Icemaker not working due to frozen funnel; steamed out funnel, cycled icemaker, and corrected slow water dispensing by using bypass after water filter failure; unit now functioning.

Replaced clogged burner tube and confirmed proper burner operation.

Installed four new suspension springs and confirmed washer basket stability.
“We had both a dryer and washer in need of repair. Mark completely fixed the dryer. He thought he was able to fix the washer by ordering a part and installing. However, the part did not fix the problem. He spent a lot of time investigating and came back again. Unfortunately, the washer was unable to be fixed and it made more sense to replace. Mark pushed for a reimbursement of parts and labor for the washer since he was not able to fix it. He went above and beyond and it was very appreciated. Highly recommend for their honesty and integrity! We would call them again if we are ever in need of another fix.”
