I replaced the top and bracket and tested the range. It is now fixed.

Customer stated that the dryer would trip the breaker mid cycle and after a few times the dryer wouldnt turn on anymore. As Im here the breaker is turned on but I do not have power on the outlet. After a few times of turning on and off the breaker, the dryer turned on and did run and heat. Found that the breaker is likely bad and would need an electrician to find out the problem. Dryer appears to work and customer will call back after electrician fixes breaker if dryer issues continues.

Found that drain pump is locked up. Found that the chopper blade broke off and jammed drain pump. Removed chopper and dishwasher drains but when testing the wash motor is running loud and not pumping water to clean dishes. Needs new motor and a drain pump. Customer declined estimate and will purchase new dishwasher.

"Customer complaint is, SAYS PF AFTER RUNNING FOR 5 MINUTES. Customer said its been doing it about 75 percent of the time. Sometimes 5 minutes in and sometimes 30 minutes in. Inspected and tested. I started dishwasher on a heavy wash cycle and ran it for 20 minutes and no PF error. Dishwasher is leaking from the door. I installed new tub gasket, splash shield kit and bottom door gasket. Tested for 20 more minutes and I did not see any more leaks.

Fresh food and freezer sections warm. 55 in fresh food and 45 in freezer. Icemaker stopped working and leaky water line in door hinge. Compressor is running and hot but condenser line cool to touch. No frost on evaporator: all fans running. Told owner we could call with estimate for sealed system work but he said its old and hes going to buy new.

The compressor was bad so the fridge was not cooling. Today I replaced the compressor and the filter. I hooked the start device up to the new compressor and I plugged the fridge back in. I pulled a vacuum and recharged the system. I told the customers to wait 6-8 hours before its cold.

The oven bake would not spark. Today I replaced the module. Now the bake is working great.

The power button was broken on the user interface. I replaced the user interface control. The new UI is working good.

Installed all parts. Tested unit multiple times for leaks. Filled and drained 6 times and let unit run for 10 minutes then reinstalled unit; tested one more time and its working great without leaks.

"Not filling with water and giving F12 water inlet error. Found the water turned off under the sink, and the little yellow plastic filter piece had popped off in the sump. Put that back into place, turned on water, runs and circulates great now."

"Display a week ago said 55 and their thermometer said 60 to 66. Its been that for a week. No condensation or water appearing in fridge. They turned it off. When I got here it was 77 but also off. Went through test mode. No error codes. Compressor and fans run great: Fridge never beeped or indicated high temp alarm. Frost formed on compressor while in test mode. We dont know if door got left open allowing excess frost, but said to let it run for 24 hours with two glasses of water and see how it is in 24 hours. Unit should be good now. No power outages, and fridge is on its own circuit."

Ran test mode and pump runs but slowly draining. There is something stuck in drain line. I was able to fish it out and looks like small piece of rubber that was blocking drain. Tested and dishwasher now drains fully and all functions are working good.

Customers complaint dishwasher not dispensing correctly and the time on the dishwasher seams longer all of a sudden. Also not clearing out the dispenser. Times are correct to user manual. Put unit on normal wash. Checked back after 15 min and found the dispenser opened but there was lots of suds in unit. Customer has too strong of soap packets. Recommend basic finish because they rinse their dishes well. I let them know the platinum and Quattro ones are meant for dirty dishes.

"The customer complaint is the freezer section was warmer than normal and the ice cream was soft and the gel ice packs are soft. She said the fresh food section seems to be ok. I first took temps of the fresh food. The fresh food section was set to 37 and the temp I got after about 5 minutes was around 38 degrees, that is within range. I put my temp probe in the freezer and waited about 20 minutes. The freezer is set to minus 3 and I get minus 1.8. That is also within range. I verified the doors are shutting good, the lights are turning off, all fans work and I found no frost build up on the evaporator covers. I pulled the fridge out and verified the condenser fan is working. I cleaned up the dust and vacuumed behind it. I found no cooling issues today. I advised the customer a door could have not been closing tight or maybe it got stuck in defrost. Now its good no issues found."

