GE dishwasher customer stated it was not heating well and was leaking water. Found dishwasher installed tight against flooring, unable to uninstall without removing floor. Connected GR Smart HQ and found backflow detected alert caused by no high loop in drain hose. Added high loop, ran diagnostics, heater working as designed, and no leaks found. Found leak at water supply line due to missing Teflon tape. Applied tape and reinstalled fitting, verified no leaks.
