"Customer complaint is, WONT DRAIN- unit works intermittently. Inspected and tested. Theres a stored E13 error. I found the drain hose was pushed to far into the stand pipe on the wall, not allowing it to drain properly. I removed the drain hose and filled the washer with water and drained it into my bucket and it worked perfectly. I started a load of clothes on a normal cycle and watched it through the entire cycle it finished the cycle perfectly. Seems like the issue was with the drain hose. Washer is now fixed."

Unit wasnt draining. Found that the unit was coming apart at the drain. Reassembled it properly also noticed someone put a screw through the spray arm. Making it stay in place because the spray arm base with the locking lever was busted so the maintenance guy added a screw. They are going to fix that part. Reassembled unit and cleaned out the drain. Unit is working great now.

Front two burns not lighting. Found the front left wasnt even mounted and laying in the stove. Also found the igniter wire was bad and protection on it had fallen off and is igniting on the metal in the stove. Found that the front two igniters are failing WPW10209656 LF igniter and RF igniter. Customer complaint was the unit has been noisy for about 9 months. I hooked up the Newfi tool and ran the fans. All the fans sounded normal except the fresh food fan. "Customer complaint was the washer was not draining all the water out. The customer checked the filter and it was clean. When the drain pump runs, it makes a loud noise. Customer complaint was the freezer was cooling OK but the temp in the fresh food was warm. I verified that the freezer was cooling and not the fresh food. "Leaking the last time they used it. Couldnt find any evidence of water leaking from under the washer. Couldnt find any tears in the boot. Did find it was over sudsing, and chapstick and a rubber band and seed in the boot, potentially causing it to not seal great. I cleaned off the bottom of boot and the glass on the door. No drips or leaks. Ran it for 40 minutes."

Fridge was making loud noise when running. Seams like more often when Using ice. Customer unplugged unit for 48 hours and noise went away for a week then came back. Found the noise coming from the ice maker. Yep he fan in the ice maker is making loud noises and needs to be replaced. Water valve continually drips. Has a bad valve. Replaced the valve . Works great now.

"Door wasnt shutting all the way. A bunch of frost built up. Found the door was off the track, so the left side went out farther than the right. Also, needed the track greased. I greased the track and took the door off, reset the door and now it opens and closes properly. "

Customer saw washer one leak. Upon arrival and inspection I found a comforter pillow had exploded inside it there were many clothing items spread throughout the cavity. I cleaned it up and ran it for a whole cycle. I found no leaks. I didnt find a considerable amount of superficial damage done by an oversize load at some point. Dryer number one was dirty as well. I clean the bulkhead windscreen area and vacuumed it out thoroughly. I watched seven cycles and it cycled between 212? and 101?F. Its cycled and looked great. please call and collect.

"Customer complaint is the ice will dispense, but water does not. When I pressed on the water dispenser pad, I did not hear a click or anything happened. I did check the water valve and the valve is good. When I pressed on the dispenser I did not get 120 V to the valve. I removed the dispenser cover and pieces of plastic came falling out and springs. After troubleshooting I determined it will need a whole dispenser assembly because many parts are broken inside. I have a working temper rarely, but warned customer. It may not work long-term. "Not cooling. Took everything out and got back to evaporator and it had zero frost on it, while compressor and fans were running. Sealed system issue. Fridge has been gradually getting warmer and warmer."

Unit was leaking water. Found right when I tried to fill the unit it started to leak. Disassembled the top and found the dispenser hose came off. Removed hoses cleaned it up and retightened the clamp tested multiple times. If it comes off we will need a new hose and clamp. Not able to find hose so I cleaned hose and tightened the best I could. ; saved tckt

Customer complaint was the upper rack feels loose when they move it up and down. I verified the operation of the upper rack by sliding in an out and it feels normal to me. Nothing was broken and nothing needs to be tightened. The rack will have some slight movement just by its nature. The rack is able to stay in the up position and in the down position with no issues. I advise them when its in the down position the rack will have less movement because its being stabilize more in the center. When the rack is in the up position It will have a little bit more movement because its been stabilize more at the bottom of the rack. I advise the customer to keep eye on it if something breaks let us know but as of today no issues found rack is just fine.

Customer said unit gave the f6E2 code. Tried to start unit. Unit would lock the doors and not do anything. Tried just spin. Same thing. Looked on ServiceMatters and fallowed instructions to test with that code. Found that the motor control board must have failed. Was getting continuity between U17 and C2. The display is good. The motor control board has failed. Put unit in test mode any the valves worked fine and pump worked just couldnt turn the motor. Customer is going to get a new unit. She would like a top loader.

