Hi, I’m Jared and I’m the virtual Service Hero technician for Omega Force. What’s a virtual Service Hero you say? Well, through use of your smartphone, I can view your appliance and use my 29 years of experience in the appliance industry to either fix it or pre-order parts so when the Service Hero arrives at your home we can hopefully have the correct part to quickly fix your appliance. I have two children, a 17 year old daughter and a 10 year old son. I live west of Boston, MA. How did I end up working for a MN company when I live in MA? I was ready for a job change and saw the posted job for a virtual appliance technician and felt it was a perfect fit to use my years of experience while allowing me to put down the tool bag. I basically grew up in the appliance industry with both my father and uncle. I have done all areas of appliances from sales, installations, and service. I love to work on Saab cars and I love all things 80s. I have a little English bulldog named Fiona who is pretty fun if I do say so myself.
I am so excited to be the first person to take a look at your appliance as the company triage expert. I am thrilled when I can diagnose your appliance over a call and pre-order parts so hopefully we can fix your appliance on the first trip.
