The customer complaint is the dishwasher gives the e15 leak fault and runs the drain pump. I pulled the dishwasher out and I found some water down in the bottom of the base. I dried up the water and ran the dishwasher. I let run for 30 minutes and made drain and fill 6 times. I never saw it leak from the bottom. I found the 2 back screws on the sump were loose. I tightened all 4 screws. I found water was leaking in the back from the water line connection. The connection was loose. I tighten the connection and now it does not leak. No other issues found today.

Customer said dishwasher wont start beacause it doesnt see that door is shut but it wont happen all the time. As im here door shuts and dishwasher starts and recognizes that door is shut. I could not get it to fail. Tested and all other functions are working. Im not %100 what issue is but I can assume that it is the door latch as that is the only switch that tells dishwasher to advance once the switches are activated by the door. I checked door latch and wires are secure and is good.I made sure that dishwasher is mounted correctly so that tub cavity is not twisted and not hitting door latch. Only other thing i saw is that the touch panel is cracked above the power button but is touch pad is functioning fine.I explained to customer that since it working every time that i can guess its the switch but not full certain since its working good. Customer is getting a strong smell when using oven. They are in a remodel right now and just had some staining done. Since then a smell has been. They called center point and the red flagged the oven because its burning to much carbon or something. Which is just the stain burning. The customer at the home said the dryer shuts off but the clothes are still little wet. He said it seems to heat for a while then stops. I ran the dryer for about 45 minutes on a time dry and then for about 10 minutes on a regular cycle. The dryer was maintaining temps well. The high was around 170 and the low was 110. I cleaned out the lint duct and cleaned the sensor bars. No other issues found.

"Customer complaint is, STUCK ON SENSING. Inspected and tested. Found a shifter fault error. The actuator is getting stuck and not switching back and forth. Also the gearcase is leaking a lot of oil and everything is completely covered underneath. Customer already replaced the actuator with a cheap one. Customer is going to order a OEM part and try and get some more time out of the washer before replacing it."

The customer said the washer would not drain. I vacuumed all the water out then removed the drain pump and hoses. I found some clothing fabric stuck in the drain hose. I cleared the obstruction and tested the washer 3 times. It filled and drains good.

"The tenant said for the last 6 months or so the refrigerator will randomly shut down and stop cooling . He said when it stops cooling he doesnt hear any sounds. He said then it will just start working. Today it was working fine for me. I tapped on the cold control a bunch and moved it up and down and it never shut off. I pulled it out and checked the plug and power cord. The cord was a little loose plugged into the outlet. I moved the plug to the lower receptacle. The customer said the light bulb was out and when he replaced it, it still wasnt working. He had a new bulb on hand. I screwed the new bulb in and the light came on. "Customer complaint was the dishwasher will not drain. I started the dishwasher and put it into a drain cycle. I did hear drain pump come on and have a quiet hum. I removed the drain hose and tried to blow into the hose but I was unable. I ran a drain snake through the drain hose, and I cleared a clog. I put it into a drain and now the dishwasher drained all the water out. I ran a firmware update and the dishwasher is working good."

"Customer complaint is, FRIDGE FOODS ARE FREEZING & ICE DISP TOO FAST. Customer said some items in the back in the drawers are freezing. This is a new refrigerator to the customer, and its pretty full. Inspected and tested. FF compartment temperature was 36F and freezer was -1. The damper and thermistors test good. Refrigerator is testing normal. I advised customer on proper loading and making sure its not overfilled because that can cause things to freeze. The ice is dispensing normal, I cant slow it down."

"Customer complaint was water dispenser slow from the door, it does not make ice and water was leaking from the back from the icemaker fill tube. I disconnected the water supply and verified the pressure is good. The pressure coming out the filter head is very slow. The filter is brand new and the customer tried a bypass but its still slow. With the customer permission, I bypassed the filter assembly. The water pressure is much better now. it took a while but the ice maker finally filled with water . I found no water leaking from the back. If they call back it will need a ice maker. WR30X10093. I quoted blue book. I will subtract 80.90 from ice maker price if they end up needing a ice maker."

Airflow on outside of house is only 11mph and back of dryer is 26mph. The vent is really long and needs to be cleaned. Cleaned out bulkhead and dryer vent. Tested and dryer is heating great and cycling between 215F and 135F and airflow on outside of house is now 26mph. Dryer is now fixed."
