Runs loud and complaint that the seal is separating. Seal is actually totally good. See photo. Also that the fridge runs loud. I pulled out the fridge and looked at the condenser fan and compressor. Everything running great. Nothing to fix.

Found that the rivet that hold the hinge in place fell off causing hinge to slip and door hard to open and not line up. I managed to get the rivet back in place but hinge is bent .RH hinge 3418F030-34; LH hinge 3418F029-34.

Complaint is the oven is not heat up for bake. I started the oven and the big igniter was not blowing. I tested for voltage. I was getting 120 to the igniter and igniter Tested bad. "Intermittent heating issues both bake and broil. Upon arrival and inspection the range heated on bake but not broil. The control board did not supply voltage to the broil while i was on site, but it has worked intermittently. "

Installed 12024418 switch and then tested multiple its working properly. Also checked multiple times for leaks with bubble solution. Its working great with no leaks. "Customer complaint is, SOME BLACK PLASTIC PIECES FELL OUT AND ELECTRONIC PUSH BUTTON CONTROLS WOULD NOT WORK. Inspected and tested. Found the door panel is falling apart. I removed door and separated panels and half of the tabs are broken. This is going to need a new door. This is a stainless microwave and theres 2 part numbers for the door, but I think its the first one part number W11196131. . ; saved tckt"

When I arrived water was all over the floor. Water is leaking from the same spot on the wash motor. I removed the sump assembly and what I found now is there is a hole in the bottom side of the motor to sump hose. The old clamp must have cut into the hose and from water leaking that caused the original clamp to slip off. I advised the customer it would be better at this point to replace the whole sump assembly. I told the customer that we would just charge for the part and no labor.

Noisy every once and a while. The noise kicks in when the cooling fan kicks into high. The noise is not bad and was not failing. She will discuss with her husband if they want to repair she will call us.

"Customer said dishwasher got an AE error and would just keep running drain pump until unplugged. As im here dishwasher turns on and is working,. AE means leak detected. There is a little bit of water in drip pan. I ran dishwasher for over 30 minutes and did not see any leaks. Customer did say sink backed up around the time of the error. There is no high loop . I added high loop. Dishwasher is running and working good as im here."

Unit works great but when the cycle ends the unit powers off then wont start back up unless you plug the unit in. Removed top of the unit to get to the boards. I unplugged and plugged in the display to see if the display is the problem which its not. Next checked the voltage out of the noise board when the unit was having troubles and was getting 120 out of the board. When I plugged it back in unit started to work. Unit needs a new board EBR64144914I cant find any boards. Can someone in the office do another search and see if you can find anything for this customer. Thank you; states that autho needed

Customers complaint sometimes water in the left corner and out of balance. On arrival notice the unit wasnt mount right and was lower in the left corner more then half a inch. So readjusted unit then tested unit is now fixed and working properly.

"The customer said the dishwasher is not drying the dishes, sometimes the soap is not dissolved and sometimes it does not clean well. I started the dishwasher and let run. I found the wash motor is stalling out and sounds bad. The 7-1 not heating code was in the history. If the wash pump does not work the main board will shut off the heater. I gave quote for the repair and then replaced the wash pump. I reset the control. I ran the dishwasher and now its working good."

"Customer said it will intermittently leak. I ran full cycle with load of clothes with cover off and did not find any leaks from washer. Only thing i saw is that the wash tub would fill up past the washer drain hose, wash tub has slow drain and is leaking from underneath washtub from loose drain fitting. But customer said she saw water running out from underneath washer. Washer is working good as im here. I asked customer if it does it again to notate what type of load is being washed so that i can try and replicate it."

Customer figured out why door wouldnt shut before I got here. Shelf wasnt in place.

The dishwasher does not wash and it stops. I started the dishwasher and it filled but did not pump. The wash pump motor was locked up. I tapped on the motor and the wash pump kicked on and it started to wash. I gave the customer a quote for the repair. At this time the customer will wait to fix it and see if the problem comes back. I created a estimate.

