I hooked up Newfi but there were no faults related to issue and no firmware update available. It will need the user interface control. Today I replaced the user interface control and set the personality to 7 per the instructions. I started a cycle and the washer filled and started to agitate. I then moved to a drain and spin. When you open the flex drawer you get a E6 error. I called tech line and he told me its a communication error, probably with the wiring for the flex drawer. Also said this could very likely be are ice maker issue. He said you can test the ice maker in diagnostics mode, but cant enter it while its giving the error. The customer complains that the temperatures arent consistent and they feel like the fresh food section is in behaving. Customer also complained that her water does not dispense. Upon arrival and inspection I found the filter was damaged. I installed the filter bypass per GEs instructions and the system worked fine she needs a new filter. I hooked up and viewed the Smart HQ data and found that the fresh food section seem to be defrosting about every four hours. All four control boards needed a software update and one of the boards noted a change to the defrost programming and how often and for how long to defrost it. I checked the fan and it worked great I checked the heater and it worked great the temperatures looked right on course for what I was saying inside it. I installed the software updates I could find no issues outside of the defrost programming that mightve been suspect but that issue was addressed in the release notes as something that was repaired by this firmware update

"Customer complaint is the dryer does not start. When you press the start button, it says door sensing and acts like the door is not closed. I checked and verified the door. Switch is good. I jumped the door switch and it still does the same thing. I checked the main board for burn spots and to make sure it was wired correctly. I tested all the fuses and made sure everything was plugged in after the belt was replaced. The only thing I can find is that the board is most likely the issue. I gave the customer the blue book quote for the repair and advised that the board is not returnable so we would have to charge for a board in addition to anything else that it might need. "Customer complaint is, THERE IS ICE FORMING ON THE BOTTOM OF THE FRIDGE, UNDER THE drawer. Customer said underneath the FF compartment bottom drawer water is forming and freezing. Inspected and tested. Found the right return vent was plugged solid all the way down into the freezer evaporator. I defrosted vent and disassembled the freezer evaporator cover and the whole right side return vent was plugged solid with ice. I defrosted all the ice from the evaporator. I took apart the filter housing and ran a couple of gallons through it and it never leaked. I dont know where the water is coming from. Its completely dry while Im testing."

The dishwasher was in the office position. The dishwasher started and was running as it should. When I talk to another person in the house, they said yes, they know it was off And they turned it off over a year ago. Without the dryer working i cannot fully verify if the vent is clogged or not. Dryer vent inside only run 3 feet and is clean and from what i can reach inside vent that goes though floor is clean. I explained to customer issues to look for after sears replaces dryer motor if takes 2-3 cycles to dry clothes that vent might be clogged and sounds like their association cleans the dryer vent and since its on 2nd floor we dont do it.

"Has been shaking and water left at end of cycle. Found the wash tub next to the washer was plugged, looks like water is siphoning back into tub. It spins and drains great. "10312022222pmZAC is the case number. The timer 7 times approximately over two weeks counted down and got stuck at the 2 minute mark. I wasnt able to duplicate the issue. I called Bosch tech support, they said the only thing you could do is replace the main clock control board. Customer asked that we dont worry about that since its working. In the future if it starts doing this issue again she will call and we would have to get authorization for the clock/main control for the oven. The upper right corner of the oven was bent, I bent it back down into place with my putty knife and painters tape to protect the finish."

The customer complaint was the center ring on the front right burner was not working. I turned on the burner and verified the center ring was not coming on but the other 2 were. I had the customer cut the power. I lifted up the top so I could test the element. After testing the center ring I found it was bad. I replaced the burner element. The customer turned the power back on and I tested the burner. All is working good now.
