I installed the new orifice and tested the range. It is now fixed.

"Found that the door gasket, bottom door gasket, splash shields are corroded and ripped and leaks. Replaced those parts, tested and no leaks. Dishwasher is working good.

The fresh food section was warmer than it should be. The freezer section has frost all over everything. All the doors shut tight and seal tight. I took the freezer apart and found ice build up under the evaporator so no water was drawing through and ice was building up under the door. I guessing the ice build up was sometimes keeping the door from closing tight. I defrosted the ice and cleared the drain. I verified the duct was clear and the fans are working. I advised the customer to let cool for 24 hours.

The customer said the whole unit stopped cooling within 24 hours. The compressor comes on but sounded abnormal. I tried to tap in the system but when I bent the suction line to attach a tap the line started to leak. I just replaced the compressor and filter. I pressurized with nitrogen and flushed with nitrogen. I pulled a vacuum then recharged the system. I replaced the main board. I advised the customers to wait 6-8 hours for it to cook and 24 before they fill it all the way back up.

"Customer complaint is, FREEZER IS FROSTING UP AND THERE IS WATER DRIPPING AND IT WARMED UP TO 60 DEGREES. Customer said temperatures have been fluctuating up and down a lot. Inspected and tested. Freezer temperature was 22F and FF was 42F. Compressor and fans are running. I removed the evaporator cover and there's only heavy frost on the beginning of the coil. Defrosted evaporator and after 20 minutes theres only heavy frost on the first 25 percent. The sealed system has failed."

The soldering job did not look good and there was a small leak at the compressor. heard a hissing sound. I removed the freezer drawer and evaporator cover. I inspected the evaporator but found no leaks. I can hear the hissing from inside the wall next to the defrost drain. The leak is coming from a tube that is running inside the cabinet. The leak cannot be repaired. This unit is unrepairable.

"Freezer has been warming up. He purchased this as a used unit. 33 years old. Ice chute flapper assembly is covered in mold. Motor isnt working anymore. I found the chute door totally open. Allowing a 3x3 gap to sit open, allowing ambient air in. Took temps, 35 in freezer and 52 in fresh food. Icemaker was working, but stopped when freezer warmed up. Jumped T to H on Icemaker and it cycled and filled. Parts are NLA. Customer is a handyman, he is going to take little motor and chute assembly apart and clean mold off, and will seal up area so that warm air doesnt come into freezer."

Plugged up water lvl sensor. I cleaned it and updated the software. It started working great.

"Replaced control board, ice maker and door mullion. All functions are working. Refrigerator is working good."

Replaced both front burner infinite switches. Both burners work great now.

"I replaced the gearbox and clutch. I tested it it worked as designed.

Gas smell in basket. Leaking gas valve. Quoted customer.

"Door springs are weak. I shackled them to get the result they desired, but the springs are NLA.

Customers complaint not drying well and loud. Verified complaint was really loud. Disassembled unit and found the back rollers were worn out. Replaced with new rollers. Cleaned and oiled the rest. Also cleaned out the blower which had lot of junk. Reassembled unit and tested. Air flow out side is great. Heating well. Let it run while working on dishwasher ran for 20 minutes and heated well the whole time.

Customers complaint unit not heating properly. Set to 400 degrees. Put my thermometer in side and took temps. Took 25 minutes to get to preheat which is normal for this unit. Also customer said clock is on military time. Changed that to normal 12hour days. Tested on all features and is working properly.

Replaced heater assembly on stacked unit. Runs great now.

"Gas company red tagged the oven because it took a long time to ignite and when it did, it made a big *POOF* and the door flew open. I found a bad bake ignitor. Replaced, and it ignites and preheats great now.

Washer bearing is bad and is loud when spinning tub. Customer was aware and will be replacing washer.

Installed new thermostat kit. Also oiled up all rollers and idler. Reassembled unit. Put unit to normal cycle and started unit its now heating properly.

"Customer complaint is, LEAKING ON FLOOR. Inspected and tested. Found the water fill valve is cracked and leaking. Customer approved repairs. Installed new water fill valve and tested. Dishwasher is working great and no more leaks. Dishwasher is now fixed."

"Customer said that its not heating or drying dishes also customer said it leaked all over floor. But then next time dishwasher did not leak.I ran test and initially had a heating error. When i ran diagnostics and completed heater came on and all functions are working good and no leaks. I suspect that there was no high loop and water maybe backfilled into dishwasher. Customer will use dishwasher and call back if they still have problems. Dishwasher is heating and no leaks as im here."

