tested and dishwasher is draining and workin good. This dishwasher has weird setup as water and drain hose goes through floor and there is like a 10 ft extension of drain hose to the wash tub in the basement from the dishwasher. But dishwasher is working good and draining good. Wash tub was backed up and not drianing and the hose fro dishwasher was submerged in the washtub water. I pulled it out and explained that it cant be in the water and I suspect that maybe something was clogging the drain as the wash tub is backed up. I explained to customer and he will use dishwasher as normal and call back if problem still persists.

When water starts to fill in the very beginning it comes in a real slow it will make a whistle sound and And sometimes water will shoot in a little faster. I thought the issue was with the main water valves I replaced the main water valves and ste doing the same thing. In the very beginning when it first fills it feels very slowly and then I dont know if its switching to the main fill but then water will come in faster. Now there may be an issue with the dispenser assembly. The whole dispenser assembly does not come out of one. I would need the tub dispenser cover. The cover does not look like its in stock and may be on backorder. Please see if the park can be located and then call the customer to reschedule. The customer said on Tuesday the meat started to thaw and the door was not making the vacuum sound the she normally hears. The customer said this happened back in April but then it started to work after she unplugged the freezer and defrosted it. Today it was freezing food inside. The customer said it started to work last night. This a manual defrost so the shelves build up with frost. All the shovels had frost on them and some had a lot of frost. The door bins have moisture on them too. It felt like the door was rubbing on something when I closed it. I removed the door and greased the door pin. The door seals good. Today I found no issues with the freezer. I advised the customer that theirs not much space between the door bins and the shelf. I advised to make sure nothing is pushing on the door .

The have the freezer set at the coldest temp and still only reading at 6 degrees so meat is frozen but ice cream was soft. The frost pattern on the evap isnt existing. But it is cold. Unit has a slow leak and just cant keep up to cool system. The damper on the fridge isnt operating correctly also but that doesnt explain why we dont have a frost pattern if anything that should help build up the freezer. Customer is using the platinum packets which we know from experience cause a leaking issue. Cut out the suds with some oil and filled and drain a bunch of times to clear out. Once clear ran unit and didnt get any leaks. Everything seams like its working properly. Let customer to let us know if it leaks after they switch brands. The customers concern was the bake and broil options did not work well as well as the cooktop seem to be weak. Upon arrival an inspection I found a gas range had been installed. I pulled the unit out and looked over things finding a soft spot in the wall on the lower right hand corner and I notified the customer. I then checked the unit to see if it was set up for natural gas or propane. The unit had been set up for natural gas but the customer has propane. I switched over the conversion to propane and adjusted the burners. The bake option got to 350? in 10 minutes. The cooktop is now much stronger and I adjusted the flame so they would not blow out when they were switched to low rapidly. The range is now converted properly and is working as designed.

This isnt a recall. Some how the start button stripped out of the back splash panel. Removed back splash panel and replaced with new one. All knobs are working good. The timer switch is a little stiff but normal. Its a new timer let tenant know that its not supposed to be no resistance at all. Its a geared timer so there will be some resistance when turning the knob. Charging labor for coming back out and replacing part because this is a new issue for the panel. It tenant we keeps complaining we could try to get another timer to try but we would have to order it first

When jumping the water valve I would get a little bit more water. Unhooked line from valve then tried. Had great water pressure. The line is frozen up. "Customer complaint is the range thermostat went out. I turned the thermostat to 350 but got no power to the bake ignitor. I removed the control panel tk access the oven thermostat. I found a wire off the thermostat. I put the wire back the thermostat terminal. Soon as I did that the bake ignitor started to glow. The thermostat was in the off position so the ignitor should have not started to flow. The only way I could get it to stop was to pull the wire off the thermostat terminal. When I left it on so the bake would start I found the bake ignitor is glowing slowly. The amp draw from the ignitor was only 2.83 amps. The bake ignitor is also weak. Customers issue was frost filling up in the freezer and water dripping. I found frost on the icemaker and on the bottom of the evaporator cover in the freezer. It looks as if warm air had been leaking past the gasket around the freezer door. I did find a bag tie from possibly a bag of coffee that was resting on the bottom edge and hanging down past the bottom of the freezer door gasket. I defrost the freezer and make sure the freezer door seals properly.

"Customer complaint is, GETS A GAS SMELL WHEN SHE OPENS THE DOOR. Customer said she just gets the smell while using or right after using. Otherwise theres no smell when not in use. I started dryer on a timed cycle and watched it for over 30 minutes and it was cycling great and I didnt smell anything off. Customer said that shes opens the door regularly about 10 minutes in to remove clothes that need to be hung up. I think whats happening is shes catching the burner on and then gets the smell of gas thats not burnt up. I tested this theory and got the smell of gas when I opened the door when it was in the middle of the burner cycling, but not when the burner was off. Dryer is operating normal."
