"Customer complaint is, ICE BUILD UP IN FREEZER BY A VENT AND THEN LEAKING AND DRAWER FOOD FREEZING ALSO. Inspected and found frost around the fan vent in the freezer. Disassembled freezer and the evaporator looks great. Ran refrigerator through service diagnostic mode and everything tested good. Im not sure why this frosted over, maybe the doors were not shut all the way. Otherwise refrigerator tested good. As I was leaving, customer did say they were having trouble with the door closing all the way. Door was closing and sealing great for me."

Appears that the hinges are locked up, but there is no way to get to the hinges without pulling door out a good 10. Explained to customer that if I do that, it will damage the Chasis, hinges, and inner door. Then customer wouldnt be able to use either oven. Did hard reset, lock works perfectly for upper door. Control board recognizes correctly when door is locked and unlocked. Not a control board (electrical) issue or lock issue."

Adjusted burner head and it ignites and burns great. In oven, broil doesnt work, and white debris falling from ceiling. Found a mouse nest on broil flame deflector plate. Mouse chewed through wire to ignitor, and insulation from oven fell on ignitor and melted onto it. Replaced ignitor, cleaned off pan, ignites great now, nice and clean. Started dishwasher on power blast and high temp and the second time it filled it started washing and then canceled and drained. Im going to replace the board, because everything else test good. "Water has been leaking from the dishwasher into the basement. Found water has been leaking for a while now from the drain line, as well as the circulation pump motor. The seals have broken down on the motor allowing the water to come through. Quite a bit of damage to the wooden floors underneath the dishwasher and to the sheet rock behind it. I uninstalled the dishwasher and took off the parts that were bad so that the customer can have those When they submit to homeowners insurance for the damage. Quoted the customer for a new drain line and circulation pump but with it being pretty old they are going to buy a new one."

The washer would not agitate or spin. When it would try it just made a loud noise and would try to move back and forth. I removed the rotor and stator . I found some rust on the rotor and the hall sensor was bad. Between 2 and 5 I had 0 ohms and should have had 10 ohms. I cleaned up the rotor and stator and replaced the hall sensor. Tested on all cycles and its good now. ; used 1 6501KW2002A (HALL SENSOR) from stock

The issue of ice cubes freezing together is not an issue anymore. Now the only issue was that roughly 50% of the time the ice cubes were not able to be dispensed by the auger. Noticed that the ice cubes were on the larger size so adjusted the setting on the icemaker to make smaller cubes which should make a big difference. Temperature in the freezer is 2?.

Customers complaint with the fridge is that theres a water discharge from the freezer and the lower tray is full of water and ice. Upon arrival and inspection I found the defrost drain was plugged. When I removed the drain hose I found a heavy buildup that was moldy. Ive cleared the back up and defrosted the freezer completely. I tested the drain and it drained water perfectly. The fridge is now fixed. Note I added a few extra screws and some hardware was missing.

Customer complains the dishwasher has no power and when it did it washed poorly. Upon arrival and inspection I found the dishwasher had been unplugged from its power source. I restored power and tested and found the hard water was very hard. We tested and found their water softeners failed. I advise the customer she will need to use a citric acid base cleaner to get the unit back cleaned up and a premium style soap to see better results.
