Notes from real Omega Force service calls: the appliance, the problem we found and how we fixed it.

Model DLE7000W
Dryer is giving a nP code. Which is a no power to the heater. Before disassembling took voltage at the outlet and was only getting 120 on the left side. The right side no voltage. Unit isnt getting 240. Tried to reset the breaker no luck. Customer will need a electrician to come out.

Customer was concerned about a noise that he had a video for that he showed me. It sounded like there was something hitting in the drive train. I tipped machine back to check the running gear and found that the pulley had come loose in the belt had begun to hit against the protective cover. I pulled it apart and was able to tighten it up and it ran great through test mode. Customer also noted they were having a problem with the siphon cups draining completely. I took them apart and cleaned up and found a moderate amount of buildup. I clean both the cassette and the tray. The washer is now fixed.

Replaced bad drain pump, got it back together, then new pump ran great but started making a sound of it hitting something. Uninstalled dishwasher and took it apart, then got a piece of metal out out of the drain pump area. Reinstalled, now it runs and drains great.

Found that heating element is open. Replaced heating element, tested and dryer is heating and working good.

Customer complaint is, evap fan is noisey. Inspected and tested. Found the noise was coming from both the ice maker room fan in the freezer compartment and the freezer evaporator fan because of excessive frost buildup around the ice maker fan. I defrosted evaporator completely and tested and both fans are working great. Refrigerator was still making ice.

I have had repairmen here before and I did not feel anywhere near as satisfied with what they told me as I did with Matt. If I need a repair man again I will definitely be calling Omega!!”

Unit wasnt cooling properly in the fridge. Customer said dispenser isnt working correctly now. Hook SmartHQ up and found the evap fan in the fridge had failed. Replaced the fan WR60X26866 reassembled unit then tested the fan its working properly now also tested the water valves and found WE60X26866 valve was sticking sometimes and wasnt working properly. Replaced the valve then tested. Unit is now working properly without any issues

Noisy with a load. The gearcase has a bad chatter/vibration during agitating. I quoted replacement, she will discuss with her husband and call us if they want to move ahead.

The customer said it starts and shuts of a few seconds later. I ran diagnostics and the most recent code is not draining. I vacuumed the water out and removed the drain pump. I found glass stuck again. I removed the glass and put the pump back on. Now its working as it should. I washes and drains good. 8-4 10-3 9-1

Found that igntier ticks and tries 3 times and then shuts off gas. Appears to be bad igniter again. Part under warranty and charged some labor. Tested and oven ignites first time and preheated. Oven is working good as im here.