"Customer complaint is when the dishwasher has been running for a while it will tripped the circuit breaker. The customer thinks its when its heating. Check for faults but no fault codes. The dishwasher is on its own circuit. The customer plugged the dishwasher into other outlets that are separate circuits from the dishwasher and it still tripped those circuit breakers. I ran the dishwasher through a diagnostic cycle and the heater came on and the breaker never tripped. The cycle finished and no faults. I ran it through the diagnostic cycle again. I then ran the diagnostic cycle 2 more times. The dishwasher worked for me both times. The customer says it happens every time they use the dishwasher now and it happens towards the end maybe when its drying. When I arrived today the dishwasher was off and the breaker was tripped. The customer showed me the 2 different outlets he tried. Both are on separate circuits. The heater looks fine. I checked the wires in the terminal box and they looked good. I visually inspected the outlet the dishwasher is plugged into and it looked good. I did remove the door. I smelled a little burn smell from the board. I would like to order and replace the main control W11305296 and the heater to replace just in case. The control is hard to find. "Customer complaint was the freezer is getting warm and its leaking from the back when they use the water dispenser. I verify the freezer temperature was much higher than normal. I removed the rear evaporator, cover and found little to no frost on the evaporator but evaporator was cold. I could feel the side of the refrigerator that they were very hot. I pulled the refrigerator away from the wall and remove the back cover. I found the condenser fan motor was not running. I spun the fan blade by hand, and the fan started to work. I found the water dispenser line was broken. I inserted some of the extra tubing into the valve. The customer tried the water and it was not leaking now. It will need a new fan motor, I quoted the customer blue book for the repair. TodY I went to Sundberg and got the fan motor. Today I replaced the fan motor and verified its working good."

"I replaced heating element and also the evaporator fan motor again because it just seemed weird that it started to pop breaker after i replaced evaporator fan motor assembly, but heating element was grounding out. Tested and refrigerator is cooling and am leaving work order open for few hours and will call back and make sure that fridge is still running."

Mounting screw came out of cabinet and dishwasher was crooked in cabinet. Aligned feet and added screw to cabinet. Dishwasher is straight and secure.Dishwasher is working good.

Unit was giving leak code. Removed unit. And found a small amount of water. Dried up the water and ran unit to test. There was no water what do ever under the drain pump or water valve. Ran unit for almost 2 hours and never leaked. Ran unit in test mode also. Customer said they ran unit a few times then gave code when drying. Could be they are over suds unit or leaking from the motor/heat pump if it happens again.;

"Customer complaint is, LIGHTS COME ON AND BLINK. Inspected and tested. Found that its not reading the door as closed unless you hold the door closed, then it runs. This is a plastic tub dishwasher and the sides and top are really warped. I dont think theres going to be a good fix for this because of the tub being warped."

I Looked over washer number two found it was in great shape. I ran a complete wash cycle so no leaks both hot and cold water work the machine checked out. No additional charges.; (serial indicated as 'NotAvailable' so system created UIS w/pseudo #)

"Customer complaint is, UNIT GETS MESSED UP AT LOCK PART. Inspected and tested. The door lock is working in test mode. Both hot and cold water are filling slowly. Theres a long fill error. I removed the supply hoses off the back of the washer and both are plugged up. I cleaned them the best I could and started a cycle. It filled, agitated, drained and spun. Washer seems to be working now, but will need to have the valve replaced in the near future."

Customer complains that her dryer is loud when it tumbles. She also mentioned her washer was a little loud. I checked her washers rear main bearing and it had failed (broken hub). I looked over the dryer and found it had a flat spot on one of the support rollers. I gave her a quote but she is particular about her appliances and when she replaces the washer she will replace the dryer. She declined service.

"Customer complaint is, WATER DISPENSER IS NOT DISPENSING WATER CORRECTLY, LEAVING BLACK SPOTS IN WATER. Inspected and tested. Found theres black flaky spots in the water and cubes. "Customer complaint is, REFRIGERATOR IS TOO COLD. RUNNING ABOUT 30 DEGREES WHEN SET AS HIGH AS 45. THIS JUST STARTED. Inspected and tested. FF compartment was 33F and freezer was 5F. In test mode everything tested good. I removed the evaporator cover and found a ball of ice in the upper right corner. I defrosted evaporator and after 20 minutes the evaporator only had frost on about 30 percent. The sealed system has failed."

