The gasket that goes between the water inlet break and tub was missing. I found the gasket under the refrigerator. I guess the cat was playing with it and pushed it underneath the refrigerator. I put the gasket back on the inlet cover nut on and tried it again, now its not leaking."

"Customer complaint was water is leaking from the refrigerator. The customer had the refrigerator pulled away but a water line was still hooked up to it. The customer said when they turn the water back on, they found a leak coming from a plastic supply line. The customer had put tape over over the leak, but I still found some water leaking from the back of the refrigerator. The white tube on the back of the fridge had melted and stretched and water was leaking from the fitting. I replaced the 1/4 connector and cut out the bad tubing on the refrigerator. I cut out the spot on the water supply line that was leaking and customer had tapped tape around it, I spliced the water line together with a connector. I checked for leaks and I found no more water leaks. ; used 2 Fitting3 (1/4' JG CONNECTOR) from stock"

They had a incident a couple days ago. It ran for about six hours, and then the number two was the only thing on the display. Today the dishwasher is responding and working as it should. I press power on and then off several times and it works for me every time. Im able to start a cycle and it will run as it should. I removed the door to inspect the main control and found the neutral wire going into the main power relay is starting to arch and short, and I can see some issue with the power relay. The customer complaint was the dishwasher does not drain. I put the dishwasher into a drain and I could hear the pump come on but water was draining slow. I tried to run a snake through the hose and suck whatever out with a vacuum. When that all failed I pulled the dishwasher out. I found the drain hose was kinked. I strained out the drain hose and rerouted it to the garbage disposal. I had to put a hard plastic tube around the drain hose to keep it from linking again.

Customer complaint is the water dispenser slow of the door. Customer has replaced the water filter twice and is still slow. I removed the waterline from the main water valve in the back and make sure the pressure was good. Customer said another company was out and replaced the dual valve in the door. The valve in the back has not yet been replaced. Today I replaced the rear primary valve first. The water pressure is a lot better now. I will return the other valve.

Customer complaint was when they shut the door and hit start. The dishwasher is not recognizing the door shut so it starts to beep and the display flashes. At first today it was working fine for me and for the customer but the more I tried the worse the latch was working. I made sure the door is not sagging down and I did raise the front feet but its still doing the same thing. It will need a new door latch.Today I replaced the door latch and adjusted. The door shuts better and works every time.

"Pops the breaker. I ran the unit for 30+ minutes. Could not duplicate the issue. The wall plug had something rolling around in it. It popped after I pushed in the unit. "Customer complaint is, icemaker overflowing and causing ice block in ice bin. Inspected and tested. Found that when the ice maker cycled it wasnt dumping the front half of the cubes, so then it would overflow the tray when it filled with water. I removed all the cubes from the tray and cycled the ice maker 4 times and it was filling with the correct amount of water. I advised customer to use as is and if it does it again, we would need to replace the ice maker."

"The customer complained was the washer would not drain the water out and they were getting a OE drain air fault. I put the washer into a drain and spin in the drain pump was making a noise like something was stuck inside of it. I drain the water out and removed the filter and found a piece of plastic that was stuck in the propeller. I filled the washer and put it into a spin cycle in a drain all the water out perfectly. I tried it a couple times, and it worked great every time."

"Customer complaint was the dryer does not start and it makes a humming sound. I started the dryer and I can hear the motor just home, but it would not spin, I could not spin the drum by hand. I removed the back cover and the blower housing to see if something was stuck inside. There is nothing stuck inside, so then I checked the motor. I found the motor was really hard to turn. I quoted the customer for a new motor and blower wheel. I was able to get the blower wheel off of the motor and replace just the motor itself. The dryer is working good now and heats good. The duct in the back is the white plastic stuff and its starting to melt in some spots. I gave the customer a rough estimate between 100 and 150 to have that duct replaced. It needs the new flexible duct. Please order the part and contact the customer to reschedule. I advised a customer that it may be next week first to come back. ; used 1 279827 (MOTOR AND BLOWER ASSM) from stock"

"Customer complaint is, FRIDGE ONLY REACHES 57 DEGRS & FRZR WKS OK. Customer had refrigerator unplugged over the weekend and plugged it in last night and now it seems to be working. FF compartment temperature was 38F and freezer was 2F. The damper, fans and defrost heater were all working and testing good in test mode. I defrosted evaporator and watched it frost back over and after 20 minutes it was almost frosted over completely. I cant find anything wrong with this refrigerator. Everything is testing normal. Customer says it is intermittent to where they will have puddle in tub and clothes wont be drained or wont go into spin. As im here testing it the washer completed whole cycle with load of towels and no errors. There is a service bulletin that the air trap will get clogged or the drain pump is intermittently failing every couple of load and then that is why customer will need to run a drain/spin cycle to have washer spin out clothes. Customer says washer will beep an error in middle of night when washer is not being used. Quoted customer to air trap and drain pump. Oven is heating but customer states it does not maintain temperature. I ran calibration and it was about 25-20 degrees cooler then what it is set at. I checked diagnostics and no stores errors. All functions are working. I adjusted internal temperature of oven up 15 degrees. After 40 minutes it was averaging temperature of 355 degrees. I did not find any issues. Customer will use oven as normal and call back if they have further issues. It may be intermittent.Oven is heating and working good as im here.

"Found that there are several things that are worn out. Customer said that clothes are wet at end of cycle. Dryer wont start. Water hoses corroreded. Found that dryer motor is weak and will start and tumble for less than 5 minutes then motor overheats and stops and motor wont turn drum and just hums. Bearings are worn, glides. Found that transmission is leaking oil and causing belt to slip and not spin out clothes very well. Customer complaint was the dryer takes too long to dry. The air flow on the dryer was not that bad and the dryer was able to maintain proper temperatures. The air flow outside was around 15 mph. I gave the customer a quote to clean the dryer ducts. I clean the dryer duct and now the air flow was around 24 mph.