"Not going into spin. It slowly begins to ramp and then stops. Drain pump continually runs. I disconnected the drain hose from the drain pump and no blockage in the drain pump. There was still a decent amount of water in the sump area, so I drained all that out and then plugged the washer back in and tried another spin cycle. Without any water in there, still wont ramp up. Belt is good. "

The customer said they did not see the water but water is leaking from the dishwasher because the floor to the left of the dishwasher and in front is buckling. I inspected the heating element grommets and the brass ring have deteriorated. Water is leaking from the holes for the heating element. This is a known issue with this model and there is a service pointer. I attached pictures of the pointer and the part number for the new element. Please submit for approval. The dryer is noisy when I runs. I removed the front and drum. I found the front rollers were bad. I replaced both front rollers that come together. "Replaced control board and pulled off both freezer and refrigerator evaporator covers and put it in defrost test mode and heaters turn on. Both defrost thermistors ohm correctly for room temperature. All fucntions are working as im here. Refrigerator compressor turns on and is starting to cool. Customer will keep an eye and make sure there is no frost build up she can see in the vents of the evaporator cover in the future. The washer drains slow and does not get up to a good spin. I started the washer and let it fill. I did a drain and it drains slow. I removed the front cover. I found the front left damper is broken. I removed the drain filter and it was plugged. I cleaned the filter and nowIt drains good. Im ordering the damper. The customer paid in full today with a check. The fresh food temp is set to 37 but the actual temp is 28. I checked the fresh food sensor is it was testing good. I checked the board voltages and the voltage was way off. Replaced bad water valve. No dripping water now. Ran hot and cold valves. Works perfectly.

When compressor kicks on it makes a banging sound. Was able to reproduce it/ its a common sound that I explained can go on for years. Only way to fix it would be sealed system work. Let the customer know that it could run well for another day or for years. No way to tell.

Unit giving E15 code. Which is the leak float is detecting water. Verified complaint. When I plug unit in gives code right away. Pulled unit out on protective mat. And looked at the float. Completely dry but the foam float has deteriorated. Was out early December last year. And customer had a leak from to much soap. My guess is the soap soaked in to float then started to destroy the float. Un did the float micro switch then tested unit. Its working properly and had no leak. I replaced the thermostat for the second time. The customer likes to bake his food in this appliance. If this issue persists there is no repair it is a design flaw. I tested the microwave it is now fixed.

I ran dishwasher through service diagnostic mode and there was a stored F7E1 error witch is a no heat error. The heater never turned on, even though it had 120V. Needs a new heating element. The customer said the freezer is about 10 degrees and its usually-2. The fresh food is fine. I added pics of tens and settings. I found the left side of the freezer door is not closing tight. The top of the freezer door is hitting on the center door supports. Both of the supports are bent down. I was able to bend them up for now but the supports need to be replaced. Replaced evaporator cover and moved defrost sensor. Tested and no more ice error. Ice maker cycles and fills. Refrigerator is working good.

"57 degrees in freezer and 42 in fresh food section. A few days ago just one section was warm. I used the newfi and put it into diagnostics and forced op mode and defrost heater came on cherry red. Defrost system works great. Can see 11 days ago that the temps shot up and defrost hasnt come on since then. No frost in freezer when I got here though. All fans work, I confirmed in test mode. Compressor runs, but zero frost after 10 minutes and there was no frost when I got here. Sealed system issue."

The customer complaint is the washer drains slow. Today I pulled it out of the closet with the air sled. I removed the back and drain filter. The filter was full of fabric maybe for a mask or something. Parts of the fabric were stuck around the heating element. I had to remove the heat element to get all the fabric out. I ran the washer while I had it out and I found no leaks. The washer is working good now. Please bill.