"Found that the hi limit is open cutting heat and front rollers are worn out and vibrating loudly and damaged roller shaft. Customer approved estimate. Replaced parts and cleaned out dryer of lint. tested and dryer now runs quiet and is cycling heat normally. Dryer is working good.

Unit wont spin or agitate. Verified complaint unit wasnt spinning and was making a grinding noise. Disassembled top of unit and pulled hub. Hub was completely smooth and no grooves left. Quoted for replacing the hub. They approved. Installed part reassembled and tested. Unit is now spinning and agitating. Unit is on a plywood frame so it does shake.

The customer complaint was the timer knob is hard to turn. I tried turning the timer knob and it did not feel that hard for a ge. I took the new timer out the box and put the knob on the new timer. I held it in my hands and had the customer try turning the knob. She said it felt about the same and I tried it and I agree it feels the same. She said not to replace to replace it and as long as she knows its ok. I did check the air flow and it was ok but slightly reduced. I cleaned the dryer duct and put tape around the duct behind the dryer. I did move the washer out but I verified its all hooked up and I put a zip tie back around the drain hose so its secure.

"Customer complaint is, NOT OPENING THE DETERGENT DISPENSER, DISHES NOT CLEAN. Inspected and tested. Dispenser is opening, just not dissolving the pod or washing the detergent out of the dispenser. Found the circulation pump has failed. Customer approved repairs. Installed new circulation pump and tested. Dishwasher is working great. Dishwasher is now fixed."

"Not heating. Made sure airflow was good, and cleaned out vent both for bulkhead and going through the wall. Replaced bad fuses. Runs and heats great now.

Tenant complaint is taking long time to wash. Put unit in test mode and tested all components and no errors. Let unit run when working on dryer. Unit counted down fine but normal cycle is a hour and half. Which may be longer depending on load. Nothing wrong with unit at this time.

Found under the crisper a bunch of water. Removed the drawers and notice the evap drain plugged. I steamed out ice but still not draining. Pulled fridge out on protective mat. Removed drain in back of fridge and found it clogged. Cleaned out drain and now water is draining properly.

"Customer complaint is, IGNITER GLOWS BUT DOES NOT IGNITE. Inspected and tested. The burner ignited the first 3 times it cycled and then only the igniter would glow, but not ignite. I hear clicking from the coils, but its not opening the valve. Looks like it needs new coils. This is a really old dryer and I cant find this model number on Dey. Dana can you see if you can find this coil kit and ignitor and talk to Phil about how to handle this with his friends. If I go back for this repair, I need 2 hours. ; saved tckt"

Unit beeping and not starting. Verified complaint would shut the door and wont do anything will just beep. Tested the door lock and found its not engaging. Frigidaire dryer blower wheel broke off shaft so blow is not spinning to push out air and wont dry clothes. Model and serial number tag rubbed off. I tried to pull off blower housing but since its broke it couldnt get off the hosuing from the motor shaft. It is possible that motor would need to be replaced as well.Can you find the blower housing part number and motor part number for this common model?I called customer and informed him that it might not be cost effective if motor would have to be replaced as well. I think we used to truck stock these parts PW would know the part numbers.; (serial indicated as 'NotAvailable' so system created UIS w/pseudo #)

Customer complaint was unit was not draining and a motor is loud. Found the drain pump is loud. Nothing is stuck in drain pump or at least any more. Customer will need a new drain pump. "The main touchpad display is flashing the time, but none of the buttons work. I remove power and remove all the connections to the board and put everything back up but its still doing the same thing. The control lock is not locked. The user interface is just non-responsive. It will need the user interface board assembly. I gave the customer a quote and ordering the part from Marcone. WB27X21183; ordrd 1 WB27X21183 (CONTROL BOARD - MAIN, SIGNAL, TEXT, TOUCH, ETC.)"

