"Customer complaint is, WHEN HE OPENS THE DOOR CONDENSATION IS CAUSING A LEAK ON HIS WOOD FLOORS. Inspected and tested. FF was 37F and freezer was 3F. The center door mullion on the FF doors has condensation on it. I have 120V to it, but its not heating. Also the right bottom door hinge is bent. Installed both FF lower hinges and shim kit. Door are not sagging anymore and are lined up almost perfect. I installed the center door mullion and found that the tab on the top is not right and doesnt flip it open when you open the door. The new one is round and doesnt work. Everything else on it is identical. I attached a picture of the one I need. ; saved tckt"

"Door alarm keeps going off. You can stop it by pressing against the door for a moment. They told me to take down the grate in the freezer and see if the reed switch is wet. Its not. I called them back. Then used a magnet and when placing magnet next to reed switch, fan turns on in freezer. Then when I pull magnet away, fan turns off. I then tested closing door, and freezer fan comes on. When I open door, fan turns off. The main PCB is bad. Tech support said its 19 years old and these boards at this age commonly fail. Board is NLA. Jared can you see if anyone has it? Or if it can be refurbished?; saved tckt"

"The customer complaint was the washer door remains locked after she runs a rapid wash cycle. I found the spin refresh option was on. If the spin refresh options on it will keep the door locked after cycle and periodically will tumble the clothes so they dont become smelly and it prevents humidity. The cycle will cancel after six hours, or when the customer presses power cancel. I showed the customer how to turn the option off and there was no other issues on the washer."

The belt was warn a little and the rollers were dirty. I used the kit and replaced the bearings and belt. I vacuumed the lint out. I ran the dryer for a bit and it never made that loud noise.

"Every once in awhile theres a loud buzz from the freezer. Then things warm up. They unplug it and then after a day it runs fine again. I took off back panel and saw that water from the icemaker dispenser runs down the back of the dispenser, down the back wall, and ice builds up by the evaporator fan. I cleaned out the ice, inserted and glued a tube around the half pipe water dispenser tube, and then cycled Icemaker. It filled with water and water didnt go running down the back. Showed customer."

I started the bake and after 1 minute the bake still did not ignite but the ignitor glows. I quoted for a new bake ignitor. I replaced the bake ignitor and then tested the bake. The bake light in about 30 seconds then it got to 350 under 10 minutes.

The dishwasher had the fault code F 11 which indicates a no drain issue. I powered the dishwasher on and then hit start right away. The drain pump comes on and makes noise as if its trying to drain. I removed the drain hose from the garbage disposal and made sure garbage supposal was clear. I ran a tube down the drain hose and turned the drain pump on. The water slowly drained into a bucket but now has a good steady stream. I hook the hose back up to the garbage disposal and tried it a couple more times and now the dishwasher is draining out the water like it should. I turn the dishwasher onto a clean cycle and advise the customer to let it run in the clean dishwasher cycle.

All the compliant says is the stopped working and they cant open the lid. When I arrived I found the washer lid was open and the washer is empty. I checked for fault codes and there are none. I did a test and found the agitator was loose. I removed the agitator and cleaned up the grime and soap build up on the transmission shaft. I put the agitator back on and tightened the screw. Now when I try it on a normal cycle it agitates good. I did run the calibration cycle. All tests passed.

Let hold vac for 10 minutes didnt led up. Refilled Freon. Then tested unit cooled 15 degrees before I left.

"Customer complaint is, MAKING NOISES HAD SOMEONE TO DEFROST THE BACK OF THE FREEZER. Customer had someone else defrost freezer and they told her it was a seal issue. Inspected and tested. Freezer was 18F and FF was 50F. The evaporator cover and completely covered in frost. The refrigerator went into defrost soon after I got here. I removed the evaporator cover and theres heavy frost across the top half of the evaporator and nothing on the bottom half. I completely defrosted evaporator and after 20 minutes theres only frost on about 30-40 percent. Also the freezer door is not sealing on the top right corner. Customer is going to replace the refrigerator."

I removed the hoses and blew through them until they were clear. I hooked the hoses back up. The dishwasher drains into the garbage disposal but then the garbage disposal started to back up. I flipped the switch and now its drains good.

"Customer complaint is, NOT DRYING. Inspected and tested. The rinse aid is empty. Found a stored F7E1 error. This is a no heat error. I ran dishwasher through service diagnostics and heater came on. This has been a issue with the Whirlpool dishwasher and running it through service diagnostics resets it. Dishwasher is now heating great. The left door hinge is broken and scraping when you open the door. Its pretty messed up on the bottom left door. Somebody must have run into it or fell on it. Its probably going to need a new door and hinges to fix this. Customer is just going to use as is."

"Washer was leaking. Took back panel off, ran it, the dust on the floor of the washer inside the cabinet is uniform, no evidence of water leaking. Found the drain line wasnt connected into the drain, needed to be inserted and then secured it with 4 zip ties. Extended front right foot so that it doesnt wobble. Customer had the washer pulled out when I got here. I reinstalled it. We put it on a drain and spin and no leaks.

The customer complaint was the refrigerator is not cooling. I found the fresh food was warm and the freezer was as cold as the fridge use to be. Temps are around 35 in the freezer and 45 in the fresh food. I opens the freezer and found frost all over the rear evaporator cover. I removed the cover and the evaporator is frosted up. It was in a defrost but not defrosted and the element was not working. I could hear popping and sparking from the element wires. I found the black connector was loose and arching. I replaced the connections and defrosted the evaporator.

The customer said that most of the time when the dishwasher starts a cycle the breaker in the house will trip. She also said they are not sure its dispensing rinse aid and the lower rack wheels are falling off. I found the left and right rear wheels are falling off. I replaced the left and right lower rack wheels. I opened the junction box and found the neutral wires was melting through the wire nut. I cut the wires back and replaced both wire nuts. When I open the door it was making a piping sound. I removed the front panel and adjusted the white vapor barrier strip. Now the door does not pop. I ran a test mode and I verified the dispenser door is opening and the rinse aid is being released.

"The customer said the refrigerator stopped cooling. I plugged the fridge back in and let it run. The compressor started right up. The suction pressure was up around 50. I removed and replaced the compressor, filter and updated the board. I leaked checked and purged the system with nitrogen. I then pulled a vacuum for 15 minutes and let pull below 500. I recharged the fridge. I advised the customer to let run for 6-8 hours to cool and wait 24 hours before they fill it completely back up.

I suspect that something on the board locked up and wouldnt advance cycle. "Customer complaint is, NOT COOLING, 19 DEGREES WHEN THEY UNPLUGGED IT. Customer has had a different company out working on the refrigerator and had to pull them both out and ever sense both door alarms keep beeping. Inspected and tested. This is a built in freezer. Freezer was turned off when I got here. I turned freezer on and compressor and fans turned on. After 20 minutes theres only frost on about 20 percent of the evaporator. The sealed system has failed. The freezer door is not making contact with the switch, so it thinks the door is open. The door is sealing all the way around. Im not sure if this is a leveling problem, or if the doors are sagging. Door are not very straight or level on both freezer and refrigerator. Customer wants a quote on the sealed system repair and also fixing the door. This is not going to be a easy repair because its going to be a pain pulling this out. Make sure we charge extra if we go back. I didnt have enough time to do anything else here. ; saved tckt"
