The customer said the dryer is loud and sounds like a bearing. I started the dryer and right away it was loud and sounded like aiming was in the blower. I took the whole thing apart and I found nothing. The blower was clean and the blower is not loose or broken. The rollers look good and the older was good. I put it back together and it sounds normal. I open the door and closed it then tried it 5 times. I put my jacket in the dryer and it sounds fine. The customer had a blanket for me to put in the dryer and it still sounded normal.

"LC error. The Catherine found the unit leaked previously, and they emptied the tray. They mentioned a white crusty discharge located in one specific place. I found the same crusty discharge while testing. As we ran it soap suds built up on the inside. The unit had been Contaminated. I cleared the contamination and watched the whole Speedwash cycle. The unit did not leak after the contamination was dealt with this dishwasher only suffered from a contamination issue."

This unit has had someone replace the start valve relay on the freezer compressor and has had sealed system work before. I had a new compressor start relay in my bag. Replaced relay then tested. Compressor tried to start was making loud noise. Checked my connection then tested one more time then from the terminal on the compressor it blew and Freon went out and everywhere. Unit needs a new compressor

The washer locked but then would randomly unlock and lock. I went to Sundberg and got a main control. I replaced the main control board and leveled the washer. "Today I replaced the door gasket. Their is no gunk or build up around the door and nothing at the bottom under the door and on the lower gasket. I made sure all the screws around the door are tight, I made sure the door hinge screws are tight. I raised the front legs as much as I could. Other than the water leaking from the door I have not seen it leak underneath. I pull it out every time and watch it. Its not that I dont know where it coming from I just dont see it leak water. Last visit was the only time I saw water leaking and it was coming out past the door on the left side. It still sounds like its not sealing time but it is better. If I push on the door real hard is sounds a little quieter. I let run for 35 minutes and it never leaked a drop."

Not a part from the dryer and I vacuumed out the lint trap and blower wheel last time I was here. Also, because it jammed the wheel, the motor twisted in place and popped the bracket off the back of it. Adjusted the bracket, reattached it to the motor, so the motor is securely clamped down now. "Upon further inspection I found that the drain hoses were not installed correctly. I had assumed that dryer was working long before I had looked at it and reattached hoses to where i had found them when I arrived. But, I found that drain hose was hooked up to the water tank instead of the stand pipe drain. So when washer would try and pump out water it would spray inside dryer and short out the sensor and give the error. I hooked up drain hose correctly, direct to strand pipe drain and now no longer sprays water inside dryer and drains correctly. Dryer should be working good now."

"The customer had a bunch of issue with the range. The clock and timer buttons do not work. The oven does not hold temp and sometimes the temp is 100 degrees to hot. I verified the clock and timer buttons do not work. I started the oven at 350. After it beeped that it was preheated the display showed 350 but according to my meter the temp was 510. The customer had a store bought thermometer in the oven and that showed 475. The oven cooled down to 335 and never turned back on. I turned the oven off and then back on to 450. The igniter was glowing for a long time but it never heated back up. I took a amp draw the amperage was 3.1. The oven will need the whole display assembly, main pcb, the relay board and temp sensor. Read notes below. Main pcb board EBR73811703EBR52349702 relay board Temp sensor 6322B62214A. I also need the whole panel assembly. Listed on the controller page. 2015. The customer said it never heated after Nate left. The customer put a cup of water in the microwave and ran in front of me. The microwave was not heating. The microwave is up to high for me to take it down by myself. This would be a 2 man if we have to take it down. I removed the control panel and took amp draw while it was heating. I was only getting .90 amps. The high voltage side is not coming on. I check power out the board to the filter board high voltage fuse and I got 0 volts. I removed the door switches and tested each switch. All switches tested good. I put it back together. Now its all working. I tried 20 times and the customer tried it. The microwave is heating good every time. If they call back approve and send these parts. I will replace them both. DE92-03624B control DE96-00414D latch assembly

So that shorted out the new UI and control board. Also looking into the removed plastic top facia and handle the plastics tabs are all cracked so i quoted that as well (see picture) due to new found issues customer declined.Canceling part and will return as DOA

Washer doesnt spin. In test mode I could hear grinding and crunching sounds. Tipped the washer back and found the transmission is leaking oil and is shot. Rotor and stator are broken as well. Called owner and quoted him blue book for the repair. His washer has a very similar model number to the 2016 recall. He will call Samsung to see if they would fix the washer even though it technically isnt a part of the recall. I recommended he try.

"The customer complaint is the washer does not operate and not draining. I removed the lower panel. I put it on spin and pressed start. The washer spears to lock and does nothing for about 20 seconds. The drain pump starts but only for a couple seconds. I put into service mode and was getting the door lock error. The door lock is loud when its activated. I replaced the door lock. I tried it again and now I get the motor error. I ohmed the motor and it tested good. Per the tech sheet it needs the motor control. The complaint is the whole unit stopped cooling and the ice maker was not working. The ice maker issues was probably caused by the cooling issue. Today the fridge was unplugged when I arrived. I plugged it back in and for ten seconds the evaporator fan runs. After 10 seconds the fan shuts off and the compressor run but it only runs for maybe a minute then it also shuts off. If I reset power it does the same thing. Its most likely going to need the control assembly. The model number on the tag is missing the beginning of the model number. I was able to get the part number off the part. I called the customer to give the quote but he did not answer. I left a message for him to call the office. I created a estimate ticket. ; O-emld tckt