Reassembled unit and now its working good. Customer also asked if I could check out the vent found that it popped off so reattach it and made sure it wasnt going to fall off

"Washer not running and water leakiNg. Found the actual copper pipe is leaking from where it was once welded. I couldnt fix that. I reset the gfci and now he can wash on cold until the pipe is rewelded."

The door was defective. Today I replaced the door assembly and tested operation. Its working good.

Water leaking out the front of the freezer. Found the drain iced over and plugged up. Steamed it out. Now it drains great. Steamed the ice sheet out of the front and then took the back panel off and detached the drain tube and steamed out the tube and also the drain going up to the evaporator. Drains great now. Charged minimum labor.

Was able to adjust the door the door more and found that the spring busted on the drawer to pull it shut. Replaced the spring with one I had laying on my truck now its working great. Customer was happy they didnt have to spend the extra money on the rails

"Found several things wrong. Tested with vent disconnected and connected and is cycling heat good. Dryer vent is fine. But after 7-8 minutes of running dryer just shut off but still counting down. During that time the UI was unresponsive but could power off and turn back on dryer and would start again but then shut off motor after few minutes. I could trap relay and then could get motor to start again. Control board and UI are bad. "Pulled out fridge and found that this has the Frigidaire issue foam breaking down inside cabinet and then ice builds up on outside back off of refrigerator and froze the waterlines, also leaks down back wall onto floor.I showed customer and advised that they call Frigidaire and see if they will do something for them because this is not repairable."

"Customer complaint is, EC D90 SAYS DUCTS ARE BLOCKED- VENTS HAVE BEEN CLEANED. Inspected and tested. Dryer was cycling up to 260F. I disconnected vent and now the heat is cycling between 205F and 130F and airflow on back of dryer is 25mph. The problem is with the vent, and it goes out the roof. Customer said the roof was replaced after the vent was cleaned. Customer is going to have the vent cleaned."

Unit wasnt sparking after customer spilled water on unit. Found that the unit wasnt getting power or the down draft. Checked the breaker and found that its wasnt blown then noticed a GFI was popped on a outlet under the microwave. Reset the gfi and now unit is working properly

"Customer complaint is, NO POWER, DOOR IS LOCKED BUT POWER WILL NOT TURN ON LEAVING THE WATER AND ITEMS STUCK INSIDE. Customer also said that cycles were taking a long time. It sounds like it was getting off balance. Inspected and tested. Found the board has failed.."

Unit isnt cooling the fridge. Found that the freezer evap cover was full of ice so the fan wasnt turning. Steamed the ice out then tested the fan. Fun its spinning good. I also steamed the evap and watched the frost pattern. Which it was good also. Unit is in the garage which can cause issues. Let customer know just to keep an eye on it but everything mechanically is working properly.

"The customer complaint was frost in the fresh food and fan hitting the frost. I removed the fresh food evaporator cover. I found frost build up on the top of the evaporator. I put into defrost and the heater came on. I quoted the customer for the heater, sensor and drain kit. I replaced all parts and installed the heater. I verified the heater comes on. "Customer complaint is, LEAKS- ICE MACHINE GETS CLOGGED UP & STUCK & CUST DEFROST & ICED OVER AT ICEBOX. Customer said water was dripping from the ice maker into the ice bucket and freezing. Inspected and tested. Customer had ice maker turned off and everything defrosted and there was no ice in the ice maker. I cycled the ice maker and it filled with water and did not leak. I removed the ice maker, dumped out the water and reinstalled. Cycled ice maker again and it filled with water perfectly and did not leak. I dont know were the water was coming from, but probably should start by replacing the ice maker if its covered. Not running. Replaced a broken idler pully. Not heating either. Found a loose connection for ignitor. Fixed that. Heats and runs great now. A ton of lint in the dryer. Vacuumed and cleaned that out. Oiled rollers too. Customer cant pay at the moment. He said he will call later. ; used 1 DE634A (PULLEY) from stock

The customer complaint is when they open the drawer under the cooktop they can smell gas. When I opened the drawer I could smell gas right away. I removed the drawer and used my gas indicator to pinpoint the gas leak. I then put soap on the gas supply connection. Gas was leaking out the gas supply connection. I did try to tighten the connection but it was already very tight and it still leaks. I advised the customer to gas someone who is licensed to deal with gas. For now I did shut the gas off under the cooktop. I addd pics.

Found that after motor gets warm it start to make loud hum sound then motor struggles to turn. Would need motor and blower wheel. Customer will think about it and talk to her husband and call back if they want to proceed.

