Customer complaint was the two burgers on the left were not right. The back lady flame is to low and the front left center burner flame is to high. I removed the orifices and found that 3 of them were in the wrong holders. I put the orifices in the right holder. All the burners are good now. The upper ok bake was cooking to hot and uneven on the left side. I pulled the oven apart and started the bake. I found that only the left side was burning and the right side was struggling for gas. I checked the office and its the right one for LP. All the other burner tubes are good. It will need the single safety valve WB21X28836

Replaced water filter housing. Old one was broken. Needs new filter as well.

"Washer sometimes shuts off randomly. Couldnt find anything mechanically wrong with it. When this has happened (3 times), they just let it sit for a a bit and then they could turn it back on, put it on a drain and spin and it would finish the cycle. Has been working lately though. No error codes. Main PCB is top replaced part. Could be that. "

The customer complaint is the washer does not get pass the sensing portion of the cycle. I hooked up the hass tool and checked for faults. The most recent was 3c3 motor locked fault. I tipped the washer back to inspect. I found a kids bathing suit stuck around the motor and belt. I cut it out to free up the belt. I ran a diagnostic test with hass. Everything passed and no more faults

Unit wouldnt start. Disassembled the front and found the wire for the door switch was broken. Redid the wire then reassembled unit. Tested and unit works great. Also added the screws that were missing from before my visit now unit is working properly

Temps only get to 120 and then go down. They get a ventilation error. Detached rear vent and temps goes up to 180 and runs perfectly. They havent had a vent cleaned in 4 years. They will clean the vent.

The User interface is not responding. They lost water pressure mid-wash and machine did not recover. On arrival and inspection I put it in the service diagnostic mode and tested it. I found two error codes one for a water pressure issue thats a known house issue and the other one was for the door lock. After I remove the towels that were stuck inside I ran a test Wash. The rear main bearing is loose and makes a clicking noise. Failure is eminent on this machine. I charged to reset the errors and remove clothes. The customer understands the risks involved with continuing to use this machine.

"Dishwasher leaks from the right hand side. Upon arrival and inspection I found the dishwasher was improperly installed they are drilled holes through the tub and screwed it directly into the cabinet. The screws were not holding machine in the front right corner is low causing a leak. Unit had been installed missing all floor leveling feet, its also missing the two upper brackets that hold out to the upper cabinet. I quoted installation of all six of those parts. There may be more issues but we cant even really begin to use the machine till its mounted and installed properly. I called and spoke to the customer but he was teaching a class and could give me no answers. see the attached quote if he decides to repair it I need two upper brackets and I need for leveling feet."

"F50 error and stopping at 1 minute. The error was a motor overheating error and the door lock assy is the stopping issue. "

Found that motor is seized and barely turns and motor overheats. Would need new motor and possibly blower wheel if it is stuck on.

The customer said they woke up in the morning and they found the oven was very hot. They tried to shut the oven off by pressing cancel but it would not shut off. They had to turn off the breaker. Today I turned the breaker back on and its working good. I ran a test cycle and it just said 7505 bake relay. Because of the way the customer said it was acting up I want to order and replace the main control.Today I replaced the main control. I ran the auto test and it all passed. At the end it said control good.

Dryer vibrating loudly. Found that there was debris and lint build up on one side of the blower wheel which when spinning causing it to go out of balance and vibrate loudly. Cleaned out debris and cleaned inside dryer of lint. Tested and dryer now runs quiet and is heating and working good.

Sock stuck in blower. I removed it and tested the dryer. It is now fixed.

Water valve stuck open flooding the laundry room. Failed valve was quoted. They will let us know if they want to move forward with repair he needs to speak with his wife.

Selector knob doesnt consistently show what cycle it is in. Also it doesnt always spin out the clothes at the end of the cycle. Upon arrival and inspection I could not get the main control board to tell me its error codes. It would not go into service diagnostic mode. I quoted a control board and a door latch assembly as this is a common cause for wet clothes that have not spun out. the customer declined repairs.

Customer says intermittently the oven will shut off mid cycle when oven is being used as if it briefly lost power and customer then will have to restart oven to heat again. She says it happened only when using oven and maybe once a week.I ran oven and checked wires and all functions are working good. I did not get it to fail but based on what she had experienced that the control board is shorting and resets itself. t

Found that inner tub is loose and bangs around and looks to have damaged outer plastic tub. Also leaks from underneath. Gearcase/ bearings are bad. Stator is rusted. Washer wont turn on. Power to control board but no response from UI.

