"There is no model tag on the washer, I looked all over.The customer said that after is filled and started to wash it made a loud knocking noise. I filled it up and let advance into a agitate cycle. It sounded good. I then put into a spin and that sounded good. I added clothes and soap and filled to a medium size. I started the washer on a 8 min regular cycle and run through the cycle. There was a little squeak from the drain pump as it drained but the customer said that was not the noise that concerned her. The longer it ran in a spin the louder a noise got. I removed the drive belt and spin the drain pump and the the motor, both felt good. The noise is coming from the main bearings. Advised the customer to use until it dies and the bearing or tranny is not covered by warranty.

Customer complains water is leaking out of the door seal. Upon arrival and inspection I found a heavy buildup of minerals on the door itself and an older your boot. I cleaned off the build up and clean the seal and tested it leaked from the upper area of the seal. The door had water in it as well. I looked for parts and many of the needed parts were discontinued. I ball park quoted the job. The customer declined repair and will recycle the washer.

"No airflow. Found the lint screen packed full of lint. Cleaned that, still low airflow. Cleaned out bulkhead and rest of dryer, now its 20mph behind dryer and outside. Before cleaning dryer, it was 270 degrees in 10 seconds. Now it runs at 225. All good now."
