Customer said it is leaking out the middle from bottom of door within 1-2 minutes of starting the dishwasher. I ran diagnostics cycle and no leaks and no errors. I pulled off drain pump to ensure no debris stuck in there. I took off door to make sure nothing leaking between door. I started 4-5 cycles and run for 45 minutes and no leaks. I informed owner and told him what i did and explained to use it as normal and to call back if problem persists. Dishwasher is working good and no leaks as im here.

We vacuumed out the duct and lint in the dryer and replaced the drum glides. The air flow coming outside was around 4 mph. We cleaned the dryer duct run. Now the air flow is 15 mph and the dryer is heating better.

Unit is a laundry center and both units wont turn on. Found that the outlet that it is plugged into has no power. I found that breaker was tripped. I reset breaker and the GFI outlet tripped when washer motor turned on.I plugged into different outlet and washer fills and agitates and dryer turns on and is tumbling and heating.I informed owner that GFI outlet is bad and would need to be replaced and suggested that a regular outlet be used (non-GFI) in meanwhile I left laundry center plugged into another outlet that was nearby. Laundry center is working good.Office: Customer was overcharged for the trip charge. Looks like there was a misunderstanding of unit is a normal standalone residential laundry center. "The complaint is the whole side is not cooling in either section. I found all the fans are running and the compressor and both sections are warm. I pulled the evaporator cover off and found no frost on the evaporator. I pulled the refrigerator out and removed the rear cover. I found someone put a bullet valve on the low side process tube. I put my hose on the valve and opened the valve. The low side pressure was in a 25 inch vacuum. We added 200 psi of nitrogen. I checked ever joint in the back and in the freezer for leaks. After 20 minutes I found no leaks but my pressure had dropped. I pulled a vacuum and then charged the system. The compressor is on and running and the evaporator is getting cold. The refrigerator has a leak internally. Please submit to AHS. "Customer complaint is, TRIPS THE CIRCUIT BREAKER. They said its not tripping it every time and it seems like its in the spin cycle when it does it. I started a heavy duty cycle and after it filled, it started agitating and was drawing just over 8amps. I watched it for a while and then skipped ahead to a spin cycle and it never tripped. I put 4 towels in washer and let it fill, agitate and drain and was working normal and never tripped the breaker. I called Techline and he said to check wires and connectors. I checked all the wires that I could access and made sure everything is plugged in. Customer is going to get more information next time and does this, so we know exactly were its happening in the cycle. Theres a handheld vacuum plugged into the same circuit, so I advised on unplugging the vacuum and see if that helps. Also said they could try running a extension cord to another outlet thats on a different circuit and see what happens. Ive checked this over as thoroughly as I can and cant find anything wrong with the washer."

I explained that the hinge is broken, but they want me to now, so I took 40 minutes and took apart door, relocated hinge and latch assembly. I showed them that I did that, and will be back to actually fix door on Wednesday. I was leaving and one employee yelled wait wait wait because the door was popping open. I canceled the cycle and now its working normal. I started dryer on a timed dry cycle and its heating and responding correctly when you open and shut the door and I can start and stop it with the start/pause button. I called Techline and he said the lights flashing was probably a error code. He said its most likely the motor relay sticking on the motor control board. Used a little red glue too. Now no leaks. Customer also showed me freezer had rhime ice. I found one section of freezer door gasket that was compressed. I worked on expanding gasket, so now it seals nicely."

"They were opening the door and it popped the breaker again. I plugged it into another outlet, power came on, I hit open and it tripped the breaker. We reset the outlet. I took all connectors off of the door switches. Tested all switches. All test good. Tightened up the connections on all the switches. Tested the door six times. Ran it with a glass of water, and the water heated, and it ran great. I then opened the door and closed it a few more times, and it worked great. Fuse did blow when i first got here. I used one of our 20 amp fuses.

"Customer complaint is, NOT CYCLING, RAN ALL DAY, MAKING A CLICKING NOISE, STAYED IN CYCLE. Inspected and tested. I hooked up SmartHQ and ran through service diagnostics and everything was working perfectly. The only thing was there was a ton of suds in the washer when I would fill and agitate, even with the drawer removed. I filled and drained probably 5-6 times before it went away. I started a rinse and spin cycle and it completed perfectly. Looks like soap suds are the issue. This has the smart dispense drawer and Ive seen this cause issues before with to much soap. I advised customer to use less soap and that if he continues to have problems, we would probably have to replace the drawer."

"Customer complaint is, IM NOT MAKING ICE AND FREEZES things in the FF compartment. Inspected and tested. FF compartment temperature is 32F and Freezer is 2F. Thermistors, fans and damper all tested good in test mode. I found the ice maker was jammed up with cubes. I removed ice maker and cleaned it out. Reassembled and tested. Ice maker cycled and filled with water. I removed and dumped out ice maker again and cycled it and it filled with water. Looks like the ice maker was just jammed up. I think the temperature issues are because it was trying to make ice and couldnt, so it was cooling down to try and speed up the ice production."
