"NOISE WHEN RUNNING. Customer showed me a video of when it was making the noise and it sounded like its coming from the water valves. I ran washer through test mode and cant duplicate the noise, but the drain pump sounded a little louder the first time and then sounded great the second and third time I drained it. Washer is not making the noise while testing, so Im ordering both water valves and drain pump and asked the customer to run some more loads and see if she can better tell were the noise is coming from before I come back. ; ordrd 1 AHA75853813 (Drain pump assembly) and 1 5220FR2006Z (Hot water valve) and 1 5221ER1003S (Cold water valve)"

"Customer complaint is, INDUCTION- WAS BOILING WATER 2 BURNERS WERE ON & IT POPPED- -THINKS 240 BUSSE FUSE POPPED? Cooktop is glued in place with caulking because customer said its code. Two of the glass top corners are cracked. Its not going to come out without breaking the corners. Customer was okay with me trying. I tried removing the cooktop and it doesnt budge, but even if it did the glass is going to break and will have to replace the glass top.."