The customer said the freezer is not holding temp at 0 and the ice maker is not making ice. The freezer temp is in the twenties and the fresh food is around 45. I removed the freezer evaporator and found the frost pattern is not good. Only the top coil has frost on it. The compressor is running and the discharge line was room temp. It has a sealed system issue and most likely needs a fresh food evaporator and compressor. The evaporator is known to leak and then suck in moisture that can damage the compressor. I sent the customer a quote for the repair. I would need 3 hours on return. I did add some refrigerant just so it can cool a little better until its repaired or replaced. They will call us if they want it repaired.

"Customer complaint is, DIDNT SPIN OUT ENOUGH AND RUBBERY SMELL. Inspected and tested. Filled washer and let it agitate, drain and spin and it worked perfectly. I took casing off the washer and theres oil all over the bottom of the gearcase and floor. quoted for repair, but Customer declined repairs for now and is going to look into their options.

"Broken bulb, I called Jeremy he will have building maintenance replace it. ; saved tckt"

Not cooling fresh food section. Had a bad evaporator motor. Quoted for new one. Coming back Tuesday to install. Attached quote. Cleaned ice out in duct so some cold can make its way down to the fresh food section. ; ordrd 1 5303918549 (Fan motor)

"Customer complaint is, THE ICE MAKER IN THE FREEZER DOES NOT WORK. Inspected and tested. Freezer temperature was only 23F and FF was 42F. I removed the evaporator cover and theres heavy frost on about 25 percent and then nothing on the rest of the evaporator. The sealed system has failed. ; saved tckt"

Failed tco on the heater. Part is on order.; ordrd 1 279973 (Thermostat kit)

"Unit is leaking out the back of fridge. Customer had a photo of were it is leaking. Its leaking from the water inlet tub for the ice maker. Verified its definitely leaking. Removed and inspected couldnt find any damage. Tried to reseat it but still leaks will need water inlet add photo of where its at and part number but dont see any available Water inlet 10001666 will need to source and let customer know. Didnt quote anything because I cant find it. ; snapped 1 QuickPics, states that autho needed"

"Gets really hot but takes a few cycles to dry. I cleaned out the vent. Got a ton of lint out. Air flow is much better now. Please refund the 129 from today since it also needed a vent cleaning which I did not do last time. ; saved tckt , states that autho needed"

Motor not doing anything. No circulation. Replaced the sump assembly and motor. The board is flaky and only sends short spurts of power. Needs a new main PCB. W10906426. Please submit for us to get that. ; O-emld tckt

"Another company was out and said the compressor was bad. The customer said that over the last few weeks the cooling had got worse. The freezer was in the 30s and the fresh food was in the 50s. I tapped into the low side on the compressor. The pressure was 35 psi. I unplugged the unit and the pressure never really moved. The 35 psi does indicate a insufficient compressor. I replaced the compressor, the filter drier and updated the main board. I leaked checked and purged the system with nitrogen. I then recharged the fridge with 5.11 ounces 134a."

The customer said the dryer made a loud noise and a burning smell then eventually it stopped working. He unplugged it and let sit for 2 hours then tried it again and it was still dead. Today it was plugged in and I tried it and the dryer started right up. I tried to get the motor to stall but it felt strong. I took the dryer apart and inspected the idler and pulleys. Everything look good and the motor visually looks good. I inspected the board and that looked ok. I gave the customer a rough quote for replacing the motor.

"Bake doesnt work, and 4 burners smoke bad. Also cant remove burners anymore because of how the terminals have arced. Found a bad thermostat. Quoted owner for new thermostat and coils and terminal receivers.

I replaced the UI board and tested the dishwasher. It is now fixed.

"Customer complaint is, ICE DISPENSER WONT STOP DISPENSING. Inspected and tested. Found the micro switch for the ice dispenser paddle has failed. Installed new micro switch and tested. Dispenser is working great. Dispenser is now fixed."

"Customer complaint is, WON'T AGITATE. Inspected and tested. Found the splutch is wore out on the top against the gearcase. Customer approved repairs. Installed new actuator and splutch kit and tested. Washer is working great. Washer is now fixed.

CSM error was stored. The unit filled great but the circulation pump had failed. I quoted replacement. They declined the repairs.

