"Returned with part, installed part, turned the unit on and waited the unit started making ice. Let the customer know that they should let it fill up with ice and throw the first batch out."

Customer states the unit is not hold the temp or preheating very fast. Found the customer had layers of tin foil on the bottom of the oven. Ran the unit with the tin foil. It was slow and did get to the desired temp. Told customer there should not be any thing on the bottom of the oven. Foil was removed the unit worked better had no issues keeping the temp.

Checked the diagnostics for codes the only code was for a shifter fault. Ran both the gentle and heavy agitation. Both worked, removed the lower guard and ohmed out the shifter motor it is within spec. Checked for broken wires and found none.
