The freezer section was not cooling well and same with the fresh food section. The customer said since I was hear last and defrosted the evaporator it is cooling better. I replaced the main board and turned the ice maker back on. I ran through the ice maker test and put into a long defrost. Advised the customer to give 48 hours to by get back to normal. I put I to test mode and ran the ice maker test 57 and it passed. I the. Ran the fill test and the ice maker filled. I ran the defrost test 6 and the bimetal test showed 1 indicating the bimetal is closed. I then moved to a 8 hour run defrost and then put I into a long defrost. I started to defrost after I took it out of test mode. The customer had the ice maker turned to off when I arrived . I turned the ice maker back to on. I did not use the fan motor.

Dishwasher not draining. Found that the there was a piece of broke glass that jammed drain pump. Cleaned out drain pump and drain pump is now running but then found that the water line and drain line are frozen. I took off kick plate and informed customer to put fan or small space heater and blow air underneath cabinet to thaw out water line. Once thawed dishwasher should work good.Electrical issue is normal. I explained that on this model once the cycle starts you cannot change even if you shut off the dishwasher will resume where it left off. I explained that the cycle needs to be canceled and dishwasher will drain be ready to start a new cycle and then you can change settings.

I just need to high heat and watch another seven cycles. The heat is working perfectly. I advise and quoted a replacement of the control board. They will let us know if they want to fix it.

"Customer complaint is, NOT HEATING CORRECTLY, HEAVY DUTY SET TO HIGH TO DRY THEN IT DIDNT DRY CORRECTLY. Customer is not getting good drying results using the sensor cycles. I tested dryer on timed dry high heat and it was cycling between 240F and 100F consistently for over 30 minutes. Air flow on outside of house is 11mph and back of dryer is 24mph. Vent is really long and I dont think shes going to get better airflow on outside of house. Dryer is testing good. I think the issue is just with sensor drying. Recommended customer try using timed dry and see if she gets a better result."

"F5E1 - customer complains the washer wont start and run. Upon arrival and inspection it was obvious the control board had gotten confused so I unplugged it reset it and check for errors. It had four stored errors one for a shorted out keypad one for a bad lid lock 14 overloaded spin basket, and one additional error. I tested and found a lid lock did not work consistently. "