"Customer complaint is the washer does not agitate or sprain or do anything now. I remove the front cover, and I found the belt was broken and laying in the bottom. After some diagnosing, I found the drive pulley, is stripped and needs to be replaced. It will need a new drive pulley and belt. Today I replaced the main drive pulley and the belt. I reset the controls and ran a short wash and spin cycle. Everythings working great."

Replaced broken door. New door works great.

Found that leaking from soap dispenser. Water is spraying out in wrong direction so either hard water or gunk is blocking fill holes and slowly leaks out dispenser and down door. Soap dispenser and possibly soap drawer would need to be replaced. Customer will think about it and talk to her husband and will call back if they want to proceed.

Installed new circulation pump and tested. Dishwasher is working great. Dishwasher is now fixed.

"Customer complaint is, MAKES NOISE LIKE SOMETHINGS DRAGGING- THINKS MIGHT BE THE BELT MAKING THUMP NOISE. Inspected and tested. I hear a little bit of scraping noise, but not bad. I disassembled dryer and cant find anything obviously wrong that would be causing it to be loud. Customer is just going to use as is for now."

The customer complaint was after the dishwasher was installed it slides back and is now not level. I got the dishwasher level and back on the board under the feet. I ran long screws behind the feet into the cabinet. I then put zip ties around the feet and the screws. I found both top mounting screws were loose. I tightened both screws. I raised the front left foot so now the dishwasher is more level.

"Unit lights up on its own. This unit has a stuck key causing this behavior, it also needs a software update. I quoted via bluebook, the customer and her husband declined repairs, it is only a nuisance."

"Bill for labor.. the plumber did not snake the copper drain line and it was blocked plus the drain in the sink plumbing was wrong causing the copper pipe to fill with food particles from the sink. I worked with the homeowner and we did it ourselves it just took us over an hour. I replaced the pump and now its draining like it should. ; saved tckt , states that autho needed"

"Replaced motor, tested and no more error and dishwasher is already water and draining. Dishwasher is working good."

"Checked wires, no loose wires. No relays I can find failing or failing elements. Oven makes a quick clicking when it gets to set temp. Took temps, it gets up to temp great. For broil, bake, and convection. Needs new main PCB. Customer said they absolutely cant go two weeks without an oven. They would like us to call AHS and advocate for them. They do not want the board shipped out. ; O-emld tckt , states that autho needed"

"Customer complaint is, NOT DRAINING WATER. Inspected and tested. Found the air gap on the counter was plugged. Cleaned out and tested. Dishwasher is now draining great."

I arrived and follow GEs instruction replacing both The user interface board and the main control board. I program them but the UI control board would not accept his personality. I called and spoke with Corey from GE he recommends that we replace those parts a second time. This was not an acceptable answer for the customer. While I was on site we called the technician customer service side and spoke with Byron. Byron advise us to close out the job and send it through service power billing for the parts. Theyre gonna send this into options and call the customer directly.

Replaced broken burner tube. Also noticed that they had 4 brushes they used for varnish on the sink next to the dryer. Explained that this will cause the smell Im smelling. They took the brushes outside. I told them over time the smell will dissipate but itll take time. Also recommended drying some old wet towels in dryer to help absorb the smell and to get rid of rags that had varnish on them.

On my last visit I replaced one small burner switch and one large burner switch. The large burner switch was defective. Today I replaced both large burner switches. All for burners are working good and the customer said it has been better.

Replaced a broken bake element. Heats great now.

"Washer has started leaking. Ran it for almost an hour, no leaks. Transmission is slipping though. No oil but it slips bad in spin. Likely water is splashing out or possibly leaking through center when heavier loads. Not fixing anything on this one. Customer will use as is."

The complaint was the freezer evaporator is frosting up again. The customer had to manually defrost it. Last visit it went into defrost and the heater came on. I had notes that if it happen again to order the main control. Today I replaced the main control board.

"FF evap frosts up. I checked the thermistor, defrost settings, and set it to manually defrost. The only component I could not test was the FF fan. We talked about these fridges that had this typical defrost issue due to no defrost heater being designed for this model. They just moved in a few months ago and have a new baby. I quoted defrosting to further test they declined. I left a FF fan quote with them as a next step if they change their minds."

The hub had failed causing the unit to get out of balance when its fun. We tested it by doing a Rinse spin with some laundry in it. the washer worked as designed.; used 1 W10528947 (HUB) from stock