"Customer complaint was the washer was not spinning out properly and clothes were wet after the cycle. I ran the washer twice with towels to verify the issue. What I found was the washer will go to neutral drain, but never pause the motor and then go into a spin. The washer will need a new timer. I gave the customer the blue book quote for the timer. Customer says milk is going bad early. He had bought a tracking thermometer and through out several days he had showed that it had only gotten below 40 degrees once and would get as high as 50 degrees even when it is set for 34 degrees. Freezer is fine. Customer said he will email in tracking temperature tracking.As im here I checked evaporator fix i did before and evaporator has no ice blocks and has good frost pattern. Tested all functions and evaporator fan in fresh food is running fine. Tested thermistor and temperature reads what it the air temperature was at the time.Cant find reason for failure and based on the repairs and parts replacements i did in the past only thing is main board? Or customer opens and closes often and fridge has hard time keeping up?Order main board? Unit was getting a burning smell. Right way noticed the basket was rubbing on the boot. Put unit in a slow spin and can see it really rubbing on the boot.

Unit was giving a F0 code. Looked up tech sheet for unit through SmartHQ. They have nothing listed for this code. Customer said code would randomly come on and you can clear it and will go away for 10 minutes or so then comes back. Code comes back on even when not using the oven also. Talked with Jared we tested a few other components and everything leads back to the control board. ; saved tckt

The customer said it started to leak today. I ran it for a while and it started to leak from the bottom left side of the door. I shifted the sump assembly so it was lined up bette. I watched it again with the door off and now no leaks.

"Washer gives a F3 E1 error. Checked and it fills great. Put in test mode, fills well and quick. Either a bad water pressure sensor or main PCB. They said they will probably just replace. They wood need to have dryer down before I come back. Also needs a new drain pump. So new pump, PCB and pressure sensor."

Customers complaint is that unit is burning bottom of there food. Customer said she put the food on the bottom really close to the burner. I explained how when they set it to 400 degrees its an average so it will normally go down to like 375 and up to 425. So if you have something near the burner it can definitely burn the bottom. I took averages and they were high so turned it down the temp calibration down 15 degrees because it was average 15 degrees high. Then tested now its working properly

Customer said that when the dishwasher runs and makes a surging growling sound halfway through the cycle. I ran the dishwasher while I was fixing the microwave and it sounded normal. I open the door and found suds in the bottom. I show the customer how to clean it with oil and told them to use a different soap.

"Customer was washing sheets and would not spin out. I looked up error history and had out of balance error. I ran tests and all fucntions are working fine. I ran load of towels and it agitated, drains and spun out clothes. I explained how HE washer work and that it will twist clothes and with sheets will twist into a ball and make washer be out of balance. I recommended to customer to wash sheets with towels so that clothes will evenly disperse and be even. I also explained the different options of wash cycles of the machine. Washer is working good."

"Water still filling bottom of freezer. Drain under evaporator drains great. No water in there either. But found the funnel for the water fill on the icemaker is broken. Ordered a new fill funnel from Marcone. Applying the 80 labor towards the part so no charge when I come back since it turns out that was also a big contributor to the water issue. They had fridge on sabbath mode, then after turning fridge back on fully, they turned the icemaker on and thats when they started seeing water. But no water in icemaker mold and no water in ice bucket. All water went on bottom of freezer. ; ordrd 1 242051201 (Fill funnel)"

The customer complaint was the dishwasher is not washing dishes and soap stays in the bottom. I started a cycle. The dishwasher fills with water but the wash pump never starts. Freezer was working but fridge was warm. Right way noticed the door evap fan wasnt running. Removed the food and then disassembled the back evap cover. I wiggled the fan and it started to kick on. Unit needs a new evap fan. There isnt any available so we would have to order one off eBay. I reassembled the unit and the fan is still running. Let customer the fan will probably fail again. They are going to think it over and let us know about the fan.

"Customer complaint was the dishwasher will not wash dishes. He said water goes in and then later on in drains all the water out. I started the dishwasher and I could hear it fill with water but then nothing after that. If I listen closely, I could hear the wash motor just hum. I removed the filter plate and inspected the impeller. The impeller on the motor was fine, and nothing obstructing it. I tried it again and the motor started to make a crunching sound. I checked the pillar once more and it was still free so it needs a new wash motor assembly. I cannot get the impeller off. I tried several times and its stuck on there so it needs a whole assembly. Today I replaced a whole wash motor sump assembly. I ran the dishwasher afterwards and it was working good."

