"36 in fresh food and -1 in freezer. Icemaker water dispenser was full of solid ice. Solid smooth ice on top of the icemaker too. Water coming into the freezer. Customer has a reverse osmosis system under the sink, for water to the fridge. I steamed out the full tube and replaced Icemaker. Confirmed dispenser to Icemaker is getting 120vac to the fill tube heater, and heater ohms out good. Told customer that they can try turning water filter system back on, but if it has issue in future, they will need to turn off fridge and leave freezer door open for 24 hours to allow fill tube to defrost and thaw out, then either they will need to have filtration system off, or have it on but be ok without having ice."

"It gives an F8 E1 error 1/3 of the washes they do, which is usually on a cold cycle. Thats a valve error. 4/6 times I tried the hot valve, it hummed but didnt fill. I confirmed good water pressure to it. Cold valve never failed, but I suspect thats failing too sometimes. I quoted for just the hot and for the cold and hot valves. Customer will call us if they decide to do just one valve, but we should plan on both. Thats my recommendation. "Every time they plug in dishwasher it trips the gfci. I ran it for 90 minutes, only tripped it once, and that was when I tried putting my amp clamp around the black wire in the junction box. I took cap off that wire and it was loose inside the cap. So I tightened the wires and ran it for 20 minutes with no trips. I pulled out unit, no leaks, no tripping when heater comes on. No known issues. Amp readings are good.

"Customer complaint is, WASHER IS FILLING PAST LOAD SIZE SELECTED. Customer said that when she chooses a small load its filling with to much water. Inspected and tested. Started washer on a small load empty and it filled to about 5 inches and then started agitating. I canceled and drained and had customer put a small load in the machine and started again on a small load and it was about the same amount of water and then started agitating. Washer is testing good.

Ive seen at least 4 or 5 of these Whirlpool refrigerators that have had this issue that after power cycling it works perfectly. I would say if it does it again, we will need to replace the power supply board part number W10830278 and the main control board part number W10843055."

Dug into again and finally found an issue. There was a small burn on the stator and hull sensor that I finally found. "Customer complaint is, UE ERROR CODE AND ITS NOT GETTING OFF BALANCE. Inspected and tested. Ran washer through service diagnostics and everything worked perfectly. I had customer put a load of clothes in washer and started a speed wash and watched it through the first rinse and spin and it gave the UE randomly when it was spinning perfectly without shaking. I never saw it shake or get off balance. Im not exactly sure whats going on, but looking on appliantology it looks like it probably needs a new board or rotor or possibly both. Customer is just going to replace the washer."
