"Customer says intermittently, that the bake will reset once it preheats as if you just had hit bake and the range is waiting for you to set temperature and hit start. So it will stop. I tested oven at 425 degrees and i could not replicate this happening but customer says it happens almost every time when using the oven.Based on what customer is telling me is that the control board is the issue as that is the only thing turning on/off bake.Control board part# 74010979 shows NLA. Customer said it started happening after i replaced the igniter. Not sure how you want to handle this since part is NLA. Is option to pull part and repair? Dishwasher not draining. Found that there was debris stuck in drain pump. Also found that there was no high loop and appears that dishwasher was backfilling water. Customer showed me that there is water underneath sink that has been leaking as the bottom cabinet is warped and wet. Removed debris and added high loop. Ran diagnostics test and all fucntions are working good with no errors.Leaking is not coming from dishwasher. No leaks when dishwasher drained underneath sink. I ran water into sink and did not see any leaks. Customers complaint unit leaking. Started unit. Removed the kick plate and watched for leaks nothing is leaking underneath and no signs of ever leaking has a layer of undisturbed dust. Customer said it was more to the front. I found the bottom spray arm wasnt rotating. It spins freely and not blocked. Can hear the water coming out but can hear it not spin and when you open water is still coming out but not moving. Top one does move. Let customer I cant get it to leak customer was there watching the whole time. Couldnt get unit to leak with 30 minutes of running. Explained that the spray arm isnt moving. Looked at the lower spray arm doesnt look plugged but looks like it might be coming separated. He was going to get a a spray arm and try. L

Unit giving unbalance load code and making noise. Customer had a load in unit when I arrived and just started spin. Heard the noise. Sound like something rubbing. Removed the back and checked the rotor bolt which is good and snug. Tested unit to finish spin. Unit did take a bit to get balanced and was shaking good. Once it amped up rpms and leveled out properly and spun out perfectly. Clothing is rung out.She said when she got the unbalance load there was rug in there. That even on a new unit can give a uneven load code. Customer this time had clothing and towels mixed so it was an unbalanced load. Explained that they should try to towels with towels and shirts with shirts to balance equal weight when its wet. Customer is going to think it over and test it and let us know.

I tried cycling the ice maker, but nothing happened. I removed the ice maker and it was full of cubes and looked like it was jammed. I cleaned out all the cubes and reinstalled and ice maker cycled, but did not fill with water. I cant get the ice maker to cycle by jumping it. I can get the water valve to turn on and start filling by jumping the valve. The ice maker has failed. Quoted customer $370. to install new ice maker part number W10884390. Customer approved repairs. I dont have this ice maker in stock and its not in stock and Ive had it on back order from Sundberg for over 3 months. "Top rack isnt cleaning well. Found the connector on the spray arm for the top rack had come off. I reconnected it making sure the clips are clipped in right. Also, middle rack sometimes doesnt want to release and slide out without a hitch. I used some grease to grease the connector the middle rack attaches to. Now it slides out nicely. If it has issue again in future with it catching, would need to order the two parts for the middle rack in attached photos. Everything works great now though. I put a large measuring cup on top rack and it didnt fill with water. Needs sprayer tube guide 8079113-77. Spoke with Asko tech support and they said this does affect how the water sprays through the top spray arm. I made sure there was no blockage in the elbow attached to the spray arm. JR can you please call customer with quote for new sprayer tube guide? Please note there was no trip charge paid for today. ; saved tckt"

I found a leak at the filter drier to steel. The drier basically slipped off the steel. I replaced the drier. I checked for leaks and I found none. I pulled, pushed and twisted the drier and it never leaked. I pulled a vacuum and then recharged the system. I advise to give 6-8 hours to cool.

"Customer said that washer will intermittently vibrate a lot and will move the washer. I tested quick cycle with load of towels and it completed and ran normally. Customer said it usually does it on large loads and bedding/blankets. I informed them that sheets or one big item, the washer will have harder time to balance the load. I recommended to add items, like towels to a load so that the washer could easily balance out the load and prevent the washer from going out of balance and vibrating and moving around.Washer is level and all functions are working good as im here."

The installers only had 1/8 inch shim. I shined the rest with cardboard. Showed the customer said to get two hockey pucks. And use that. Installed door latch parts also units chrome trim is falling off and hitting so the door wont close right. I arrived to install the icemaker and found temperatures were too high. I threw my thermocouple in it and check temperatures at the bottom at the top and temperatures range from 15 to 20?F. The customer said the whole unit stopped cooling quickly. The refrigerator was unplugged when I arrived. I pulled the unit out and plugged it back in. I took the low side and high side pressure. The low side with the compressor on was 55 psi and the high side was about the same. I unplugged the unit and the low side pressure did not change. I plugged it back in so the 3 way valve went back to home position. I replaced the compressor and filter drier. I added nitrogen until the pressure was up to 200 psi. I checked for leaks by listening and applying soap to all the joints. I found no leaks. I then purged the system and pulled a vacuum for 15 minutes. I updated the main board with the tool. I recharged the fridge with 4.7 ounces. I told the customer to give it 6-8 hours to cool and 24 hours before they pack it full again.
