Last diagnosis Unit would randomly not. I put unit in mode and found a few issues. One was the E4F6 code which is for the float. When I tested the unit after had the customers complaint where it added water but wouldnt start. I tested the float switch and was bad. Moved the float up and down a couple times and worked the rest of the time. The next issue is the upper spray arm never working. The diverter would try to move but never would spray the top rack. Will need new float parts and diverter. Quoted customer blue book and rescheduled ; ordrng 1 WPW10195036 (FLOAT with stem) and 1 W10873429 (FLOAT AND RETAINER) and 1 WP8531743 (FLOAT gasket) and 1 W10537869 (Diverter)Today installed all parts. "Customers complaint unit not cleaning well now and making noise. Spun unit by hand and it seams good. Put unit in a spin and unit ran properly and bearing has a little louder then normal noise. But everything else is good. Ran through diagnostic mode and checked the valves and they are working properly also. Customer said they have tried multiple cleaning cycles with different types of cleaners but still has a bad smell. Unit isnt over sudsing and customer isnt using to much soap. I cant find anything wrong with unit besides the smell and thats inside the basket itself and tub and in between the spider. The customer complaint is the oven does not bake and when they use the cooktop they hear clicking. I explained that since a its a electric range the burners will cycle on and off to maintain heat. The burners are controlled by relays and they must close and open to maintain the temperature for the burners. I found the power cord terminal block screws are loose and the red wires in the terminal block melted loose and it damaged the harness. I tried to tighten the connection. The bake was working on and off. It needs a terminal block and harness to be fixed properly. I gave the customer a quote for the repair. At this time he declined the repair. Checked drain trap and is clean. Tipped back washer and checked boot seals and seeing nothing. Shined flash light onto tub to see the inside and could not see anything inbetween tubs. Can not find any sock or item stuck in between tub and all functions are working perfectly.Recommended that they use garment bag in the future to ensure no lost items or risk of clothes getting in between outer an inner tub.

"Based on what customer was experiencing that washer wouldnt start and then shut off few minutes into cycle, there is a service bulletin (see picture) about motor and start capacitor. They test fine but when i run diagnostics on washer the motor makes loud screeching sound as it ramps up in speed. So based on that the motor and start capacitor would need to be replaced. The vibration is normal on this model and explained that the more items the better to balance out the load evenly around the tub.Sending customer email copy of estimate so they can send to their credit card company for review. I pulled error codes and I got a F7E1 wash motor error and F10E2 vent wax motor error.
