Observed ice maker not making ice. Found one stationary plastic finger out of position, preventing the harvest finger from rotating. Adjusted finger and verified ice maker is now harvesting correctly and filling with water. Advised customer to allow 3 to 5 days for normal ice production.

Found sock stuck between tubs and unit not level. Also found motor bolt not tightened properly. Tightened motor bolt, leveled unit, and tested. Unit is now operating properly.
