Unit giving a E15 leak code. Verified complaint unit had water in drain tub. Found a trail from the water valve. Tested unit and found it leaking from the water valve lightly. Quoted for replacement. Installed new part tested multiple times for leaks and its working great. Check the diverter also because I have seen them leak but no evidence of a leak from there.

Customer complaint is, COMBINATION OVEN- oven is overheating in bake. Inspected and tested. Temperature sensor ohmed out good, bake element ohmed out good, broil element was open. I tried the broil element and it never got hot even though there was 240V. I started preheating oven and found the broil relay is stuck on all the time. This is going to need a new broil element and board. Customer approved repairs. Installed new broil element and oven relay board. Tested and oven is working great. Oven is now fixed.

Customer complaint is, control beeps randomly. Customer said the display hasnt been responding all the time for a couple years and now for the past 6-12 months its been beeping none stop unless the child locks is on. Now they cant get the child lock off. Inspected and tested. Freezer was 2F and FF was 39F. The child lock is on on the display and I cant get it off to do anymore testing. We would need to replace the UI display to do further testing. Customer declined repairs for now and is going to look into their options.

Found that bake igniter is weak and right on edge of turning on gas but not hot enough to immediately ignite and will get a whiff of gas smell when using oven. Also the customer was using cooking mat on bottom of range that was covering vents and I informed them that the vents cant be covered as that would cause poor air circulation and wont burn cleanly. Customer decided they will replace the igniter themselves.

Found that igniter is weak and not turning on gas. Customer approved estimate. I replaced igniter and cleaned cooktop burners. Tested and oven is heating and cooktop lites. Range is working good.

Found that the drain pump was clogged with small items of clothing and gunk in the drain trap. Removed boot to get to drain trap, cleaned out trap and removed debris, tested and washer now drains. Tested and washer fills, agitates, drains and spins.