Found that it needs the drain kit with heater. Customer approved estimate. There is so much ice build up that i cant pull off cover and stopped the evaporator fan.. Customer will defrost 24/48 hours in advance. Customer approved estimate.; ordrd 1 Da32-10104n (Sensor) and 1 DA82-01415A (Drain kit) and 1 Sh502 (Heater)

Unit will randomly get warm and alarm will go off and customer shuts unit off and back on and it works for a while. When I was there the alarm wasnt going off. Called tech line we tested the sensors and all functions. Tech line said the alarm could have been from the water filter which the code was on for. Also he said some times it if it defrost for to long it could make it warm in there. He said to replaced the board and all freezer sensors. Explained what I found with tech line. Im not able to find parts on this unit. Will need to source and call back customer; states that autho needed

"Customer complaint is, DOOR BOOT HAS COME LOOSE. Inspected and tested. The door bellow somehow got sucked into the machine and the drum wore a hole through it. I ran it through a spin cycle and it sounds great. Needs a new door bellow. Quoted customer $444. to install new bellow. Customer approved repairs. Part on order. ; ordrd 1 DC64-03788A (Door bellow)"

"Compressor is humming and not starting. Used the beefy start relay and compressor still just hums and wont turn over. Bad compressor. Refrigerator is side by side and probably not worth it to repair.; saved tckt , states that autho needed"

Unit not tumbling. Removed the kick plate and found the belt flipped over so it was just sliding. Corrected the belt. Then tested. Let unit run for 5 minutes and it is working great.

Replaced motor/sump assembly. Tested and all functions are working good and no errors. Dishwasher is washing and working good.

The fridge was not cooling good. The condenser fan was not running so the compressor was over heating. I replaced the condenser fan assembly and the new fan is working good.

"Customer complains freezer was too warm. Upon arrival and inspection I spoke with a customer and found the the freezer was in the garage. He mentioned that the compressor was very hot to the touch. The freezer is improperly loaded. I checked all the fans, and compressor were running great. There was frost on the evaporator and the temps were 4f."

Unit when opening the top door works fine when opening the door as a complete you have to lift up. Found the latch is catching. I lubed up the latch and tested now its working properly. Quoted customer for a new latch they will think it over and let us know.

"Customer says they will smell a hint of gas when walking by range even when it is not in use, but not all the time. I checked all gas connections with bubbles and did not find any leaks. Checked cooktop and no bubbles. I cannot find any gas leak as im checking connections. I explained that if it keeps happening to call the gas company and see if the gas leak coming from anywhere else because the gas pipe comes up though the floor. Range is working good and i did not find any leaks as im here."

The complaint is the refrigerator is leaking water on the floor. I opened the freezer door and found ice on the bottom of the freezer. I removed the ice and found the defrost drain was plugged up. When it goes into defrost it was melting the frost off the coils and the water then has no where to go. The bottom was building up with ice and eventually water was leaking out past the door. I cleared the ice and defrosted the drain. Water is now draining into the pan below.

The customer said the fresh food section is not cooling but the freezer is. I found the evaporator fan is not working and there is frost build up all over the evaporator. I completely defrosted the evaporator and frost around the fan. The fan is now working. The defrost drain was plugged up and would not drain. I had to pull the evaporator out of the way so I could access the drain. I defrosted the drain so now water can drain. The air supply ducts in the fresh food section were iced over. I had to remove the tower and defrost the supply ducts. Now I get air flow in the fresh food. I advised the tenant to not over pack the freezer. Its likely the freezer door would not sit right so warm air leaked in and caused all the frost build up.

This laundry center was destroyed. There was holes in the outer tub and it had been leaking water as well as there were chunks in the pump. Not allowing it to drain. I pumped all the water out. Customer will replace the unit.

"I replaced the failed lower spray arm and tested the dishwasher. It had great pressure, it filled to the appropriate level, and drained and heated. The dryer is working as designed."

"I replaced the mangled door, and tested and it opens as designed. The range is now fixed."

