"The customer ordered and replaced the control board. I verified the install was done right. I checked for faults and there was 3 all related to not filling- 6-4 6-1 6-6. I checked again the water valve and float switch, through the wiring the switch has continuity and the water valve was reading 1064 ohms. During the fill I was not getting 120 volts ac out the board again. I checked and disconnected the owi sensor and tested it again. I checked all connections and it still was not working. I went to check voltage one last time and all of a sudden it started to fill. Now for some reason its working. I did a drain and fill 6 times and its working good now. I tugged on the wires and pushed and pulled on the connections while it was filling and it continued to fill the whole time. I advised the customer that if it happens again it could be a harness issue."

I tested both upper and lower drawer and the drain line runs far (see picture) and there is no high loop but the drain line is behind built in cabinet to where i cannot add high loop. I explained that to customer and while it still drains there will always be a little water that sits underneath filter and since the water almost fully drains that you cannot see it above the bottom tray it is still functioning and draining almost fully.They will use it as normal.

"Both ovens 50 degrees too low. I checked for errors in history, no errors. I checked and made sure all bake and broil elements work. I then recalibrated it 30 degrees higher, and put each oven on bake. Both ovens reach temp of 350 fine. Showed customer/ and explained delay on preheat between actual temp and temp on display. They have a thermometer inside the oven and it most likely reads lower. Takes 30 minutes according to customer to get up to set temp. For me with it recalibrated it took 15 minutes for upper and 12 minutes for lower."

The customer also said that one time it was not drain gas good and it had leaked once before. Another servicer was out and said it was from the door not shutting. I ran it and it never leaked. When it drained it sounded like it was draining for the first time. It drains good now. The door was rubbing on the trim pieces. I adjusted how it was installed and made sure the door shuts better. I advised the customer of what I did.

The oven selector switch is also touchy and sometimes shuts off. It will need the oven selector switch, bake ignitor and bake burner tube. I was unable to find the model tag. "Washer leaked from the filter cap, because it wasnt fully attached. Since then theyve been sometimes getting an OE error. I inspected the pressure sensor and hose, no tears or holes in hose and no restrictions. I ran through a rinse and spin, no leaks and no error. Quoted for new switch and said it could be switch or main PCB. Also a complaint of the smell. Some smell seems to be inside, and some could be coming up from the floor drain under the washer. They especially notice it when its been sitting for a few days. A lot of detergent suds too. Recommended cutting back on detergent usage which could also cause the OE."

Oven exploded twice while pre heating. Found she had a silicon mat on the bottom of the oven that was blocking the vents. I checked the ignitor and it was fine. Took the mat out and took out a tray that was wrapped in 3 layers of tin foil. Ignited it twice and each time it ignited within 5 seconds. No booms. The door was out 1/8 more on the right side of the oven. I grabbed both sides and gave a slight twist to it. Now its evenly spaced on both sides. Used a tape measure to confirm.
