"Customer states the unit leaking water. Found. The drain clogged up, steamed out the ice, could not get the water to go down the drain. Ended up removing the drain and using the vacuum to blow out the clog. Put back together and cleaned up the water. Checked and the unit is now draining."

"Customer states the unit is making a loud noise.Disassembled and checked found the idler pulley tight. Quoted the customer the drum roller, belt idler pulley kit. Customer approved, cleaned out the lint. Installed parts, reassembled. Tested no noise, checked the vent. 22.6Mph at the dryer 16.8 at the vent outside the house. Stuck my hand in the vent and there is some build up, informed the customer the vent should be cleaned at some point

Brandon did an amazing job! Our Samsung Dishwasher was not cleaning properly. The sprayer arms were no longer working on any cycle. Brandon knew right away what the problem was and got the parts ordered immediately. By the end of the week, he had my dishwasher working like new again. If you have any appliance repair needs don’t hesitate to call Omega Force. They keep you up to date on all appointments and are amazing to work with! Thank you!!!