"Customer complaint is, GASKET AROUND THE FRONT OF THE DISHWASHER IS LOOSE ON THE BOTTOM; DOESN'T SEEM TO DRY THINGS SOMETIMES. Inspected and tested. Found the door gasket had come out of the track on the bottom right corner. Gasket is not damaged and looks good. I reseated it in the track and its nice and tight. I ran dishwasher through service diagnostics mode and everything was working and heater came on and no errors. The rinse aid dispenser is empty. I advised customer on using rinse aid regularly for better drying results."

"Customer complaint is, OVEN WILL NOT HEAT FAST. Inspected and tested. Found the bake ignitor has failed. Installed new bake ignitor and tested. Oven is heating great. Oven is now fixed.

The oven was very slow to heat up in bake. I found the bake ignitor was weak. The f11 only happen one time and is ok today. I quoted for the ignitor and then replaced it. The oven is heating up now in bake.

Long pre-heat times. I tested the range it pre-heated in the time noted by Whirlpool. It preheated in 12 minutes. Unit is working as designed.

Customer said randomly will get stuck off and get warm. Then will start working again. When I arrived everything is working properly. Good frost pattern. Fans running compressor running good. Coils clean. Everything is testing good. Sounds like its getting stuck in defrost. Quoted for repairs. Owner approved. Installed parts and unit is working properly now.

"Customer complaint is, NOT SPRAYING. Inspected and tested. Found the circulation pump is just humming, but not circulating water. Also the water valve is cracked and leaking and the drain pump is chattering when it drains. Customer declined repairs and is going to replace the dishwasher."

Unit not drying. Takes multiple loads. Found the dryer vent completely blocked up. Quoted for vent cleaning. Customer approved cleaned out vent and now getting 20mph out the vent outside. Tested all cycles and working great

Unit not lighting front left burner always. Verified complaint it didnt always light. Found the igniter was really close to the burner cap and not transferring the spark enough for the gas to always ignite. Adjusted igniter and now its lighting great.

The customer complaint is at times there is frost and excessive moisture on the package of food in the freezer. I took temp in the freezer and it was below 0. The fresh food coldest temp was 35. When the freezer is set that cold and with the higher humidity its normal to get some frost on the packages of food. The fans work good and nothing in the fresh food is freezing. I set both knobs to 5. Advised to wait 48 hours for the new temps to stabilize.

Started unplugging items and found that the control touch panel is causing it to short out. Due to the cost of parts customer declined and will replace unit.

"Customer complaint is, MAKES A LOT OF NOISE AND NOT COOLING IN THE REF. FREEZER IS FINE. Customer said its been inconsistent temperatures in the FF compartment and seems to be working now. Inspected and tested. Freezer temperature is 2F and FF is 37F. It sounds like the FF evaporator fan has been loud in the past. Installed new FF evaporator fan and tested. Refrigerator is now fixed.

The fresh food fan was loud after the unit was turned off and then turned back on again. Most likely the moisture around the fan damaged the bearing. Today I replaced the fresh food fan.

Leaking diverter seal. I replaced the seal and tested the DW. It no longer leaks.

Fridge not cooling. Failed evap fan has failed. There was moisture leaking inside the FF section. I pulled the condenser cover and found water from the failed evap drain had been running between the liner and insulation spraying on the wall when it hits the fan. They declined repairs as the drain defect is not fixable.

There was a dent and scratches on the door. I replaced the lower right door. I also leveled the top of the doors for the customer.

Found that dishwasher vent is not opening and will get error. Vent assmebly will need to be replaced. Customer will think about it and call back if they want to proceed.; ordrd 1 5304523304 (Vent assembly)

"Customer complaint is, NOT COOLING. Inspected and tested. Refrigerator is not cooling at all. Fans are running, but not the compressor. I can hear it clicking. I tried a new start relay and it turned on the first time, but wouldnt after that. I tried a hard start kit and same thing happened, it started the first time and then wouldnt turn on again. The compressor has failed. Customer would like a quote on replacing the compressor. ; saved tckt"

