Tested dryer with vent disconnected and connected and appears that with vent being long it is only about 20 degrees different so doesnt appear that vent is causing issue. Customer says its intermittent on some cycles takes long and other cycles it dries fine. I explained that mixed loads on sensor dry could cause some clothes to be damp if the wet clothes dont hit the sensor. I also showed that spending on cycle it has eco dry which lowers the drying temperature and to turn that off for dryer to get more hot. Recommended to use timed dry and see if that makes any difference. As imhere dryer is cycling heat on and off normally.

I verified the issue with the customer. I inspected the vent and insulation. Everything looks good and nothing is out of place. There are no service bulletins for this range. The bake burner flame was a little wild so I adjusted the air shutter. I replaced the main board and the keypad membrane. I heated the oven to 350. When it got to 350 the board started to make a faint buzz sound and it shut the bake off. I called the GE tech line. He was short with me and said its either a control board issue or the oven sensor connection is loose and he did not give me a reference number. The oven sensor connections was fine. I cut out the oven sensor connector and hard wires the oven sensor. I tried the bake again. I heated back to 350 then 425. It seems to be working for right now.

Got a redo because it takes three cycles to dry our clothes.I checked airflow outside and it was zero now. Behind dryer its 26 mph now. I Put it on timed dry and it shot up to 236 about 5 seconds after the coils clicked. Disconnected the vent from behind the dryer and scooped out 6 big handfuls of lint. Vent is still totally clogged.
