BACKSTORY

Hi, my name is Aaron and I service the eastern Twin Cities metro and western Wisconsin. I live just across the border in Hudson, WI with my lovely wife Alison, two teenage daughters and the best dog ever, our mini Goldendoodle, Stella.
I was born and raised in the Black Hills of South Dakota and moved to Minnesota after I discharged from the Army. I worked for over a decade doing maintenance for multi-family housing and made the move to appliance repair several years ago.
I enjoy spending time with my family, attending our daughter’s music & theater events and soccer games, playing golf and watching any and all sports, especially the San Francisco 49ers!

I strive to help our customers with peace of mind when their appliances are causing disruption to their lives. My goal is to perform the repairs needed as quickly and completely as possible so they can get back to the things that are most important to them.
I love to assist our customers in making sure they know the best way to use and maintain their appliances to ensure they can enjoy them for years to come.

Standard failed compressor job tap the high side. Found that there was a full charge of refrigerant so I recovered it. I cut out the old compressor and Old filter dryer. Blew out the remaining refrigerant lines with nitrogen. I cleaned and braised in a new compressor and filter dryer. I pulled a deep vacuum and updated the power control board to operate the new compressor. I charged the system with 5.11 ounces of 134 and check the high and low side pressure to make sure the customer has good flow of refrigerant in their appliance. I told them to wait 24 hours before adding food back to either cavity.

I removed the damaged convenience drawer face, swapped hardware and electrical boards and assembled them onto the replacement panel. Secured the door panel onto rails and made sure it moves perfectly.The left, fresh food door swap required the in door water system to be removed and transferred into the replacement door panel. I transferred all hardware and fittings into the replacement door and mounted the door back onto the refrigerator. Verified perfect function on all door hardware and features.

I removed the user panel to access the user interface/ pcb. Removed the board and swapped the harnesses. Plugged the range in ave tested the function, range is good to go.

I remove the old power supply cord from the refrigerator and installed the new power supply cord. Then I replaced the evaporator fan motor in the freezer. Plugged the appliance back in and verified that all electrical harnesses supplied power correctly to the refrigerator.

I removed the user instance to saves the main power control board. Removed the board and installed the replacement sent by square trade. The water solenoid assembly that was sent is not needed for replacement, the current part does its job perfectly. I assembled the user panel subs ran a test sequence with the washing machine, one problem turned up, the outer tub shocks allow quite a bit of movement. I would like four new shocks. New set OEM #: W11396716 , please order and reschedule with square trade.
