The refrigerator is working as designed although the installation is improper and must be looked at. "Washer has gotten off balance a few times and shook horribly. GE tech support said this unit has no counterbalance weight. Run with nothing in it. If something is broken it will shake bad on an empty cycle. I ran on a 22 minute speed wash and it ran smooth. Told customer to be sure to wash like garments, and to make sure they distribute weight evenly. Runs great though."

"Customer complaint is, REALLY LOUD DURING THE SPIN. Inspected and tested. Found that when it goes into a spin with a load in it, the tub is banging around. Needs 4 new shock absorbers and 2 springs. Quoted customer . to install shocks and springs. Customer approved repairs. Installed 2 new springs and all 4 shock absorbers. Tested washer and its still banging around when it tries to go into a spin. I dont know what else to do with this washer. When it does get to a high spin it sounds great. I didnt charge them anything, because I need to talk to Phil and see what he wants me to do."
