BACKSTORY

Hi, my name is Aaron and I service the eastern Twin Cities metro and western Wisconsin. I live just across the border in Hudson, WI with my lovely wife Alison, two teenage daughters and the best dog ever, our mini Goldendoodle, Stella.
I was born and raised in the Black Hills of South Dakota and moved to Minnesota after I discharged from the Army. I worked for over a decade doing maintenance for multi-family housing and made the move to appliance repair several years ago.
I enjoy spending time with my family, attending our daughter’s music & theater events and soccer games, playing golf and watching any and all sports, especially the San Francisco 49ers!

The power cord wire nuts to the dishwasher electrical supply lines had backed away and allowed the 120 line to contact the junction box cover, and caused power loss to the appliance. I repaired the power cord and appliance connections and secured them in place. Once the dishwasher was plugged in, complete function has been restored. No parts or further repairs required.

Accessed the drum bearing assembly.I replaced the drum bearing, used the original screws to secure the new drum bearing. Secured the drum bearing housing replacement. Assembled the dryer bulkhead,drum. Secured the new drive belt on the idler pulley and motor. I plugged in the dryer and verified that my repair restored complete function to the dryer. All components are back online and the dryer is good for normal everyday use. Recommend dryer vent cleaning, I cleaned out the inner cabinet from significant amounts of lint. DRYER VENT WIZARD is top notch.

I verified a leak on the top of the filter drier. I cleaned the spot that produced bubbles, brazed in more silver solder and pressurized with nitrogen. No more bubbles appearing at the joint with nitrogen pressure. I pulled a deep vacuum and charged the system with 4.5 ounces of R134A, verified high and low side pressures and that refrigerant is cycling as expected.I have previously used parts listed below W11592010 compressor kitW11291123 fresh food evaporatorNo further repairs required.; used 1 W11592010 (Compressor kit), and 1 W11291123 (Fresh good evaporator) from stock

I replaced the fresh food door switch. One light did illuminate when door was opened, I found a filament that had fallen off of the burner out bulb, so I used the bulb that was previously ordered. The lights illuminate when the door is opened and turn off when closed. I used 40A15 bulb and WR23X37285 switch to repair the problem.

The shipping materials were not removed from the front tub weight. I removed the four bolts and the plate behind them. I leveled the appliance and verified that the washer doesnt violently shake during spin cycle. The door screws holding the hinge and the door halves together were not tight, so I tightened them up and verified that water doesnt leak from between the bellows and door seals.No parts or further repairs required.
