I replaced the 8 in dual burner and tested it. The range is now fixed.

dishwasher is not draining. On arrival and inspection found the unit has been repaired by a family member. I checked it over and it looked great. I ran a complete rinse cycle, sprayed well, drained well no problems.

Loud washer that doesnt spin out clothes. Failed heat box was quoted.
