The customer said it just stopping cooling well. They had 2 other service companies out and both of the technicians tapped into the system and checked the pressure. They both said it was a bad compressor. The techs left their taps on and then crimped the tubing. I was unable to get before pressures. Just going off how its working and how suddenly it stoping cooling I diagnosed and bad compressor too. I replaced the compressor, filter drier and updated the board. I checked for leaks and then pulled a vacuum. I recharged the system. The low side was in the upper 20s and dropping and the hi side was around 100 and moving. I advised the customer to wait 6-8 hours for it to cool down and 24 hours before they fill it back up.

Unit not running. Found all the buttons not working. I removed the door outer panel to start testing. Found the micro switches not engaging all the time. Adjusted the door latch and now unit is working properly. Lubed it up and did all I can do to make sure its working properly. Unit is operating correctly.

Customer complaint is, error po, making a loud noise and not cooling. Inspected and tested. The PO error was not on the display when I got here and I couldnt get it to give it while testing. Found the FF compartment was 60F and freezer was 6F. The evaporator fan motor has failed and the top lights in the FF compartment are blinking. The left rear light has failed. Refrigerator needs a new evaporator fan motor and 1 LED light. Installed new evaporator fan motor with harness and top left rear light in the FF compartment. Tested and everything is working great. Refrigerator is now fixed.

Customer complaint is, leaking into the ff section from frz. Inspected and tested. Found the drain was plugged. I cleaned drain out and now its draining great. Refrigerator is now fixed.

Customer complaint is, when the freezer defrost it leaks water. Inspected and tested. Found the defrost drain was plugged solid on the back of the refrigerator. Cleaned out drain and defrosted drain pan. Water is draining great. Refrigerator is now fixed.

Dryer tumbles but doesnt heat. Customer said that there was a lot of lint in the lint filter when dryer stopped heating. Thermal fuse is open and cut power to heat. Customer approved estimate. Replaced thermal fuse and cleaned it inside dryer of lint. Tested and dryer is heating and cycling heat normally. I informed that lint trap needs to be cleaned every load. Dryer is working good.

Unit slowly get warmer. Found everything running properly removed evap cover and no frost. This unit is having a sealed system issue. Customer is going to replace unit.

Unit not cooling. Found on arrival compressor running but not cooling. Said was within hours started to get warm. Hooked up gages found equalized pressure. Compressor is bad. Cut out old compressor and filter. Installed new parts. Vacuumed. Held vacuum under 300 micros. Filled and tested. Unit cooled 15 degrees by the time I left.