"Customer complaint was Dryer was making a loud sound. I verified the noise was not normal when I started the dryer. I removed everything and try on the blower wheel was packed full of lint, and that was thrown off balance. I remove the length pearl back together and tested. I went outside and test. "Dishwasher wasnt circulating water and wasnt doing so because no water was in the dishwasher. They heard a whistle sound. I ran the dishwasher a handful of times and each time it filled and circulates great. "Smelled like natural gas when upper and lower ovens are used. I confirmed this was going on. Customer was told it needed a step down regulator, but I found the air vent on the burner tubes was open all the way and had to be adjusted to half open so proper amount of air comes into the tube. Works great now. Has warranty through warners stallion but was told this wasnt covered. Customer will see if they will reimburse."

"Customer complaint is, OVEN NOT WORKING. Inspected and tested. Both broil and bake do not work. Found the board has failed. Board is NLA. "Customer complaint is, WONT DRAIN- unit works intermittently. Inspected and tested. Theres a stored E13 error. I found the drain hose was pushed to far into the stand pipe on the wall, not allowing it to drain properly. I removed the drain hose and filled the washer with water and drained it into my bucket and it worked perfectly. I started a load of clothes on a normal cycle and watched it through the entire cycle it finished the cycle perfectly. Seems like the issue was with the drain hose. Washer is now fixed."

Unit wasnt draining. Found that the unit was coming apart at the drain. Reassembled it properly also noticed someone put a screw through the spray arm. Making it stay in place because the spray arm base with the locking lever was busted so the maintenance guy added a screw. They are going to fix that part. Reassembled unit and cleaned out the drain. Unit is working great now.

Front two burns not lighting. Found the front left wasnt even mounted and laying in the stove. Also found the igniter wire was bad and protection on it had fallen off and is igniting on the metal in the stove. Found that the front two igniters are failing WPW10209656 LF igniter and RF igniter. Customer complaint was the freezer was cooling OK but the temp in the fresh food was warm. I verified that the freezer was cooling and not the fresh food. "Leaking the last time they used it. Couldnt find any evidence of water leaking from under the washer. Couldnt find any tears in the boot. Did find it was over sudsing, and chapstick and a rubber band and seed in the boot, potentially causing it to not seal great. I cleaned off the bottom of boot and the glass on the door. No drips or leaks. Ran it for 40 minutes."

Fridge was making loud noise when running. Seams like more often when Using ice. Customer unplugged unit for 48 hours and noise went away for a week then came back. Found the noise coming from the ice maker. Yep he fan in the ice maker is making loud noises and needs to be replaced. Water valve continually drips. Has a bad valve. Replaced the valve . Works great now.

"Door wasnt shutting all the way. A bunch of frost built up. Found the door was off the track, so the left side went out farther than the right. Also, needed the track greased. I greased the track and took the door off, reset the door and now it opens and closes properly. "

Customer saw washer one leak. Upon arrival and inspection I found a comforter pillow had exploded inside it there were many clothing items spread throughout the cavity. I cleaned it up and ran it for a whole cycle. I found no leaks. I didnt find a considerable amount of superficial damage done by an oversize load at some point. Dryer number one was dirty as well. I clean the bulkhead windscreen area and vacuumed it out thoroughly. I watched seven cycles and it cycled between 212? and 101?F. Its cycled and looked great. please call and collect.

"Customer complaint is the ice will dispense, but water does not. When I pressed on the water dispenser pad, I did not hear a click or anything happened. I did check the water valve and the valve is good. When I pressed on the dispenser I did not get 120 V to the valve. I removed the dispenser cover and pieces of plastic came falling out and springs. After troubleshooting I determined it will need a whole dispenser assembly because many parts are broken inside. I have a working temper rarely, but warned customer. It may not work long-term. "Not cooling. Took everything out and got back to evaporator and it had zero frost on it, while compressor and fans were running. Sealed system issue. Fridge has been gradually getting warmer and warmer."

Unit was leaking water. Found right when I tried to fill the unit it started to leak. Disassembled the top and found the dispenser hose came off. Removed hoses cleaned it up and retightened the clamp tested multiple times. If it comes off we will need a new hose and clamp. Not able to find hose so I cleaned hose and tightened the best I could. ; saved tckt

Customer complaint was the upper rack feels loose when they move it up and down. I verified the operation of the upper rack by sliding in an out and it feels normal to me. Nothing was broken and nothing needs to be tightened. The rack will have some slight movement just by its nature. The rack is able to stay in the up position and in the down position with no issues. I advise them when its in the down position the rack will have less movement because its being stabilize more in the center. When the rack is in the up position It will have a little bit more movement because its been stabilize more at the bottom of the rack. I advise the customer to keep eye on it if something breaks let us know but as of today no issues found rack is just fine.

Customer said unit gave the f6E2 code. Tried to start unit. Unit would lock the doors and not do anything. Tried just spin. Same thing. Looked on ServiceMatters and fallowed instructions to test with that code. Found that the motor control board must have failed. Was getting continuity between U17 and C2. The display is good. The motor control board has failed. Put unit in test mode any the valves worked fine and pump worked just couldnt turn the motor. Customer is going to get a new unit. She would like a top loader.