Unit isnt spinning out. Customer started with having to spin it more and more. Found that unit would spin but it is slow. Unit needs a new clutch assembly. The spring is worn out and the breaks are on. Also noticed oil dripping from the transmission. Let customer know about the transmission. Quoted customer for replacement on both parts. Unit not cold and makes a loud clunk noise randomly. Verified complaint found the fridge and freezer warmer was then normal. The freezer evap cover was all frosted. Removed cover and evap is all frosted up because of a defrost issue. Tested the defrost heater and it was bad. The clunking noise is from the compressor turning off and on. The compressor is starting to fail. Customer is going to replace fridge because of the compressor

Customers complaint leaking water and tasting funny. Found the water valve is leaking and a line is cracked. We dont carry this valve on truck stock. Quoted customer blue book for repair. The homeowner was not home but had notes laid out. The customer said the dishwasher soap does not dispense properly and it stops after 10-15 min. They also said the dishwasher is crooked. I started the dishwasher. It fills and washes for about 5 seconds then it beeps and stops. I checked for errors and got a few. I ran the dishwasher again and while I did I checked the voltage for the wash motor coming the main board. I was getting 120 and 1.6 amps then it just stopped. I removed the main board and found a bad capacitor on the board. I quoted the customer and replaced the capacitor. I ran it again and now its working properly. The left mounting screw was missing. "Washer giving e4 error. Found the water is filling correctly, but washer thinks its not. Has a bad pressure sensor, but bigger issue is its apart of the exploding washer recall. Gave customer all the info on the recall with links to the recall site. She will contact Samsung and see if they will also cover pressure sensor repair. If not, may buy new washer with recall rebate option."

Fridge leaks water periodically. Found the drain line under the evaporator iced over and plugged. Steamed it out. Got all the ice off the bottom of the freezer. Poured 64 oz of water down the drain and it drained great. Charged minimum labor.

Replaced power board and it is still ding same thing. I had to force top drawer open and when i unplug cables to top control board the bottom drawer turns on and is functioning. It appears that top drawer control board is bad.Office: the top control board is different part number when compared with bottom drawer. But when i look up parts break down it only shows one control board. I took picture of it. Please research part and make sure that I need top drawer control board part.In meanwhile the customer can use bottom dishwasher.; saved tckt

Found that gearcase bearings are bad and leaking transmission oil underneath. Also has intermittent lid lock just flashing and probably related to actuator error. Due to repair costs customer declined and will look into new washer. Customer will call back if they would want us to proceed.I quoted without washplate but informed that sometimes the washplate i stuck on and i need to break it off and that would be additional cost.

I replaced the stripped cam and the broken actuator. Ive tested the washer it worked as designed.

The customer said water randomly leaks from the float switch. I could see that water was dripping out of the center straw from the float switch. I checked the nut on the switch and it is tight. I remove the lower spray arm and found one of the spray arms is coming apart so water is spraying out the center of it and causing water to leak out the float. I gave the customer the spray arm part number and showed her who to replace the lower spray arm.

Running loud. Found two bad rollers. Replaced the rollers with the new improved ones. Vacuumed out a ton of lint and sand. Runs great now. ; used 2 4581EL2002h (ROLLER) from stock

When using convection bake to 350. It fails 2-3 minutes into the baking cycle. The unit is dead no lights no response from the UI. I could not duplicate the error at 350 for 13 minutes. I reset it to 425 then it failed. Part is on order.; ordrd 1 WB24X27107 (Thermostat)

"Fridge has been warming up. 30 in freezer and 41 in fresh food. Found the evaporator fan iced up, most likely from the door getting left open. Put in test mode with newfi and sensors reading temps correctly, and defrost system works well. Steamed off evaporator so that fan can run again. Also did a firmware update. Works great now. Told customer to give it 24 hours to cool down to desired temps."

"Installed new zline recall kit. New heat deflectors, orfice for broil, and spacers. Bake and broil work great now. Customer had kit when I arrived."

Washer has a bad bearing. Customer will replace the washer. Bearing is completely detached from tub. Customer requested a dryer vent cleaning. Cleaned vent for 49.95.

Freezer liner bubbling and malformed. We cannot repair this fridge defect. Bubbling plastic is raised up to 1/2 in.; saved tckt

"Customer complaint is low water pressure. Verified complaint water was at low pressure coming out of dispenser. Removed water filter and bypass to task unit same issue. Next turned off water to the fridge and noticed they had a small quarter inch tap into the water line in the basement, even when turning off water still was coming out. Next check water pressure out of the water valve and it had some pressure. Looked at the ice cubes and noticed those were small also. Unit just has two valves one for the dispenser and on for the ice maker. The problem is from the water pressure to the fridge but cant be 100 percent because cant turn water off. So I could remove line then test water pressure. Customer has to get a plumber to run a new line to the fridge. Recommend using a braided 5/16 line because the fridge is right above the utility room."

