The complaint is the dishwasher does not drain. I started the drain cycle and the drain pump comes on. I checked the hose for clogged and I tried to vacuum water through the hose. No water was coming out. I vacuumed all the water out from inside and removed the drain hose from the sump. I found the check valve was pushed in. I fixed the check valve flap. Now the dishwasher is able to drain. I installed the missing clip.

"When I arrived, the customer had the dryer totally disassembled. Complaint was that it fires up for 10 seconds and then the flame goes out. I reassembled dryer and tested it. Heat would cut out quickly and it would only get up to 115. With vent disconnected it gets to 195. Heat doesnt cut out. Checked vent outside, and the cover was incorrectly installed after he recently cleaned the outside vent so the flap was stuck shut. Fixed and working good now.

Found that the leak pan had water in it but it was thick water which I suspected that it was too much soap in dishwasher. I cleaned out drip pan and tested dishwasher and found that there was a lot of suds. So the suds overflowed and leaked into drip pan and caused the error. Mechanically dishwasher is working good. I showed customer all the suds and recommended to use finish brand. I ran some cycles and added cooking oil to get rid of suds. Dishwasher is working good.

I cleaned it off and ran for another 10 minutes and now its cycling between 190F and 120F. Dryer is testing good."

A previous company was out and replaced the freezer evaporator fan and then said it had a bad compressor when they came back. The customer from time to time gets Cf-error. The CF is for a bad condenser fan. The side are warmer than normal. I pulled it out and removed the rear cover. The back is very hot and the condenser fan is not working. I pulled up the voltages and I do get the 12 voltdc and signal voltages per the tech sheet. The fan tried to start and when it did it squeals. It needs the condenser fan motor and blade. "During troubleshooting, I discovered that the customer had disassembled the unit, leading to a significant leak due to the removal of the O-ring seal for the flow sensor. Additionally, I noticed leaks beneath the housing tub, and some of the plastic boots were compromised, likely during the customer's attempt to fix the issue. It appears that the connectors linking to the water flow for the main unit were disturbed.While testing all cycles in the diagnostic mode, I found no alarms, and everything checked out fine. I checked temperatures with vent attached and it got up to 270 degrees. I disconnected vent and was 206 degrees. I checked outside vent and found that they have mesh cover and was full of pet hair and lint blocking air flow. I recommend to customer to not use it since there is a flap already to customer will have it clean it often to prevent this.I ran test with auto dry with no clothes and it dropped time down and shut off. I added wet clothes and it added time and continued drying. So the sensor is working and can verify that the clogged vent was issue.I tilted back feet up so clothes would gravitate towards the front of dryer where the sensor is. I also recommended to put it on more dry for automatic drying cycles. Also matters on cycle selection of load of clothes being dried. Dryer is cycling heat and working good as im here.

Customer has the thin flex venting from the dryer to the outside vent. I informed them of my concerns using the brush with a drill may tear the vent since its not straight. Complaint is that dishwasher doesnt fill with water. I ran it on a normal cycle and it fills with water and circulates awesome. Ended up finding a ton of junk built up underneath the float assembly. Got that all cleaned out. It looks like the float mustve gotten stuck in the up position so that it was not filling with water.

"Customer complaint is, NOT DRAINING OUT. Inspected and found water sitting at the bottom of the dishwasher when I got here. I tried draining it and just heard humming from the drain pump. I removed hose from the garbage disposal and was able to suck all the water out with my vacuum through the hose. I tried drain pump again with it empty and still just hums, but doesnt sound like the impeller is turning. I tried tapping on it and still nothing. I disassembled the sump from the inside and was able to turn the impeller by hand and didnt find anything in it. I reassembled and filled dishwasher with water and tried draining and now it drained. I filled and drained multiple times and its draining great.

Vacuumed unit down under 300 microns. Filled to factory recommendation. Let unit run while cleaning up. Unit is operating correctly.

"Taking two or three hours to dry clothes. Also, heating according to customer but it doesnt get very hot. I verified that when you start it, it fires right up and gets up to 145 before it cuts out. Then on the next cycle gets up to 160 and then cuts out. Told customer they are going to need to have their vent cleaned. They then mentions that the vent going into the ceiling could be disconnected. I disconnected it and found a large wad of lint built up. I cleaned that and now it runs and gets up to 275. Heating much better. Customer will test wet load now, and if it takes a long time to dry, will have the entire vent cleaned.

The complaint was the whole unit is not cooling and the compressor is bad. We verified the compressor gets power but does not start. I hooked up the new compressor and it started. We purged the R600 venting it outside. We then removed the old compressor and filter drier. We installed the new filter and compressor. We pulled a vacuum for 15 minutes. I charged the system with 57 grams of R600. The system has pressure and the new compressor starts right up. It was cooling when we were done. I advised the customer to wait 6-8 hours for it to cool and 24 hours before they fill it back up.

"The machine was down during the visit, and I noticed that the side of the User Interface (U/I) was cracked. The customer stated they did not know anything about it. I asked if they tried to fix it, and they said no.
