Customer states unit not cooling, found start device for compressor failed, installed 3 n 1 starter and compressor is now running and unit is cooling, noticed drip tray for condensate cracked, part NLA, instructed customer on replacing drip tray w/ aftermarket part, drip tray is 24x10x1.5 inch
