"ERROR E25 WON'T COMPLETE CYCLE. Found standing water in the bottom of the dishwasher. I tried canceling and draining, but it didnt drain. I sucked water out through the drain hose and its clear. Found the drain pump cover was loose and there was a lot of junk in there. Cleaned it out and reattached the cover. Tested and dishwasher is draining great. I filled and drained dishwasher 4 times and its draining perfectly every time. Dishwasher is operating great now."

"NOT HEATING. Customer said it seems to be heating later in the cycle. Customer is using timed dry, but the eco dry is on and you have to manually turn it off. I started a timed dry with the eco off and its heating, just climbing really slow. This has the heating element with 2 coils. One of the coils has failed. Installed new heating element and tested. Dryer is heating great and cycling between 205F and 120F. Dryer is now fixed."

"Dryer not heating and running for hours on end. Checked junction box. 210 at outlet and junction box. Cleaned lint screens. Still didnt heat. 4 ohms black to brown, and 3 ohms black to blue. 2.6 ohms brown to blue. We ran the dryer for 10 minutes and it went up 15?. We put it through full test mode and there are no error codes. The compressor and cooling fan and all components run correctly. We explained to tenant that they should not use dryer sheets because of how it comes up the filters and prevents moisture from exiting the dryer.we also told them not to use the shower when they have the dryer running because the dryer will suck in all that excess moisture.

Didnt see any leaks at this time. Tried to cancel out of the cycle, and the machine would not drain Took the drain hose off and discovered the drain pump was clogged up really bad took the pump off, cleaned it and reassembled the machine now it drains a lot better. The machine must have been not draining and then overfilling and then the front water was spilling over the front into the basin. Ran the machine and it seems to be working great now"

"ICE MAKER IS NOT MAKING ICE. In diagnostics mode, ice maker passed the twist tray and ice level sensor test, but would not fill with water. "441459 Run capacitorUpon arrival, customer had machine pulled apart in pieces and stated that they had tried to replace the rubber tube that goes from the main wash pump to the diverter assembly, but they could not get it back on. Used the customer provided part and some hose clamps to reinstall the pump motor and tube. After trying to get it to run discovered the motor has a bad run capacitor. I looked up the part number, but could not find a parts supplier for it or a price in bluebook. "I now get errors when going into diagnostics F8 e4, f7 e1, f9 e1.I got F8E4 which is leak error which there was water in drip pan. I cleaned drip pan and started dishwasher and get F9E1 error (drain error) with no water or even before water would fill into dishwasher but then started running.I get a locked motor error (F7E1) and im not sure if this model is like Bosch that it sensing resistance of the motor to sense water level? Because this model uses flow meter for water entering dishwasher.PW: This call is far away and since its an intermittent issue problem that is making it hard for me to pinpoint the issue, do we want to keep running this call? "Upon arrival, the drain pump was not running and customer stated that the dish soap dispenser wouldnt open or close properly. Opened up the machine and inspected the sump. Tried to get the drain to run, but it could not get it to start. Took the drain pump off and found a small bit of plastic Caught in the pump, removed it and reinstalled the drain pump test of the machine and it seem to be working a lot better at this point. At this point I quoted the customer for the replacement of the dispenser. They declined repairs on the dispenser at this time."

"WASHER WON'T RUN. I ran washer through service mode and its not agitating or spinning, but I can hear the motor running. I tipped washer back and the gearcase has been rubbing on the floor and the guard is cut up. I removed the guard and the belt is off and wore. I reassembled and started filling with water and the gearcase touches the floor when the washer is about halfway full with water. Quoted Wil $465. to install new suspension rods, belt and guard.
