Now it glides up and down nicely, and the dishwasher is running great. Charging minimum labor charge. I did notice the cancel button doesnt seem to be responding, if they have issues in the future with buttons like the cancel button not responding, we would need to order a new control panel. 8546514 and WP8535167. Both parts look like they may be NLA though as of 2019."

The customer said its leaking from the bottom underneath the door. The customer in the past has replaced the inner door gasket. I let it run for about 25 minutes and it seem to be working good and no leaking. After about 25 minutes I could hear the sound head change and I open the door and saw the bottom cover and suds. I had no soap to the dishwasher so the sudsing was coming from the rinse agent that is leaking. Both spray arms look OK. The bottom left side of the door gasket does have a tear in it. I quoted the customer for the door gasket and a new soap dispenser. Today I replace the door gasket and the soap dispenser. After the repair the customer told me the soap dispenser lid was also broken. So if dispenser lid came with the new soap dispenser so its all set to go. I ran it and there was no leaks.

Customer complains of water discharge in freezer. Upon arrival and inspection I found ice and mixed in with this discharge. I quoted a drain clean and an icemaker but found the drain to be blocked at the valve. I cleaned the blockage and defrosted the drain to ensure proper flow of water. I remove the ice it was there and left instructions to keep an eye on the icemaker but I could not duplicate any problems with the icemaker. The plastic water line behind the unit was very brittle. The supply line cracked while uninstalling or installing unit I repaired the connection. I notified the customer keep an eye on this line as usually once one place cracks they have a systemic issue. Fridge is now fixed

Actual temperatures are around 20 in fresh food and zero in the freezer. I did check resistance of each sensor at the main board and the temperature sensors match the temperature in each section. It will need a new main control board. Today I replaced the rear main board. The customer said another company was out and replaced the evaporator thermistor. I wanted to check his work so I removed the evaporator cover. I had some left over extra sensors from another job, so I used them and replaced the evaporator cover sensor and evaporator defrost sensor."

This is a dcs dishwasher. The customer said it runs for 15minutes then shuts off. I tested the heater and it tested good . I ran it for 5 min and it shut off. I had forgot to put the spray arm back on. I put it back on and now it ran for much longer. When it did stop it had lights flashing. I took a pic of the lights flashing. Advise the customer to let it run and if it happens again to try and document any lights that are on the display. I have also why is the customer to clean a monthly with vinegar. I did reinsert the rotor the seal and make sure the drain hose was installed properly. Today it was working good after I was done.

When I tried the normal cycle drain pump would run but never turn the water valves on and would give E11 code. Put unit in test mode to test water valves. Water valve works properly in test mode and good water pressure. Unit in test mode had extremely high amount of suds. Cleared out suds and then put unit in normal cycle now unit is working good. If there is to much soap the unit will think there is water and never fill. If it comes back might need a pressure sensor. Code came right back.