"The oven would not start a bake cycle. When I started the bake you can hear a spark and smell gas but it would not light. I found the broil is sparking but nothing from the bake. I inspected the electrode and harness and both look good. The burner is tight and well grounded. I pulled the oven out, I switched the bake and broil wires on the module. Now the bake is speaking and lighting on the first spark. Now the broil is acting like the bake was. It will need the spark module. I gave the quote and I will order the part from Dey. ; ordrd 1 W10860916 (SPARK MODULE - ELECTRONIC)"

"Found that the power was disconnected in back of wall oven. Attached power and it powered on but found that the control panel touch pad is not responsive and wont start cycle. "Customer complaint is, LEAKING EITHER FROM RIGHT SIDE LOWER AREA OR FRONT UNDERNEATH DRAWER AREA. Inspected and tested. Found the small hose that tees off the nozzle and then goes to the top of the door bellow has a hole in it. Theres 2 hoses that tee off and go to the top of the door bellow and I need the smaller diameter one. The parts diagram shows part number DC67-00230F, but shows it going to the dispenser, not the bellow and says its NLA. Can you see if you can find this hose please. I talked to Phil and he thinks we might have to call Samsung or Marcone. I attached pictures of the hose needed. ; saved tckt"

Cooling fan is not running. Either bad cooling fan or thermocouple that switches on that controls cooling fan. Without cooling fan it gets very hot coming out of front vent can caused the paint to crack on the panel and door (see picture)I cant look up parts. Peter at ILVE said it could only be cooling fan or the thermocouple that sends power to cooling fan. But the whole top has to come off to get to the fan and there is no test mode. I can hear a slight hum that appears to be locked cooling fan motor.Peter doesnt get paid from hallman and gave me pointers but wouldnt look up parts. Parts will need to be looked up and also include white front panel and oven door skin because the paint is cracked and customer doesnt like that and she wants it covered since it is a failure of the range.This would be 3 hour job to take apart whole top and sides to get the front panel off and would have to dissemble door if the door skin would be replaced.Otherwise 2 hour job to take top and back off to get to cooling fan.; saved tckt

"The customer complaint is the water pitched does not fill up when its empty. Today I removed the pitch and out it back in and shut the door. About 30 seconds later it filled with water. I tried it 3 times and it worked. I had the customer try it and it still filled back up. I believe there is a issue with the pitcher sensor. Please look up the parts and order the pitcher housing assembly. I was unable to pull up parts. I added pictures. Customer complaint notes button not working. Washer was a dial that you pull out to start. The timer itself is loose so you cant change the cycle or start. Found the panel itself is busted at the clips. The timer seams ok. Added a screw to the front of the panel to the timer to help hold the timer in place. Explained to owner. This fix could be a one time fix or 2 year. Quoted for new back panel. He is going to check it out and let us know. He was thinking of replacing it soon so he might let it run till the next issue.

I cleaned and adjusted all six burners. They now have light and re-light as designed.

The dryer squeaks when it runs and even when it shuts off and the drum comes to a stop. I verified the noise when I ran it and the customer had a video record verify the noise. I disassemble the dryer and checked the rollers and the idler pulley and found that the idler pulley was the culprit. I gave the customer the estimate for the repair and then I replaced the idler pulley and oiled the other rollers. The dryer sounds really good now.

"found that the fresh food evaporator fan is bad and not spinning. Also found that evaporator drain is clogged and not draining into drip pan. Also door mullion is not hitting guide to flip it closed. Customer approved estimate. Replaced evaporator fan, unclogged evaporator drain tube and adjusted door guide, and now it flips closed everytime. Also did software update to refrigerator. Refrigerator is now cooling and working good.

I serviced and greased the trash compactor as well as installed the new revised start kit. The compactor is working as designed.

Not washing dishes. Everything works beside the motor. Fills drains and heats. Put unit in test mode still no luck with the motor. Getting voltage to the motor, but motor isnt operating. Unit needs a new motor assembly. Quoted customer blue book. They want to talk it over.