"Customer complaint is when the dishwasher has been running for a while it will tripped the circuit breaker. The customer thinks its when its heating. Check for faults but no fault codes. The dishwasher is on its own circuit. The customer plugged the dishwasher into other outlets that are separate circuits from the dishwasher and it still tripped those circuit breakers. I ran the dishwasher through a diagnostic cycle and the heater came on and the breaker never tripped. The cycle finished and no faults. I ran it through the diagnostic cycle again. I then ran the diagnostic cycle 2 more times. The dishwasher worked for me both times. The customer says it happens every time they use the dishwasher now and it happens towards the end maybe when its drying. When I arrived today the dishwasher was off and the breaker was tripped. The customer showed me the 2 different outlets he tried. Both are on separate circuits. The heater looks fine. I checked the wires in the terminal box and they looked good. I visually inspected the outlet the dishwasher is plugged into and it looked good. I did remove the door. I smelled a little burn smell from the board. I would like to order and replace the main control W11305296 and the heater to replace just in case. The control is hard to find. Please research and contact the customer.Control W11305296Heater W10703867; saved tckt , states that autho needed"

"Customer complaint was the freezer is getting warm and its leaking from the back when they use the water dispenser. I verify the freezer temperature was much higher than normal. I removed the rear evaporator, cover and found little to no frost on the evaporator but evaporator was cold. I could feel the side of the refrigerator that they were very hot. I pulled the refrigerator away from the wall and remove the back cover. I found the condenser fan motor was not running. I spun the fan blade by hand, and the fan started to work. I found the water dispenser line was broken. I inserted some of the extra tubing into the valve. The customer tried the water and it was not leaking now. It will need a new fan motor, I quoted the customer blue book for the repair. TodY I went to Sundberg and got the fan motor. Today I replaced the fan motor and verified its working good."

"I replaced heating element and also the evaporator fan motor again because it just seemed weird that it started to pop breaker after i replaced evaporator fan motor assembly, but heating element was grounding out. Tested and refrigerator is cooling and am leaving work order open for few hours and will call back and make sure that fridge is still running."

Mounting screw came out of cabinet and dishwasher was crooked in cabinet. Aligned feet and added screw to cabinet. Dishwasher is straight and secure.Dishwasher is working good.

Unit was giving leak code. Removed unit. And found a small amount of water. Dried up the water and ran unit to test. There was no water what do ever under the drain pump or water valve. Ran unit for almost 2 hours and never leaked. Ran unit in test mode also. Customer said they ran unit a few times then gave code when drying. Could be they are over suds unit or leaking from the motor/heat pump if it happens again.;

"Customer complaint is, LIGHTS COME ON AND BLINK. Inspected and tested. Found that its not reading the door as closed unless you hold the door closed, then it runs. This is a plastic tub dishwasher and the sides and top are really warped. I dont think theres going to be a good fix for this because of the tub being warped."

I Looked over washer number two found it was in great shape. I ran a complete wash cycle so no leaks both hot and cold water work the machine checked out. No additional charges.; (serial indicated as 'NotAvailable' so system created UIS w/pseudo #)

"Customer complaint is, UNIT GETS MESSED UP AT LOCK PART. Inspected and tested. The door lock is working in test mode. Both hot and cold water are filling slowly. Theres a long fill error. I removed the supply hoses off the back of the washer and both are plugged up. I cleaned them the best I could and started a cycle. It filled, agitated, drained and spun. Washer seems to be working now, but will need to have the valve replaced in the near future."

Customer complains that her dryer is loud when it tumbles. She also mentioned her washer was a little loud. I checked her washers rear main bearing and it had failed (broken hub). I looked over the dryer and found it had a flat spot on one of the support rollers. I gave her a quote but she is particular about her appliances and when she replaces the washer she will replace the dryer. She declined service.

"Customer complaint is, WATER DISPENSER IS NOT DISPENSING WATER CORRECTLY, LEAVING BLACK SPOTS IN WATER. Inspected and tested. Found theres black flaky spots in the water and cubes. Customer said its been like this sense it was new. Customer has tried 4 different filters with the same results. The water is clear coming from the supply, so something is going on in the refrigerator. Im not sure were to start on this, because I dont know were its coming from. If the warranty is going to cover this, I think we might have to start replacing all the water lines that are replaceable, the water reservoir and valves, but Im just guessing here. Dana can you call this in for authorization. If they approve, can you make sure and schedule me a lot of extra time when I go back. ; saved tckt"
