Used my thermocouple to monitor temps. Unit is cycling perfectly and right within 30 degrees of set temp. Explained opening door takes a lot of heat out and it takes awhile to supplement the heat lost. Recommended not always trusting exactly the cooking instructions on bagged food and not using oven thermometer to monitor either and to go more off of looks and internal temperature. Oven is cycling perfectly and I dont believe we have a problem with any components.