"Customer complaint is, ERROR MESSAGE FOR LEAK DETECTED, THOUGH NO LEAK IS APPARENT AND DISHWASHER IS CURRENTLY EMPTY. Customer had dishwasher breaker off because it was continuously running the pump. Inspected and tested. I pulled dishwasher out and pan underneath was dry and no sign of water. I started dishwasher and ran it for about 45 minutes and it never leaked or gave any errors. I recommended customer try using less soap or trying a different brand of soap."

"Customer complaint is, GROWLS WHEN FILLING, WATER LEVEL HAS DECREASED. Inspected and tested. Found both water valve filters were plugged. Cleaned out both filters and tested. Washer is filling great and sounds good. Washer is now fixed."

The upper rack rails were falling apart. I gave the customer the quote for the repair. I replaced the upper rack rails and I found and removed 4 ball bearings from the sump assembly.

Tenants complaint; unit not drying. Verified complaint and found the heat dry/air dry button was in the middle. Flicked it to heat dry and now its heating properly. Forced through the cycles and everything is working properly

The customer said the washer does not finish the cycle and water is left in the bottom. I started the drain cycle and the drain pump is loud and it does not drain the water. I verified the pump impeller is stripped and the pump needs to be replaced. I quoted the customer for the repair. I vacuumed the water out and replaced the drain pump. The washer is working great now.

Washer is stacked. Found that shocks are worn out and tub shakes too much and washer will think its out of banalce and not go into high speed spin. Gave customer estimate. Customer will think about it and call back.

"The customer said the dryer tumbles but does not heat. I verified the dryer does not heat. I took it apart and tested the heating element. The heating element is bad and both drum seals have fallen off. I gave the customer a quote for the repair and for cleaning the dryer and glueing the seals back on. I vacuumed out a ton of lint, replaced the heater and glued the the seals back on. I started the dryer and it does heat. I went outside and tested the air flow. The air flow is not real good. I advised them to have it cleaned.

Customer bought unit off of facebook brought it back and washer wont spin and drain. Verified complaint unit fills but doesnt spin. Found the lid lock was busted. Bypassed the lidlock and all functions work. Quoted for lid lock then installed part. Reassembled then tested unit. Its working properly now .

Not draining. Found that the drain trap was clogged with pet hair and debris. I showed customer and customer cleaned it. Tested and washer drains and is working good.

"When the dryer runs it makes a loud squeal. I removed the front and the drum. I found the rear rollers were failing and the idler is loud. I quoted for the repair kit. I installed all the parts of the kit. The dryer sounds good now.

Cleaned dryer vent. Lots of lint cleared out was getting under 10 before now 17 mph. 24 out of unit. Its a longer dryer vent over 20 feet. Unit is now heating and working properly

The compliant is there is a clicking sound from the fresh food section. I found the temp control damper had failed again and was noisy. The customer said an hour after I left the whole unit stopped cooling. I dont know why this is. I replaced the damper control assembly. The lights had shut off while I was working on it. I reset the power and now its cooling and all the fans are working but the lights did not come back on yet. I waited 29 minutes and then the lights came back on. It is cooling now.

"Customer complaint is, F9 ERROR CODE. WHEN IT DOES WORK, ITS NOT SHOWING CORRECT TEMPERATURE. Inspected and tested. F9 is a no heat error. Temperature sensor tested good at 1,078 ohms. Convection fan is working great. Found the bake ignitor is weak. Customer approved repairs. Installed new bake ignitor and tested. Oven is working great. Oven is now fixed.

Installed new part from last diagnosis. Tested unit and made sure everything is working properly.

Upper ice box will intermittently make ice and then melt. Freezer is 66 degrees and refrigerator is 42.Looks like there is a sealed system leak but there is no frost patten on the freezer evaporator and maybe %10 frost pattern on fresh food evaporator. I informed customer that there is a leak somewhere but since its still under 5 year sealed system warranty I referred him to contact Samsung to get it fixed under that.

"Leaks and the body of the washer is not on. Plan arrival and inspection. I found the written screws on the back plate, causing the machine to not lock into place. Replaced the missing screw and adjusted the mounting tabs and reinstalled the cabin. I tested it with four towels and it works great... the washer is fixed ."