I reset the range and the UI started working. I could not find a problem.

Installed new door boot. Also cleaned out drain from the bottom of the boot the hose was all plugged up. Reassembled then tested for leaks. Unit is working great with out any leaks

"The washer makes a loud noise when the rotor comes on. I found water drains slow and water is leaking from the transmission into the stator and rotor. It would need a rotor, stator, gear case and sensor. Its not worth fixing."

"Customer complaint is, MAKING A (CRAZY) NOISE AND GETTING LOUDER AND LOUDER. Inspected and tested. Freezer was -2F and FF was 37F. Found the damper is really loud when it opens and closes. Needs a new damper. Installed new damper assembly and tested. Damper sounds great. Refrigerator is now fixed."

I replaced the water valve. I ran the dishwasher and verified there is no leaks.

The customer said that the fresh food and freezer has been loosing there cooling for a while. I tapped into the low side and the suction pressure was minus 10 psi. That low pressure indicates a low side leak. Either in the heat exchanger or evaporator. I recovered the refrigerant and installed a new filter dryer and added a valve to the low side. I leaked checks the system with nitrogen. I pressurized it to 200 psi. I waited ten minutes and inspected the evaporator. I found no leaks. I purged the nitrogen and pulled a vacuum. After the vacuum I recharged the system and added the leak stop sealant. I replaced the ui control. I advised the customer to wait 24 hours for it to cool.

I defrosted the water line and installed a optic board. The ice maker harvested perfect and filled with water. The fridge is now fixed.

"I replace the idler and popped out the lid. The dryer is now quiet.

"Refrigerator was cooling and freezer and refrigerator were at temperature when i got here. Found that compressor is running very hot. Refrigerator was pushed all the way back against the wall and is tightly enclosed all around refrigerator with cabinet. There are spacers for this model that were never installed that give back of refrigerator 2 inches for air circulation. I installed spacers, tested and refrigerator compressor is running and refrigerator is cooling. I explained to customer and showed her the installation measurements for compressor work efficiently. She will use refrigerator with spacers and keep an eye on cooling. Refrigerator is cooling and running after i have pulled it away from wall with the spacers."

Customer was changing filter but couldnt get it to not leak. The filter housing threads are getting a little mushroomed. I gave it it a try and was hard to get it set but its in and not leaking ran about 2 litters through and its working properly with out leaks. The filter housing isnt available any more. Customer is going to let it be and I showed him how I did it.

"Dishwasher gives a multitude of error codes. Stops at random points of cycle. Leaks water from door. Took door apart. Noticed multiple cracks in control panel, allowing a good deal of moisture to get inside ui area. Bottom door seal is torn, and with door apart I could see thats where mineral deposit is building up and moisture is getting through bottom of door. Quoted for new seals and control pane.

Ran test and heard creaking noise after dryer was warmed up. I took apart bearing and greased it and other parts and maybe the washer was misaligned causing noise. I put it back together and it is quiet and working good for over 20 minutes with full load of clothes/towels. It appears to be working now but customer did say it was intermittent. She will use as normal and call back if problems continue.

"Replaced motor/sump assembly, tested and no leaks and no errors. Dishwasher is working good."

"Customer complaint is, SQUEAKING. Customer said its had a squeal from the first time they used it, but the last 3-4 loads its been good. Customer had a load in it when I got here. So I started dryer and let it run for about 15 minutes and it sounded great. I disassembled dryer and inspected rollers, pulley, glides and they all looked good. Dryer is operating perfectly while testing."

"Dryer takes a few cycles to dry. Customer stated he already cleaned out vent and it heats. I checked temps, only gets up to 110 with vent connected, and gets up to 195 with vent disconnected. Checked vent and it was packed. Took cover off vent outside, cleaned out cover, and did a vent cleaning, and cleaned out internal vent on dryer. Now with vent connected it heats to 195. Runs great."

Back condenser fan not running. Hooked up SmartHQ and got a error for the condenser fan, tested, getting voltage but no fan. Replaced fan and the unit is working great now.

"Could hear motor run but the drum wont turn. Removed kick plate and found the belt was broken. Disassembled unit to inspect all components. Cleaned up lint also. Installed parts reassembled unit and tested. Unit is working properly now.

There was some water in the bottom but some must have evaporated. Was able to run unit. No leaks visible then noticed on the back a big glob of calcium buildup. Its leaking from the back welds. Customer is going to try some flex seal on it.

