Ran it through full test mode and everything tests well. Thermistor for fresh food is relatively close to where it is supposed to be as far as temperature and resistance goes. Washer gives oversized load error, gearcase and everything checks out good but when it gets to spin portion, including in test mode, it doesnt grip. Seems as though it has a bad hub. Tried numerous ways to get to hub but will need to drill out bolt holding down agitator plate. Return with bolt and hub assembly which we have in stock.

The customer had the lid switch wires twisted together and taped up because the lid switch broke. He said the washer will shut off during the cycles but wasnt sure which cycle. He said it would be off for only a few seconds then he would walk over and push in the knob and pull it back out and then it would start right up. He said he does not smell any burning smell and the washer starts every time he would push the knob in and pull it back out. The washer is very clean. I replaced the lid switch and started on a wash cycle and let run through twice. It never failed for me. If he calls back it would need a timer.

The customer said during the wash cycle the washer stop working and just made a buzz sound. They put into a spin cycle later and it drained and spun the clothes out. I found the agitator dogs were worn out. I replaced the dogs and ran the washer on a 10 min wash cycle with a medium load of clothes. It ran the whole cycle and finished. No other problems found.

"I replaced the main control and ran a drain cycle. After all the water drained out I ran a diagnostic cycle. The dishwasher was over filling with water and it gave me the f6-e4 float switch error. I checked the switch and the connections and it was good. I ran a normal cycle, now it did not over fill and the water is heating. So far its working good."