The freezer door is not closing and sealing good. I found the bottom of the door gasket had pulled out of the door and was not sealing. The door would not close. The door closer cam on the right side was stuck in the closed position. I had to reset the cam. 3 of the white plastic basket clips are missing so the freezer basket is flopping all around. I put zip ties around the basket to hold it still. The door is shutting good now. I advised the customer to give it 48 hours for the temps to be back to normal.

The dishwasher is dead. The customer said it stopped then the lights were flashing but now its dead. Im getting 120 volts to the main board. The board is making a hissing sound and it very hot. Customer said washer turned on at 2am and was draining and washer was unresponsive and customer had to unplug washer. As im here customer hasnt use washer in 3 days and water was dripping from water fill. Washer water valve is bad and not fully closing and is dripping. Needs new water valve. Found that the pegs for the fan speed broke off circuit board and keep falling off inside the cavity. Control board would need to be replaced but due to parts and labor it costs more than replacement. Customer declined and will replace it once it completely stops working.

Im getting power to the heater and the heater is open. Today I replaced the heat pump motor. I ran the dishwasher and its not leaking. I verified the heater is coming on.

I found ice buildup on the back wall around the ice maker duct and one of the top lights and freezer light were out. Installed new ice maker duct adapter assembly kit with new seals and top front left light model and freezer light module. Refrigerator is now fixed."

Installed recall kit. Ignites great and bakes and brooks great now. Used kit sent to customer.

Found the fresh food side not cooling. Removed drawers to get to evap and fans. The fans would never power on. Unit was in defrost when I got there and by there time I got to the evap it was out and compressor kicked. And the freezer fan was running properly. Door switches are working properly. Just not gettting any voltage to the fans. Unit needs a control board. Quoted customer blue book for new fan. They are going to look into getting a new fridge. WR49X10152

"Customer complaint is, REFRIGERATOR ICE MAKER IS LEAKING AND FREEZING UP. Inspected and tested. FF compartment temperature was 37F and freezer was -1. The ice maker keeps freezing up and Im not exactly sure why. Customer said that its been worked on for the exact same problem at least 6-8 times and it never fixes it. It sounds like from the customer they have already replaced lots of different parts for this issue and it keeps doing the exact same thing. If were going to do anything with this, Im completely guessing and think we need to replace all parts associated with the ice room compartment. Installed new air handler kit, fill tube, ice maker and ice box cover and tested. Now I found the seal that goes between the ice chute in the door and the ice bucket is gone and theres a big gap. Customer said one of the doors has been replaced, but not sure which one. Im assuming that they replaced the left door and it didnt come with the seal. I cant find it separate from the door on the parts diagram. Dana can you see if that seal comes separate from the door and if not, I think the door will need to be replaced. ; saved tckt"

Dishwasher is giving the E9 not heating fault code. I put in diagnostics and ran the test and when it should be heating it stop and give the nine. Im getting power to the heater and the heater is open. ; ordrd 1 12008381 (CIRCULATION MOTOR/PUMP ASSM COMPLETE)

"Not running or heating. Found a bad primary monitor switch. Replaced it, used oven cart. Runs and heats great now. ; used 1 MICRO8 (1/4' MICROSWITCH) from stock"

The customer complaint is the fan makes a rattling sound. I removed the fan cover and made sure the 2 mounting screws for the fan are tight. I ended up remote fan. With the fan out and Im my hand its quite and has not vibration. The problem is the back of the fan sticks out and the back of it sits in a little hole that has been formed into the plastic liner. The back of the fan rubs and vibrates against the plastic liner. The only thing I can do is fill the hole with putty. I filled the hole with putty and put some on the fan bracket. I put the fan back in. The vibration sound is better. If it comes back there is no fix. Another fan will do the same thing. The customer was happy with the sound.

"The New dishwasher is within 1 year of its warranty. This odd not covered, he will work with Maytag for the broken racks and leak."

The fan in the freezer has been running loud. Replaced the fan motor and blade that SQT sent to customer. Runs quiet now.