Customer is concerned with the door close. He tightened up the handle and the mullion rest was loose. I tightened up the rest and leveled the fridge. It is now closing as designed.

"Fridge not cooling. The evaporator is frosted over, it was set up in ADC defrost mode. I adjusted the defrost settings she will defrost it and if it needs the board she will call us.

"Customer complaint is, DRYER IS SQUEAKY. Inspected and tested. Found the idler pulley was seized up. Customer approved repairs. Installed new idler pulley and vacuumed out inside of dryer. Tested and dryer sounds great. Dryer is now fixed.

"Customer complaint is, ICEMAKER NOT WORKING IN FRZ. Inspected and tested. Freezer temperature was 11F, but customer had removed some stuff before I got here and had the door open. I tried cycling the ice maker, but nothing happened. I removed the ice maker and it was full of cubes and looked like it was jammed. I cleaned out all the cubes and reinstalled and ice maker cycled, but did not fill with water. I cant get the ice maker to cycle by jumping it. I can get the water valve to turn on and start filling by jumping the valve. The ice maker has failed. Customer approved repairs. Ice maker cycled and filled with water. Ice maker is now fixed."

Evaporator coils run though the shelves are frosted up with 1/2 to 1 frost build up then causes freezer to not cool very (see picture) some water bottles in the door do not get frozen. Customer had thermometer that showed 15 degrees on middle shelf.I checked door seal all the way around with paper to ensure i had resistance and door is sealing. Door hinge is fine and door closes good. Customer has the freezer set at 3-4 and water bottles in the door are half frozen or not at all.Customer had last defrosted it May 31st and this amount of frost build up is since that time (customer has been documenting everything she has been doing)I dont think there is anything that can be replaced that is going to change this around of frost build up. I took a lot of pictures and call into Danby and see what they want to do.; saved tckt

"The whole unit stopped cooling. Today when I arrived the fridge was unplugged. I plugged it back in. The fan inside came on and the compressor came on but not the condenser fan. The fan was trying to start but could not. I took the fan apart and cleaned the rotor and stator. I put it back together and plugged it in. Its working now but not at full speed. "Ff and fz have both been inconsistent in temps/ running on the way warm side. 5/10 first days living here the tenant said temps were running very warm, 50 in fresh food and 30s in freezer. Lately its been more consistent in the lower temps but still too warm. When I got there, it was zero in freezer (set to -3) and 42 in ff (set to 34). I took evaporator cover off and there was minimal frost on evaporator. No blockage in vent. All fans and compressor running. Steamed off evaporator and it partially frosted over, but minimal frost. Tenant said fridge is almost always running. I spoke with GE tech support, and we walked through everything and they said it has a sealed system, most likely a small refrigerant leak. 10398456 is the case number. They said with the fridge consistently running, and yet temps dont get low enough, ice cream melts, not over frosting no defrost issue and gaskets fine on doors, only option is that its a sealed system issue. I left a message with owner that we will call with quote. Please note the fridge is in a tight space, and not a lot of room in front of it to pull it out. ; saved tckt"

"I arrived and found the parts delivered to the customer from GE were damaged and used. There was a sandwich bag in the bottom of the box and oil had leaked from the gearbox the hand popped holes in the box in transit. The fresh food is not cooling temps are around 60. The freezer is good with temps around 4. I found the freezer fan is working but Im getting no cold air into the fresh food. I found the damper control is not open. I unplugged the damper and plugged it back in. It opened and then closed and continued to click. The damper control has failed. I gave quote for the repair. "The customer said that 2 other companies have come out and diagnosed the compressor is bad. Today I arrived and it was unplugged. I plugged it back in and the compressor is buzzing. "The customer said they were come over the weekend. When they came back home the whole unit was not cooling. I found the fans are working and the compressor is running. I tapped I to the low side and high side. The low side pressure is 55 psi and the high side pressure is 58psi. When I shut it off the static pressure is about the same. The low side went up to 60.