"Replaced inverter board, tested and compressor turns on and is running. Refrigerator is starting to cool. Refrigerator is working good."

"Fresh food section keeps warming up and water pools up on the bottom of the fresh food section. Ice builds up in vent holes on evaporator cover. Found a bad thermal fuse, temp sensor, as well as it needing a drain kit. Installed new temp sensor, drain kit, and thermal fuse. Patched up a couple holes in styrofoam insulation behind evaporator cover with sealant. Told customer to give it 24 hours to get down to temp.

Replaced bad timer. Heats great now.

"Replaced drain pump, tested and washer now drains and spins. Washer is working good."

"Found that the belt was hitting the motor cover. The cam bolt was loose and the pulley plastic was cracked and belt slipped and was hitting the motor guard making the noise. I replaced cam kit and belt is no longer hangs low and hitting motor guard. Washer is no longer making the noise. Washer fills, agitates, drains and spins. Washer is working good.

"Customer complaint is, DOOR DOES NOT LATCH. Inspected and tested. Found the door is sitting about 3/8 of an inch to low and doesnt latch. I removed door and shimmed it up as much as I could and its still about a quarter inch to low. This is a plastic tub dishwasher and the top is bowed up. I pushed down on the top of the dishwasher and can get it to line up perfectly, but if I let go it goes back. I wedged a brass nut between the top of the dishwasher and counter and its latching perfectly. Dishwasher is now latching and working great."

"Customer complaint is, WON'T START, F7 E5 error. Inspected and tested. Found the slider magnet is rubbing on the clutch. Needs a new clutch and slider. Quoted customer $417. to install both parts. Customer declined repairs. ; schdld next appmnt for 5/25 THU !"

"Received the right relay board this time. Installed new relay board, tested oven on bake for 400 degrees and runs great. The other board they sent us had everything in the package except for the board itself. Will need to send back to Marcone for a full refund. Also need to send the core for the relay board to Marcone, and the original relay board they sent as well for a refund since that wasnt the right part. Attached all photos of parts and sent emails for each part to our parts email. Job is complete. Didnt need other board. Also is a newer oven so doesnt need the kit with the thermal cut out. ; saved tckt"

"Customer complaint is, POWER OFF AN ON, MAKING TOO MUCH NOISE. Inspected and tested. Found the slider is rubbing on the clutch and not shifting back in forth between agitate and spin. Needs a new clutch and slider. Parts on order. ; ordrd 1 W10754448 (Clutch) and 1 W10734521 (Slider)"

The customer said the washer vibrates bad and leaks water. I checked around the boot and found a hole in the bottom. I ran 4 towels on wash and then spin at high speed and low and the washer does not shake or vibrate bad. I gave the customer tips on loading and spin speeds. Im coming back Thursday to replace the boot. The customer will pay with cash. ; ordrd 1 MDS47123619 (BELLOWS)

"Found that there is no power going to compressor, getting 1 blink power inverter failure error on the board. Customer approved estimate. Ordering part and rescheduling.; ordrd 1 Da92-00215c (Poor inverter board)"

Customers complaint unit not heating at all. Disassembled unit to get to control board. Started to test relays. Found when using bake or broil only getting 120 volts. Fallowed wiring diagram to relay on board that wasnt sending out 120 from L1. Was getiting 240 to juncting and getting 120 to other side of relay. I dont have that relay and cant repair board. Will need new control board. Quoted customer blue book and then rescheduled. Order part from Marcone ; ordrng 1 046142-571 (Board)

"Giving F8E2 error, fill valve. Drain pump wasnt draining either. Replaced bad pump, drains great now, but fill valve gets 120 but doesnt fill. Disconnected water line, no restrictions. Needs new valve as well. Attached quote. Coming back Thursday to install. ; pckd up 1 W11412291 (Drain pump), ordrd 1 W11434044 (Fill valve)"

"Compressor is hot, blue wire to compressor is 1.2 amps, black wire is .72 amps. Condenser line from compressor is cool. Compressor runs on R134. Attached photo of compressor and evaporator which is warm and has zero frost on it. Very tight space to get fridge out, can only get it out at an angle. 70 degrees in fresh food and freezer. Please resubmit to AHS verified that it still has a sealed system issue. ; snapped 6 QuickPics, states that autho needed"

The whole dishwasher is dead. I checked the power and it was getting like 399 volts. I used a cheater cord and hooked it up to the dishwasher then plugged into a different outlet. The dishwasher is now working. I advised the customer there is a supply voltage issue and the breaker or wall switch is at fault.

