Customer stated dryer stopped working, making clicking noises. Found drum stuck. Took dryer apart and found failed idler pulley/arm causing belt and drum to stick. Also found element shorted open. Recommend new element, idler pulley, and a good cleaning. Quoted customer. Customer wants to replace dryer.

I replaced the bad upper seal and replaced a bad lower seal but had not quoted for the lower seal so I did not charge for that. Found a bad brittle belt so I called and got authorization from the owner to replace the belt. I drove to a local distributor and picked it up, And came back and vacuumed out the dryer and now everything runs great.
