer sections. Took everything apart, found no blockage on freezer side, but the drain going through bottom of freezer and out the back down to the evaporator drain pan was clogged. I steamed everything out, now it drains great all the way down to the drain pan. Dried up the water that had gone down to the bottom of the fridge, where it was leaking out."

Customers complaint unit leaking. Started unit. Removed the kick plate and watched for leaks nothing is leaking underneath and no signs of ever leaking has a layer of undisturbed dust. Customer said it was more to the front. I found the bottom spray arm wasnt rotating. It spins freely and not blocked. Can hear the water coming out but can hear it not spin and when you open water is still coming out but not moving. Top one does move. Let customer I cant get it to leak customer was there watching the whole time. Couldnt get unit to leak with 30 minutes of running. Explained that the spray arm isnt moving. Unit giving unbalance load code and making noise. Customer had a load in unit when I arrived and just started spin. Heard the noise. Sound like something rubbing. Removed the back and checked the rotor bolt which is good and snug. Tested unit to finish spin. Unit did take a bit to get balanced and was shaking good. Once it amped up rpms and leveled out properly and spun out perfectly. Clothing is rung out.She said when she got the unbalance load there was rug in there. That even on a new unit can give a uneven load code. Customer this time had clothing and towels mixed so it was an unbalanced load. Explained that they should try to towels with towels and shirts with shirts to balance equal weight when its wet. Customer is going to think it over and test it and let us know.

I tried cycling the ice maker, but nothing happened. I removed the ice maker and it was full of cubes and looked like it was jammed. I cleaned out all the cubes and reinstalled and ice maker cycled, but did not fill with water. I cant get the ice maker to cycle by jumping it. I can get the water valve to turn on and start filling by jumping the valve. The ice maker has failed. Quoted customer $370. to install new ice maker part number W10884390. Customer approved repairs. I dont have this ice maker in stock and its not in stock and Ive had it on back order from Sundberg for over 3 months. "Top rack isnt cleaning well. Found the connector on the spray arm for the top rack had come off. I reconnected it making sure the clips are clipped in right. Also, middle rack sometimes doesnt want to release and slide out without a hitch. I used some grease to grease the connector the middle rack attaches to. Now it slides out nicely. If it has issue again in future with it catching, would need to order the two parts for the middle rack in attached photos. Everything works great now though. I put a large measuring cup on top rack and it didnt fill with water. Needs sprayer tube guide 8079113-77. Spoke with Asko tech support and they said this does affect how the water sprays through the top spray arm. I made sure there was no blockage in the elbow attached to the spray arm. JR can you please call customer with quote for new sprayer tube guide? Please note there was no trip charge paid for today. ; saved tckt"
