Dishwasher was filling with water so they stopped using it. Upon arrival and inspection I found that the plumbing was installed improperly and the dishwasher drained directly into the subfloor in a 1 1/2 inch pipe. I filled it and drained it five times and it drains flawlessly. I spoke with the customer and she has had pipe draining issues from that leg of her plumbing about the time the dishwasher was being backed up into. I explained how her plumbing system works and that her dishwasher is the lowest point on her main floor on that side of her house for plumbing. Its likely that it was just packing up due to a blockage that was cleared by her plumber. No additional charges.

"Customer complaints of the unit has made a loud noise when the fan ran or when the turntable spun for a while. Suddenly they began smelling an electrical burning smell and then the unit stopped working all together. Upon arrival and inspection I found a 12 year old whirlpool microwave. The outer skin of the door was cracked up and falling apart as well as when it was plugged in it had no display. I pulled the unit apart and as I moved the control board wiring I saw a large spark from the high-voltage side behind the fan assemblies. I could see many melted wires as well as a burnt up transformer. The door part needed is part number 8169641 in the color biscuit, 8169698- transformer, W10642989 - turntable motor, I could not find a wiring harness part number. This unit has burned up and is not a good repair in my opinion. ; saved tckt"

I canceled and drained the washer and removed the drain filter. The drain pump impeller seems to be loose when its spinning. Washer did not fail for me, but I think the drain pump is sporadically failing. I cant find a exact model number for this washer on Sears, but if its the same pump as the Bosch, I think we can use the supco equivalent, part number LP6440. There are 2 issues. The fresh food section is not cooling and when they dispense ice there is a nocking sound from the dispenser. I found the diffuser door is not opening. Its getting voltage just not opening. The diffuser will need to be replaced. Something is causing the ice chute solenoid to chatter when ice is dispensed. Its either the dispenser assembly or the relay board. The user interface board does not appear to have relays in it. At this time the customer will not repair the dispenser issue. "Washer and dryer were flip flopped as to where they should be sitting. I moved the washer into the right spot, next to the drain in the wall and the water connections. Moved the dryer into the spot directly in front of vent hole, removed 6 ft of vent, now the vent to the wall is 6 inches. The vent was disconnected before because it was stretched too far, lint was built up all over wall behind dryer and on floor. "Customer complaint is, TRIPPING THE BREAKER. Inspected and tested. Refrigerator trips the breaker every time within a few seconds, even when plugged into a different outlet. When I unplug the evaporator heater it turns on and starts cooling. In test mode the heater is getting 120V but as soon as I plug it in, it trips the breaker. The heating element ohms out at 24ohms.