Installed all parts tested for leaks made sure door opens and closes properly. Now unit is working properly

"Washer running really loud, and doesnt spin. Transmission spins very slow. Needs new drive block, clutch and transmission.

IFE error and ice in ice bucket is leaking though dispenser flap onto floor. I emptied ice maker bucket so it wont leak. Found that ice fan is weak and staggers the ice fan motor. Ice fan motor part looks like it only comes as part of the evaporator cover. Refrigerator is just over an year old. Customer will contact LG and see if they will do anything for them. I gave quote for whole freezer evaporator cover assembly.

"Customers complaint FREEZER ISN'T AS COLD AS IT SHOULD BE. Removed evap cover to see frost pattern. Compressor is running condenser and evap fan running properly. Found there was no frost besides a tiny amount on top. Unit has a sealed system issue. Looks like a leak. Installed a new dye dryer. And add our stop leak.

Customers complaint unit not heating. Unit is a built in. Removed unit from wall. Disassembled unit. Tested switches and found the mount for one of the door switches were bad. A little peg broke. Let customer know I can try to use a screw and should work just fine.

Found that the washer had no power. I checked outlet and it sparked. The outlet adapter is shorted on the upper left plug in that the washer was plugged into. I moved plug and washer now powers on and is working good. I informed customer that new outlet is needed.

Found that sensor dry will drop time even with wet clothes. Found that moisture sensor was disconnected inside dryer. I cleaned out inside dryer of lint build up. I tested heat and is very hot inside dryer. I looked outside and saw that there is an extension which is blocking airflow and i informed customer to remove that. Dryer is working and vent will need to be looked at for dryer to dry efficiently. Dryer itself is working good.

INSTALL DISHWASHER. Removed old dishwasher and installed new Whirlpool dishwasher. Tested and dishwasher is working great. Install complete.

I verified the center burner does not heat all around. I replaced the center burner. The burner lights all around now. I also looked at the customers fridge and thawed out the line in the door.

"11 in freezer and 45 in fresh food. Compressor is scalding hot, and only runs for a few minutes before cutting out. Evaporator partially frosts over and then the compressor cuts out and the frost melts quickly and drips off. Sealed system issue. Customer replacing fridge. Not interested in sealed system work."

Customers complaint unit making popping noise when opening and closing door. Verified complaint. Removed outer door panel to get a better view of whats catching. Found the hard sound pack is lifting on the bottom and catch on the bottom tub. Filed down the bottom of the sound pack and made sure it was clearing then reassembled.

"Found that the evaporator only has %10 frost pattern. Has sealed system leak. Needs sealed system repair."

CUSTOMERS COMPLAINT NOT FILLING WITH WATER AND WASHING DISHES. I found unit drained right away and had water to drain. Then it filled but after that. It wouldnt do anything. Found the motor had failed. Installed new sump assembly/motor. When installing new sump I removed the drain pump and I did find a piece of glass in there also one fin on the drain pump motor propeller was busted. Let customer know and showed the piece. Then reassembled unit. Tested multiple times for leaks. Unit is working properly.

The customer said it stopped cooling in about 24 hours. I verified the compressor was bad. I replace the compressor and filter drier. I leak check the system and purged it with nitrogen. I pulled a deep vacuum for about 12 minutes. I recharged with 5.11 ounces and updated the board. Pressures are good and its cooling down. I advised the customer to wait 6-8 hours before putting some food back in and 24 hours to fill it up.

"Customer complaint is, NOISY WHEN WASHING. Inspected and tested. Found the gearcase is grinding when it agitates. Customer declined repairs and is going to look into replacing it."

The washer fill valve hose has a hole in it. I replaced the hose and ran the washer. Water is not leaking out now. All tested good .

Found that the plastic latch holder is worn out and the latch is hitting switching incorrect timing and blowing fuse. Needs the latch kit. Customer declined and will purchase new microwave.

"Customer said he was getting SC error and washer would not drain and still be full of water on inside. Customer said he checked filter several times and was clear. As Im here i checked drain filter and made sure the drain pump fins moved freely. Ran drain test and drain pump runs. Ran quick cycle and washer fills, agitates, drains and spins. Washer is working good as im here.

