Customer complains that there is a water discharge from the freezer into the fridge. Upon arrival and inspection I found the defrost drain had plugged in frozen up. I defrosted and installed a temperature probe and cleared out the water and cleaned the evaporator cover where paint was flaking off. I tested and watch the evaporator for 20 minutes and frosted up in eight minutes The sealed system looks great. The fridge is now fixed. Disconnected dryer vent and dryer is cycling heat normally. I attach vent and it was short cycling and cutting heat off early. Vent will need to be cleaned but if it keeps happening I informed customer that this model had a blower tubing service bulletin issue that would cause immature high limit metal to cut out too early.I informed customer of this but since its a kenmore I could not pull up the whirlpool service bulletin showing the fix.If customer calls back see if you can find the part number/kit for this issue for this model from whirlpool and give estimate for repair.This is the two belt model.

New board did not fix the issue. On my first visit I found the FF defrost heater was bad and I did get 120 out the fridge in defrost. On my second trip I defrosted the evaporator and replaced the heater. On my 3rd trip the heater tested good but now I was not getting the 120. I ordered the board and replace it today. Again I do not get 120 to the heater from the back where it plugs in. I do get 120 from the board to both heaters. I ohmed out the FF heater from the board and it is open. I put a jumper across the wires to the board and measured the ohms from inside the fridge and I got nothing. I checked it different ways and I get nothing. There is a break in one of the wires. With the new board and heater the FF evaporator does not cycle on during force defrost. I will email PW; states that autho needed

I ran dryer for over 40 minutes and never shut off. I checked vent and it was partially blowing into house. I attached vent fully and heat has been cycling good. I ran diagnostic and all functions are working good no errors.I cannot find issues as to why dryer would stop mid cycle. Must be intermittent problem that is not failing as Im here. I asked customer if happens again to run the same load on timed dry an hour before if i have to come back if problem still happens.Possible that since it was blowing into house closet it would overheat something and then once it cooled off would start again?Dryer motor is strong and works every time. Customer will call back if problem persists after attaching vent.
