Frigidaire WasherLaundry centerFeb 27, 2026Minneapolis, MNTechnician: Dakota

Model FFLG3911QW1

Customer reported washer not draining with tub full on arrival. Found lid lock error but unit drained and passed test cycle during visit. Recommended lid lock replacement if issue returns.

“Just wanted to follow up on service from Dakotah. Apologies if I got his name wrong. We are grateful for his help. He was cool and methodical in his work. Ran into issues with the machine not going into service mode. He kept at it until he figured it out. He was able to do diagnostics and help us make a good decision. Thank you for sending him. We would love to work with with him again when we will inevitably need to. Thanks. Keith W..”

GE CooktopFeb 27, 2026Crystal, MNTechnician: Nate

Model PHP9036DJ6BB

Replaced cooktop and tested. Unit operating properly.

“I cracked our induction cooktop. Nate came out and took a look. Obviously it needed to be replaced. The part was ordered and it arrived in about a week. Nate came back to install it but the replacement turned out to be defective; the lock and hot lights would not illuminate although it worked fine. They left the working but defective top with me until they could get a second part. Nate came out again and this time everything was perfect. Nate was always courteous and cheerful even when frustrated by the defective part. Everything was perfectly tidy when he left, both times. There was never a question of making things right for me. Because of the return call, they likely lost money on my repair but they charged me exactly what was originally quoted. A business shows its integrity when things don’t go exactly to plan. I’d definitely choose Omega, and Nate, again.”
