I got the broken piece out and installed the new bulb the customer had. The customer said hot air is escaping from the door. The door seal is good and the door shuts good. I cleaned around the door seal and made sure the oven is working.

"Freezer is 35 and ff is 57. Found a door must have gotten left open, because there was a TON of rime frost built up on evaporator. I got the evaporator panel off, and was going to put the freezer into defrost mode but it just happened to go into defrost. Heater and bi metal are good. Used steamer to steam all the frost off of the evaporator and evaporator fan to give it a fresh start. Told tenant 24 hours to get down to temp. Working great now though.

"Frost heavily built up in air intake/vent at bottom of ff section. Put the fridge into forced defrost and heater came on immediately, and evaporator wasnt over frosted. Saw service bulletin for adaptive defrost control but that would have built up excessive frost on evaporator. Customer mentioned a bunch of room temperature water bottles were pushed up against vent, and frost started building up then. We determined that was root cause. I steamed out and dried out vent. Working nicely now."

"Customer complaint is, IM NOT MAKING ICE AND FREEZES things in the FF compartment. Inspected and tested. FF compartment temperature is 32F and Freezer is 2F. Thermistors, fans and damper all tested good in test mode. I found the ice maker was jammed up with cubes. I removed ice maker and cleaned it out. Reassembled and tested. Ice maker cycled and filled with water. I removed and dumped out ice maker again and cycled it and it filled with water. Looks like the ice maker was just jammed up. I think the temperature issues are because it was trying to make ice and couldnt, so it was cooling down to try and speed up the ice production."

Unit wasnt draining properly. When I arrived it was full of water. Tried to drain could hear the pump but nothing coming out. Hook up my vac to the end of the drain hose and vacuum while the pump was going and it started to drain. Flushed water multiplied times through unit. Some times would drain all the way and some times would be just to the top of the filter. Checked over the hose. Checking for any kinks or obstructions but none is found. After draining and filling it six times, and scooping out the initial suds, and using olive oil, it runs great now. Also had to disconnect drain line and clean out, so that it could drain better. Had to figure out which igniter goes where because it was a sub part number and is a little different once I figure out the wiring now unit is working properly. I explained sometimes it will keep lighting till it knows its ignited. When the igniters wear cold it took one minute for the igniting to stop once the igniter was warm. At the end its lighting every time no issue. Might because the igniters are warm or took the module a little bit to learn.

Explained if they have an issue again will need a pump.

Hooked up my gage to the low side and was at 50 psi. Unit has equalized even when its running. Unit needs a new compressor and dryer; used 1 TCA38151706 (Compressor) from stock

"The customer said the washer is louder than before and does not spin the water out on larger than small loads. Today I found the baker was loose so it wobbles back and forth. The new wash plate was stuck on again. When trying to get it off the new wash plate cracked, it still works but would need to be replaced again. I removed the wash plate and found all the screws for the basket drive are loose. We no they were tight last time so they must have come loose. 2 of the 6 screw holes are stripped so the screws just keep turning. We filled the tub 1/4 way with water and even at 1/4 full the whole tub was hitting the ground. The first repair was very tough on this washer. For this to be fixed right the washer will need the 4 shocks, and new wash plate, a hub drive, the wash basket and probably a transmission. Please submit to warranty and then update the customer. This is a microwave and oven combo Microwave model number HMB50152UC/05 FD0005 140548Oven is the one entered in the system. The microwave is dead! oven is working properly. The microwave plugs in to the oven which blows the fuse. Dont have a fuse to replace. Also customer just used the oven so its extremely hot and I cant remove the unit to test. Called tech line about this issue. They said if it continues to happen randomly it needs a new mag. They say it drains the amps then pops the fuse. They recommend replacing the mag and he said its not a bad idea to do the switches and holder also. Also tenant says bats were getting in through the vent. Dryer runs, but no heat. I disassembled dryer and found the thermostat has failed. Quoted customer $324. to install new thermostat. Customer approved repairs. Installed new thermostat and vacuumed out inside of dryer. Reattached vent and tested. Dryer is heating great and cycling between 210F and 115F. Dryer is now fixed. "Dishwasher has been sporadically leaking for the past year. Found a bad lower spray arm, and mineral deposit built up on door gasket. Mineral deposit under float assembly. Ran it for an hour, no leaks. Can see the lower spray arm is the arm which has gears that can sometimes bind up. Customer is going to order new spray arm, and clean off door gasket. Between now and when spray arm arrives, it dishwasher starts leaking he will open the door and see what position spray arm is in. Then will close it and open a minute later and see if its still in same position. I also recommended a dishwasher cleaner to get deposits out, since they didnt have a water softener for a year."

The rollers and idler are good so we just cleaned them and oiled them. The blower wheel was packed full of lint again. We put it back together and ran it again. I started the grill and waited and it does light and heat. I cleaned the burner ignitors and the burners. Now the back right burner does not spark after its light and all burners are working good.
