Notes from real Omega Force service calls: the appliance, the problem we found and how we fixed it.

Model DLGX9001V.ASSEEUS
Rumbles. Found a couple bad support rollers. Used the kit we carry, replaced those two and two others, and oiled and cleaned up remaining roller shafts. Vacuumed out dryer. Was overheating too. Found the lint filter was full of wax from dryer sheets. Customer cleaned that out and he will clean his vent. Runs great now.

Customer stated that the burners dont stay red coils compared to the front right one. Found that burners are cycling on and off normally based on the temperature set point. I explained that any setting but high the burners will turn off and on based on temperature set point.Also the front right one is a dual burner and showed customer that the knob setting for high/low are different to the other burners, that one is functioning normally as well.Checked oven and other functions no issues found and range is working good as Im here.

Fully defrosted unit and installed board and heater harness assembly. Tested everything once installed. No codes. Good to go.

Steamed out the fresh food evaporator. Installed Parts thats were sent DA32-10104N Sensor DA97-12608A cover evapMade sure the drain was working as it should.

Found motor pulley to be sheared off one belt to be broken in half. Installed new belt and pulley. Ran and tested fine.

Removed old compressor and installed new one with filter dryer. Recharged with refrigerant. Fridge appears to be working normally again

Uninstalled door panel assembly and user interface with master power supply board replaced them after installation. Let it reprogram itself per tech line for over two minutes. Did a system test unit is engaging properly done.

Upon inspection unit had NLA hinges. Customer says they can live with the hinges problem but oven doesnt heat. Found a short on relays inside control board. Did a repair on control board and fixed issue! Unit is working great and heating great done