"The washer drains slow and does not always finish the spin. The washer is also acting up and stops at random times. I tried the drain and spin and the washer turned on the drain pump but it drains slow. I removed the drain pump but founding nothing stuck inside. When I would try and run a drain test sometimes the pump would not start and I got 0 volts out the board. I tried a auto test, the washer lights flashed but none of the components would come on. The washer runs but drains slow. I created a estimate snd gave the customer a quote, at this time they declined the estimate.

"Customer complaint is, THE BURNER IS WORKING AS IT SHOULD ONLY AROUND THE RIM OF THE BURNER GETS RED WHILE THE MIDDLE SECTION DOESNT. Inspected and tested. Found the front right 12in burner element is only working on the outside coil. Installed new front right burner element and tested. Burner is working great. Range is now fixed."

"Customer complaint is, KEEPS FROSTING UP IN FRESH FOOD. Inspected and tested. Customer had refrigerator unplugged and completely defrosted and the evaporator panel off when I got here. The temperature and defrost sensors tested good and heater is working. Customer had already installed the heat probe from the drain kit, but not the tubes on the backside. I dumped water down the drain and it drained good. I removed the drain on the backside and theres junk in it, but it doesnt look plugged. I installed the drain tubes on the back that the customer had from the kit. The evaporator cover looks good. I dont think theres anything else I can do here."

"Found that the drain pump was clogged with small items of clothing and gunk in the drain trap. Removed boot to get to drain trap, cleaned out trap and removed debris, tested and washer now drains. Tested and washer fills, agitates, drains and spins.

"Dishwasher has been leaving brownish granulated debris on the dishes. Took the filter apart, found a lot of junk under the screen of the filter, and down in the sump area. Cleaned the sump out with paper towels, and cleaned the screen in the sink with a brush. Filled it with water a couple times and then sucked the water out again. Then let it fill, circulate, and then I sucked out more water. Then ran dishwasher with a bowl on top, didnt have any debris in bowl after letting it run for awhile. Other issue is that its been leaking bad from the float area. I checked and the plastic nut for the float was super loose letting water through. I used some sealant and tightened the nut.

"Replaced top LED light assembly. Tested and now lights up and is working good.; saved tckt , states that autho needed"

Found that the dishwasher outlet was shorting out and melted the outlet and the plug to dishwasher (see picture) needs new power plug. Ordered part and rescheduling.; ordrd 1 1751592900 (Power plug)

"Texted and called customer because they werent home but no answer. Left message. Fridge was dead when I arrived. Tested for power at the board, but no power. Then while on phone with tech support I checked the molex connector by the inverter, and it wasnt fully plugged in. Looks like the plastic cabinet around the connector is smashed, and even after cleaning spray foam off the molex connector, still cant get it to fully connect securely. Looks like at the factory something happened, they couldnt get it fully connected, they pushed hard on connector and it broke the casing around the connector. I plugged it in as secure as I could and wrapped electrical tape around it, and now fridge is running and cooling. But beko said as long as they didnt have it serviced before, we should call our sales rep for the area and see if they would replace the unit because there is no fix for this. And because it looks like it would have come that way from the factory. DW could you contact our Beko rep on behalf of the customer after we actually connect with customer and see what can be done for replacement? Assuming it hasnt been serviced before? ; saved tckt"

"Customer complaint is, REF IS LEAKING WATER OUT OF THE DOOR FROM THE MELTED ICE ON THE ICEMAKER. Customer said the cubes are melting and then leaks water out the dispenser. Inspected and tested. Freezer was 1F, FF compartment was 39F and ice room was 17F. I pulled out refrigerator and theres moisture on the back of the refrigerator behind the ice room and its cold to the touch. I inspected the ice room and everything looked good and the fan is working. Looks like this has the issue with the insulation breaking down in the wall of the refrigerator. Theres no fix for this. ; saved tckt"

The refrigerator is not cooling in both section. The customer said it started last Wednesday and by Thursday it was totally warm. I pulled the fridge out and verified the compressor is running and has zero heat from it. It will need the compressor and filter drier. I quoted $660 if the customer pays by check.for the labor. Ice maker dropping some ice cubes but also making a sheet of ice in the bucket. These units have the dual ice makers. Found one of the ice maker buckets cycle and the other one doesnt so they both fill and the one is over filling because its not harvesting. Will need new ice maker.
