I found the freezer was full of frost. The bottom of the freezer door gasket was falling down. I removed the freezer door and pushed the gasket back in. I then put screws in to hold the gasket in place. I completely defrosted the freezer and greased the tracks. The lights came on and the ice maker filled with water. The customer complaint was food is cooking unevenly and not getting done. I found the broil element was hanging down on the right side witch could cause food to cook unevenly because the outer broil element does cycle on and off during the bake cycle. The customer was putting tinfoil on the oven liner bottom. I instructed the customer the issue of putting tinfoil on the bottom or covering the rack with foil. I showed them how to use the foil per the user manual instructions. The door shuts tight and has no heat loss. The oven cycles properly and is maintains the proper temps. I fixed the broil element so it does not hang down. No more issue found. Which the oven set to 350 it was averaging around 360. I lowered the temp by 5 degrees.

"Customer complains that the water line on the back of the fridge has a leak. Upon arrival and inspection the typical 5/16 line that feeds the water dispenser had gotten dried and was leaking. I replaced it and used a union inside the cavity. I tested it for leaks and its not thinking anymore. Well while on site I went ahead and cleaned the defrost drain flapper valve it had a little bit of stuff in it. "Verified complaint. When I got to site I was able to get the washer to drain. The drain pump sounded great. Checked agitator plate to make sure its tight, it was tight. Removed rotor to inspect and to inspect the stater. Both looked just fine none of the magnets were loose. Ran unit on spin for 6 min then got the uE error code. Units control board is the older style that LG bulletin says need to update or replace. Needs new control board EBR76262102. "

Found that washer is not spinning. The hub plastic is worn out so it wont catch the spin.
