I started the grill and waited and it does light and heat. I cleaned the burner ignitors and the burners. Now the back right burner does not spark after its light and all burners are working good.

Found that the refrigerator evaporator drain is frozen over. I defrosted drain and found that it is leaking behind refrigerator. Pulled out fridge and found that the evaporator drain was disconnected and thats why it froze over due to condensation. I attached drain and used some caulking to secure it. Tested and now it drains into drip pan and no leaks. Refrigerator is working good.

Found water behind a the fridge. Checked inside no water building up in the drain next pulled fridge out on protective mat. Removed the back cover and found the drain pan empty but wet. Inspect the drain pan and found a hole in it. So when it gets water through the drain in the pan then it leaks. The pan looks like its unavailable. We will have to do some research. In the mean time I glued up the hole with the whirlpool red glue. Explained to home owner. Not sure if its going to work or not. Best to get a new one. Customer agrees if we can find one. I tired to tighten and loosen water valve (see picture) and at the water shut off water trickles out slowly.Will need a plumber to replace water shut off so that refrigerator has good water pressure. Bottom right corner of fresh food door sticks out a tiny pit. Liebherr tech support said it would need hinges for the fresh food door to probably fix it. Thats the only thing that could potentially fix it. Was not able to explain this to customer because she was on a work call. Office would need to tell her that. They said the bottom freezer door there really isnt a fix for that. The large plastic bin for the upper freezer drawer is broken, and customer would like a quote for that too. And then it needs a sensor relocation kit. Sensor and bracket. 95902002 and 743922101. Can someone look up part number for the freezer drawer main bin, and the main hinges for ff door, and quote for all of this? "The customer said the front drum felt seal is coming off and the dryer is louder than normal. The seal on the front of the dryer is ripping off. Either the seal needs to be replaced or the whole drum. The seal is not listed as a separate part. Is there a seal that we can find that works? The rollers and idler are good so we just cleaned them and oiled them. The blower wheel was packed full of lint again. We put it back together and ran it again. The drum still scraps against the bulk head and the motor has some vibration to it. It for sure needs either the drum or seal. Checked all over refrigerator and no leaks. Only thing that was abnormal is that the ice maker fill tube was pulled out a little bit. I pushed it in and added caulking to ensure it is secure. Dishwasher is right next to refrigerator and i ran that and no leaks. It appears that the warped floor could of been from old previous appliances as the refrigerator and dishwasher are from 2020. No found leaks as im here inspecting the appliances.

When we arrived the whole unit appeared to be dead. No lights are on inside. The fridge it plugged in and the outlet is getting 120 volts. I removed the main board and inspected it for damage. I reinstalled the board then plugged the unit back in. Within seconds it all turned back on. We checked the outlet for polarity and it tested good. We ran hass and found no issues. We did a self system test and all passed.

"Complaint is dishwasher not cleaning well. When I got here, I first checked the filter and found a 1 diameter piece of plastic in the filter along with an onion strand. Cleaned out the filter. Saw hard water deposit built up in the dishwasher. Tested the water. On a scale of 0-25, it tests at a 25. Called Amy in tech support at Asko. She said that Lemi Shine Dish Detergent Booster, Hard Water Stain Remover, Multi-Use Citric Acid Cleaner is a good product to add to each cycle. Thats the best thing you can do. First add the pod, then add the Lemi Shine Dish Detergent Booster, Hard Water Stain Remover, Multi-Use Citric Acid Cleaner on top of it. It treats the water for that cycle. It also contains instructions for cleaning the dishwasher and you do that once a month. Everything checks out great. Both arms spin, it drains and fills and circulates great. Unit isnt adding water is the complaint. Verified the complaint wont add water. Removed the pressure hose off the pressure sensor and it started to fill. Tried to blow through and was clogged. Blew a little harder and now its working. Unit filled multiple times no issue. Unit agitated and spun out. Did find an issue with how the unit is sitting so when it spills some water out and its out of balance. Recommend parts listed below to fix the balance issue. I had to cut the wash plate off and then cut the hub off. The center metal part of the wash plate was stuck on the shaft. Got the metal part off after a lot of heating. We cleaned the shaft and installed the new parts. I ran a calibration and auto test. The washer shakes a little. I balanced the washer.
