Unit not cooling. Customer had unit unplugged. Plugged unit back in. The compressor never kicked on. Tested compressor windings are good. Next checked with a start kit and compressor kicked on and sounded good. Checked voltage to the relay and nothing. Checked the board and found never sending voltage to the compressor. Bad relay. Checked relay I have that relay. Replaced relay and did a board repair. Once installed new relay. Reinstalled board then tested. Now unit is operating correctly. The compressor and all fans.

Found that the fresh food evaporator fan motor is locked up and bad. Customer approved estimate. Replaced evaporator fan and did software update. Fan is now running and blowing air, cooling the fresh food section. Refrigerator is cooling and working good.

Taking a long time to pre heat, and also they have to set the temperature higher than the desired temp. Found a bad bake ignitor. Replaced the ignitor, ignites great now and heats great. Took temperatures and it heated up to set temperature of 400 within 10 minutes.

The customer said the fridge has been running all the time. Sometimes the fresh food temp is 28 and sometimes its in the 40s. When I arrived it was running. I cycled the unit off but the compressor was still running. I tapped on the relays to get to go off but it still ran. I replaced the jazz control board and programmed the new board.

The customer said the dryer does not heat. I started the dryer on a time dry. The dryer was heating up. After it cycled 3 times on the fourth try the igniter glows then goes out. The gas coils are weak and need to be replaced. I checked the airflow outside and it was only 9 mph. The vent is too high and the duct was too far of a run for our brush. I advised her to call a dryer vent company.

Customer complaint is, gas leak on the tube in the oven where the gas connectes to the regulator maybe igniter. Customer had gas turned off when I got here. Inspected and tested. Turned gas on and inspected valve and connectors with liquid leak detector and could not find any leaks. I tested burners and preheated oven to 350F and watched it cycle and everything is working great. I cant find a leak or anything wrong with this range.

Customer complaint is, unlocked in middle of spin cycle and then stayed locked. Inspected and tested. Found a basket speed fault error. The sensor on the actuator has failed. Customer approved repairs. Installed new actuator and tested. Washer is working great. Washer is now fixed.
